First time getting my house professionally cleaned and hopefully will never have to stop! The team was professional, timely, and thorough and my house has never looked so good. The price is affordable while being thorough and quick. I was expecting to wait when I reached out, but they got me in within a couple of days. Already looking forward to next month's cleaning!

Great experience! Ken was easy to reach on the phone and asked some good questions while setting up my clean. The team arrived on time and they were so kind. If you have pets, I can assure you these ladies will treat them like their own. They took some time to pet my cat and then got straight to work. They were thorough and attentive. They finished within the time frame and didn't miss a corner! My house is sparkling clean.
Ken was communicative this morning to let me know when the team would arrived and responded quickly when I texted him that they had left and done a wonderful job. Will definitely continue to go with this company.

My wife and I are expecting soon and we were dreading spending an entire weekend cleaning the house and disinfecting the fridge, floors, and bathrooms. Within a week, Ken and his team were at our house scrubbing away and finished a deep clean in less than 3 hours. The house has never been so spotless! Greenway Residential cleaned my house today for the first time and I am beyond pleased! The attention to detail was amazing. The team began by letting me smell and approve their cleaning solutions due to my allergies. The ones that I felt I might be allergic too they were happy to use my products. Ken was on site for the entire cleaning approving the work of the team. The ladies were pleasant and professional. I will continue to use Greenway and highly recommend you do too!

Best cleaning service ever!! Have used many cleaning services in the past - no housekeepers have ever been this good. Our house is cleaner than it’s been since we moved in. 3 ladies were here for just over 3 hours. They cleaned everything. They cleaned windows, the front of cabinets, the blinds, even dusted the lamp shades!! Ken, the owner arrived 10 minutes before the ladies and did a walk through with me, taking notes and then introduced me to the ladies and did a walk through with them. The ladies were friendly and congenial and very thorough. Next cleaning they want to clean the hanging fixture in my front hall !!! They requested a ladder!! My husband is very picky and notices everything and he was ecstatic. Price was very reasonable and well worth every penny. The same ladies will come biweekly and I like knowing it won’t be a new person every cleaning. Cary has many housekeeping services - call Greenway first!!

Highly recommend Greenway Residential Cleaning. They are excellent at their services, our house is so clean after they leave. They even do neat things with the blankets and pillows each time and looks better. Also if there’s anything we mentioned or requested they were able to accommodate. We have a dog and a newborn so they were just the sweetest at working around all of this.

With a toddler and each of us having full-time jobs, we just weren't getting the house cleaned as well and often as we wanted. I did a lot of research to find a local company that:
1) uses green cleaning products where possible
2) is bonded/insured
3) competitively priced
4) well rated

I interviewed several different companies, and GRC by far stand out above the rest. It has been about 3 months now, and so far I have had 3 different teams clean my house and I have zero complaints. Each time they've done a fantastic job, and I've really liked each team member! Everyone is incredibly pleasant and cheerful and does an outstanding job getting our place clean.

Don't be fooled by other companies that offer a "rotational deep cleaning." If a company is cleaning your house well on a regular basis, then that type of service isn't really necessary. It's just fancy wording!

I can't recommend GRC highly enough. If I could rate higher than five stars I would.

I have had a great experience so far as a customer with Greenway Residential Cleaning. They have done a wonderful job in two cleanings so far for my Airbnb rental property. I wish that Google would allow me to rate Greenway Residential 10 stars because that would truly describe their business. We recently hired Greenway to clean our house. Each time they have cleaned we walk in to a sparkling clean house and the just freshly cleaned house smell. The ladies go above and beyond when it comes to cleaning. It’s as if they’re cleaning their own house. One can tell they like to do their best and are appreciative of the compliments so well deserved. We couldn’t be more impressed with Greenway Residential Cleaning! Two people deep cleaned our 1,500 sf home for 4 hours straight! When the drill came out to remove our microwave vents for a more thorough clean, I was sold forever! Communication with Ken was fast, detailed, and professional, and it was incredibly easy to set up an appointment. 1,000/10 recommend!

Ken and his team did an amazing job cleaning our place for a move out clean! Ken was very communicative and willing to work with our requests. If I were not moving away, I would absolutely use them for regular cleaning services. We were having trouble getting our stainless steel appliances and sink to look polished and truly clean for months and Ken and his cleaning team made them look absolutely brand new!

I can not say how happy we were with this company!! We need a cleaning company to clean our sister’s apartment for her birthday. (70)She is a recent amputee and can’t do certain cleaning!! When I called Greenway cleaning I was told they didn’t service my sisters area, because it was too far away , over 40 miles. I asked if they recommend someone in her area and explained my situation. This gentleman, Ken , said we will do it when do you need it done?? They not only did a Wonderful job cleaning, they even rearranged some of her furniture so she would have more room to get around with her wheelchair. Oh did I mention the box of chocolate they gave her for her birthday? Made her day!! God Bless this company!! I would recommend them highly to everyone!! Anabel and Daysi did a fabulous job with our initial cleaning. With a corgi shedding daily and a mess of a kitchen, they had their work cut out for them and really dove in to make sure everything was clean and tidy. Ken was also fabulous to work with and communicated everything about pricing, process, and quality so clearly - it was great to meet him for a walk through, and he listened closely to my needs. We're looking forward to maintaining this level of clean going forward with Greenway!
