Courtney and her crew built a new deck adjacent to our existing screened porch, as well as re-built (to code) our existing front porch. I cannot say enough good things about Courtney! She was professional, and flexible - offering design ideas that were unique and beautiful, while staying within our budget. I hired Courtney to demo my porch railings and stairs. She rebuilt the stairs, making them wider than they originally were which made them look so much better as they now line up with my sidewalk. I was so happy that I kept adding more things for her to do and she was very accommodating and fulfilled every request with expert craftsmanship. I highly recommend her for any deck/porch/railing job you may have. She was a joy to work with.

C3 construction did a fantastic job with repairing a support post on my deck as well as replacing rotted wood around my front entry door. Courtney was resourceful and offered a unique solution that other potential contractors did not offer. We recently decided to replace our deck. It was over 35 years old and had gotten quite decrepit.

Size-wise it was an above average deck project, well over 500 sq ft on the top plus three staircases. Courtney listened to our input about what we liked and what we didn’t, and what we wanted where and why, such as working around a mature overhanging tree and adding a fourth very wide staircase so we could set long herb planters on the sunny end of them while still being able to use the stairs.

She made suggestions about the design, color, various features, etc. before coming up with a plan. She was very responsive to our input, and was open to tweaking things if requested as the construction progressed. She incorporated color contrasts and flourishes that I love, and added some extras, such as rebuilding my old potting bench and our rain barrel stand.

From the demolition of the old deck, to construction, to small repairs where the old deck connected to the house, and to clean-up, Courtney and her crew did a fantastic job.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new deck and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I worked with Courtney, owner of C3 Construction recently on a deck remodeling project where we changed the footprint of an existing deck while adding a patio at the same time (with another contractor). In selecting Courtney we valued her creativity and sense for details. We were not disappointed. The deck turned out even better than imagined and throughout the process, Courtney provided ideas to enhance the project all while staying within budget. She coordinated with the hardscape contractor to ensure the experience and outcome was what we desired. If you are looking for someone creative, has attention to the details and also happens to be a genuinely good person, you found one. No one asked if we needed help or tried to make contact.
They had no interest in making a sale!!!

We purchased kitchen appliances at Kitchen and Bath Galleries in hopes that their customer service would be better than that of the big box stores. When we had problems with the induction cooktop, they were apathetic and directed us to the manufacturer.
