We worked with Rebecca at the Cary KB&G on two projects. First, we remodeled our master bath and bedroom. This was a significant redesign where we moved walls around, completely demolished the existing bathroom. The results were excellent. She was imaginative, creative and so easy to work with. After that experience, we contacted her again to remodel our kitchen. Again, this was a significant upgrade. We had a problematic existing layout that she resolved to satisfy all our objectives. We recommend Rebecca and KB&G without reservation.

I strongly discourage anyone from considering Kitchen & Bath for their renovation projects. My experience with them during our master bath renovation was disappointing. While their team was courteous, they pressured us to rush through the project, leaving us feeling unsatisfied with the limited options presented. We proceeded with the project despite its high cost, only to later discover a plethora of better alternatives that were never offered to us. Their work was also quite haphazard. I'd recommend exploring other options to save yourself from the headache and expenses we endured.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had with Rebecca and Kitchen and Bath Galleries. Rebecca provided a well thought out design plan for our new kitchen that addressed all of the issues we raised with our existing space. She went through everything in great detail with us, many times after normal hours, and was very receptive to any changes we wanted to make. She carefully listened to our style preferences and provided guidance and input on selections with the ultimate decision always in our court. She supported with excellent communication and quick follow up with all the vendors as needed. The contractors that they work with are top notch. The project was finished on schedule. The team did a very thorough walk through for the punch list and took care of all items quickly. Rebecca has a wonderful eye for design. Her ability to organize and walk us through every step of the way was outstanding. We highly recommend her and the Kitchen and Bath Galleries team.

We worked with Brian and his team to get a new washer and dryer after ours broke. They were professional, accommodating and timely. We love our new “toys” and will be back for future projects. Thanks, guys!

We absolutely loved working with Kitchen & Bath Galleries! We worked closely with Rebecca and Susan who designed our kitchen and bathroom renovation. We have a smaller home built in 1978 by a locally beloved architect, but in need of an update after almost fifty years. The new design is stunning and unique and perfectly in tune with many of the original design elements while also giving us many of the more modern conveniences. We really loved working with the KBG team due to their excellent communication, organization, professionalism and thoroughness - no detail was left undone in the design and implementation, and all of the remodel handled by the KBG team was incredibly seamless! In addition to the quality of design, the workmanship for the cabinetry, counters, and shower glass installation is top notch.

Rebecca and Susan were a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job with the design for our home. We updated our entire downstairs with it being based around the kitchen. Her ideas and vision were great, and we are very happy with our new space. The plan she helped create is such an upgrade and better use of the space. She helped with lining up the general contractor and was really excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Rebecca and her team at Kitchen and Bath galleries.

Very helpful sales personnel in this small downtown Cary store

The person helping me took a great deal of time in answering questions and researching models of refrigerators

The Cary location had really nice examples of kitchens and baths. Unfortunately I left without even being asked to schedule a design appointment after I told the sales associate that I was interested for my kitchen and master bath remodel. She actually told me to go look around on my own and there was no other customers in the store. When I was done I had to go look for her. The sales associates let me walk out the door after I asked her if I could have her business card. A potential sale that could have been upwards of $75,000 walk right out the door. I was so shocked that I sat in their parking lot in my car for about 10 minutes and no one came out to catch me. I’m sad for the owners. It looks like a great company and I really liked the work but I’ll never know for sure. That’s my 2 cents now you be the judge.

Michelle has been great from the beginning for our three bathroom remodel project. From designing to helping us pick out our cabinetry and tile, she has been well organized and had great communication. I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking to do it the right way.

When we moved from Kansas to North Carolina, we wanted to recreate our former Kansas City kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry room in our new, but outdated house in Cary with custom-designed Kitchen Craft cabinetry. When we’ve found Kitchen & Bath Galleries in Cary and were introduced to Grisel Odstrcil, it was love from the first sight.
We tasked Grisel with creating a modern kitchen using our Kansas City pictures and videos. Grisel, a young, energetic, and creative designer with a lot of experience in remodeling and impeccable taste, immediately grasped our vision and during the entire project provided various ideas and solutions we really liked.
Her excellent communication skills ensured that our complicated project went smoothly and without any delays. Her punctuality and responsiveness exceeded our expectations: always prompt in answering questions or providing updates, she kept us informed during the whole project.
Her teammates Brian, an appliance salesman, and Mike, a cabinet installer, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction during the project.
Mike, an expert in cabinetry installation, is also very professional, highly knowledgeable, with excellent personal skills. He provided innovative solutions, great ideas and suggestions right on a spot. Nothing was too complicated for him and his goal was to make us, the customers, happy! His workmanship is excellent and we liked his job very much.
We are extremely pleased with the final design and execution of our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the laundry room. We are very thankful for the smooth delivering of our remodeling project and transforming our home into the dream house. Working with Grisel and Mike was the best experience we had in our entire house renovation.
We highly recommend Grisel and her team for your kitchen and bath remodeling.

This could be a case study in how to turn a 5-star review into a 1-star. I needed to replace a dishwasher. They knew their product well, and were very responsive to my questions and it was an easy transaction. They arranged for their installer to come, and he did, great job. Two days later, I discovered that the installer had attached the water supply line incorrectly, and it had buckled my hardwood floors and done thousands of dollars in damage to my home. When I called them, they had the installer here within an hour; he accepted responsibility and replaced the line immediately, filed a claim with his insurance and called me back with the claim number. Even then, I was OK, and appreciated that he didn't try to dodge responsibility. Look, if you do this every day, then sooner or later it's going to happen.

But when I called the salesman, that call went south pretty quickly. Because the installer was an independent contractor, I was having to deal with his insurance company, and his insurance was telling me some things that concerned me. I wanted Kitchen And Bath Galleries to help me work with the insurance, or maybe help me with the out of pocket expenses. They absolutely refused to do anything for me.

Now I'm having to pay for the water damage myself, out of pocket, and then filing a claim, hoping the installer's insurance will reimburse me for it. My family will have to deal with all the blowers and fans, and no kitchen for three days. And when we repair the floors we will have to be out of the house for another three days. Their insurance will not pay for the hotel those three days and they emphatically refuse to pay for mold damage. And Kitchen and Bath Galleries doesn't even want to know about it!

So if you want to buy an appliance from people who know their stuff and make the sale easy, this is the place. Just know that if anything goes bad, you will be completely on your own.

Avoid them at all cost if possible. The sales people are surprisingly impolite and the install team caused many thousands of dollars worth of damage when they installed our sub-zero. After many weeks of dealing with one of the senior managers, who was exceptionally aggressive and rude, we moved over to a claim with their insurance. Several months later we finally were able to have the damages repaired.

Not surprisingly the unit that was initially installed was defective. When the new installers from sub-zero came to replace it the service was a night and day difference. They walked me through all of the issues with the initial install from K&B.

Our designer, Grisel, was exceptional. She listened to our input, gave several options and guided us through the entire process. What I liked best was when we asked for her opinion she was honest, gave reasons and helped us with the final decision.

We had a wonderful experience with Kitchen & Bath Galleries updating our three bathrooms. Grisel walked us through the entire design process and went above and beyond to help with colors/tile/fixtures. Love the countertops and cabinets! This is our second time using K&B Galleries. We did our kitchen through them when we built our house. K&B recommended a contractor and they have been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend K&B Galleries for your next project!

Helped me pick the perfect stove and microwave. Installation was professional and timely. I highly recommended over big box stores

Update: We have built and remodeled two homes in Cary. For our most recent project, we decided to “value engineer” the kitchen by purchasing appliances and cabinets through Cary Kitchen and Bath Galleries, Even though we spent over $110,000 with them. After one year in the home, the Thermador dishwasher malfunctioned and stopped working. The cabinet panels above the microwave broke, and several of the remaining kitchen cabinets are misaligned or off-center.

We live in a childless house, we are gentle on our cabinets. Many of them we don’t touch daily.

We relied on Upton and Company builders and Model Home Interiors, both of whom recommended and assured us of the quality provided by Cary Kitchen and Bath Galleries. In retrospect, we would have chosen to purchase custom cabinetry and appliances from another supplier.

When we contacted Cary Kitchen and Bath Galleries for assistance, we were told that they could not help. We subsequently hired an independent contractor to make repairs where possible, but the quality of the original materials limited what could be corrected.

Based on our experience, we recommend investing in custom cabinets rather than using Cary Kitchen and Bath Galleries. On a positive note, Garner Appliances has been excellent in helping us replace the Thermador appliances purchased through Cary Kitchen and Bath that failed after approximately a year and a half.

Very poor customer service. We spend over 100k on a complete kitchen and bath redo. We received an attitude about poor quality and delivery times. Would NOT recommend.

I wanted to like this place and be supportive of it and do business with them over the big box stores. I expected the customer service to be attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. My experience rather was none of the above. I went in to buy a new hood for over my stove top. They told me to make sure I measured the space correctly because it was unable to be returned. I appreciated the heads up and used one of their recommended vendors to come out and measure for me so I wouldn’t get it wrong. He came out and measured (after not responding to my initial text, which should have been a red flag) and told us which hood to order. When it arrived he came back to install it. After spending about an hour and a half installing, he said it was a bit too small and he’d have to bring by a stainless steel piece to fill the gap. I was hopeful he knew what he was talking about and this would be a solution. It was like “pulling teeth” to get him to return with the piece. I finally had to go to the store itself and tell them what had happened and that he was not responding to texts and frankly ghosting us. The men I spoke with there were not overly friendly (nor was there any apology for my inconvenience) but they did light a fire under the vendor to come put the piece in. Suffice it to say, this ended up not being a solution at all. Every time we fry something in a pan our kitchen fills with smoke. I attribute this to the new ill fitting hood and filler “piece”. I feel so ripped off and I wasted over $1000. I cannot recommend this place and especially their third party vendors.

K & B Cary was great to work with during my kitchen remodel. Brian ordered all of my appliances- he was very knowledgeable with all of the products and different lines and we got exactly what I needed! He did not pressure me but educated me and allowed me to make informed decisions. He also kept me updated on the timeline and was very communicative.

Julie helped with all of my knobs and pulls and took so much time to make sure the right sizes got ordered for each space. She made a color coded a key to make sure the installers knew exactly where to install each knob and pull! So helpful!

Frank and Shaun were awesome installers! They were incredibly patient and so helpful getting the space prepared for proper install. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did.

Each one of these employees went above and beyond for me in this project. I highly recommend working with any of them!

Triangle Home Renovation is a great partner of Sleek Cabinets. We provide the cabinets, and they take care of everything else with exceptional attention and professionalism.
