About four months ago I wondered into the Cary location really just trying to see options for new cabinetry and I'm so happy I did! Ismael pretty much took my wishlist and my complaints about my previous kitchen and came up with a brand new layout for my kitchen and partial revamp for my three bathrooms. The complete demolition of my kitchen and partial demolition of my bathrooms only took 2 days total and the installation of the actual cabinetry was about 2 days so the big parts moved quickly once everything was delivered. Ismael and Tony were wonderful with answering my questions throughout the process and quickly dealing with minor issues that popped up. We had to move some electrical and extend a water line for the redesign but I was really only unable to use my kitchen for a couple days which I loved! My biggest requirement was the color (silly I know but I'm particular) and the custom cabinets and granite counters that are now throughout my house still don't feel real yet I am so loving all of it! The price and timeline were completely reasonable and there are so many options that you can add on to really make the room whatever you want it to be. I wanted more storage but to still feel roomy with ease of access since I had deep cabinets, so now I have pullout corner shelves, a pull out spice rack, and pullout trash and recycling cans. I absolutely recommend this company and the Cary location in particular.

When I first saw the design, I was really impressed, but seeing the finished result made me realize how right my decision was.

The fresh, light tones used on the upper cabinets, contrasted with the deep, dark colors of the lower surfaces, instantly gave the kitchen a look that is both spacious and modern.

The texture and color of the countertop matched perfectly with the matte finish of the cabinets. For me, the balance between the countertop and cabinets was very important, and in this project, that balance was perfectly achieved.

Triangle Reconstruction installed a French drain to divert the heavy rains from flooding our yard. The initial response was responsive to our needs, the expert explained what was possible, variations of the job and a quote was submitted quickly. When the workers arrived they quickly installed the drain. We waited for another storm to view if the drain was working well before we posted our recommendation and can honestly say, it is marvelous! We are very happy with the quality, support, understanding, responsiveness and professionalism of Triangle Reconstruction and highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Rob and his company. We ended up doing a complete encapsulation of our crawl space along with french drains, and a dehumidifier. They started the job as scheduled and completed in the timeline they provided. No payment was expected until the job was complete and I was satisfied. As others have mentioned in their reviews, they do quality work at a fair price, and stand behind their work 100%. Rob even provided me with his personal cell and told me to call anytime should I run into any issues in the future.

We have had a great experience with Triangle Reconstruction. They addressed our crawl space with a vapor barrier and mold mitigation, and they were fair and honest about the price and the services that were needed. I didn't feel as though they were trying to oversell their services. They were responsive even on the weekend, and did not expect payment until we we're fully satisfied. Rob came out to do an inspection of my crawlspace because I thought that we had a moisture problem. After a thorough inspection he told me that the crawlspace looked pretty dry and no remediation was necessary at this point. I really appreciated his honesty, he could have easily sold me thousands of dollars worth of labor and equipment, but he did not. I highly recommend Triangle Reconstruction and I will definitely call them first if I need any work in the future.

I had several folks come out and take a look at our crawl space and we received a lot of feedback about how if we didn’t clean out our crawl space immediately we would have major health problems and the house would fall apart. Triangle Reconstruction came out and confirmed what I already knew from my own personal inspection and that of the home inspector before we purchased the house, we had some issues but nothing too crazy. There was no gloom and doom or high pressure tactics to get us to use Triangle Reconstruction. Robert showed me pictures of the problem areas and explained what they could do to fix the issues. Robert provided a good, better, best plan and clearly went through what they could provide and what we could expect. The clean out, encapsulation, and dehumidifier install was done in about two days and I’m very happy with the results. I will continue to recommend Triangle Reconstruction.

We were in the process of purchasing our first home and had Triangle Reconstruction come out for estimates on structural repairs and crawlspace work. They are dependable and do quality work. Their online quoting and approval process was really easy to use. When it came time to schedule work, they got us in quickly. Definitely get an estimate from them. The owner, Robert, viewed our foundation situation and was prompt in giving us a detailed estimate. Robert is a calm, soft-spoken straight shooter who has a low-key business manner - such a different experience after getting estimates from other contractors, who spent a lot of time trying to dazzle us with their alleged expertise while giving us incomplete, sketchy estimates. His crew is efficient, punctual, and hard working. Our project encountered some unforeseen problems - no one could have predicted them - and Robert always was prompt in addressing them, patiently explaining and answering questions about what needed to be done. I would not hesitate to call Triangle Reconstruction again if the need arises. When it was over, we felt very confident in the work the company did. It's so reassuring to deal with a man who keeps his word.

Rob showed up on time to do the estimate, provided a clear explanation of the problem (had mold and moisture in the crawlspace), answered all of my questions honestly, and agreed to work with my requests rather than forcing me to do things I didn't want to do as opposed to other companies (eg. agreed to clean mold and apply vapor barrier to see if a dehumidifier was really needed). The estimate was much more affordable than other estimates, and they did great work. Our doorbell broke coincidentally while they were working in the crawlspace, and Rob even sent out an electrician to make sure it wasn't anything the crew did to cause the problem. Would definitely recommend them.

I was looking for someone to do encapsulation work in my crawl space. This company was one of three companies I reached out to for pricing. What I liked about this company was I was not sold the most expensive work just because.... He gave me three options to work with. Explained in detail what each option was and what it did and did not do for my crawl space. My work was more on the preventative side since I have a new house. He even gave tips on how to keep water away from my house as time goes on, as the ground will change over time due to water run-off. When they came to start the process they were on time, and finished fairly quickly. I went under the house with them and they explained what they did in detail. Happy customer here!!!

I thought I had a good experience with this company. Less than a year later, the problem was back. They said what they did wouldn't fix the problem I was having, but it was the same problem of water coming into the house. The only thing they would do is use what I paid previously toward their new solution. When I just asked for my money back I received no response. It was had getting a response when I called back about the problem the first time. They seem nice but you will be unhappy if you need to call back with a problem

Triangle Reconstruction came out and did the encapsulated crawlspace on our home. They were outstanding!
