Ken and his team at Greenway Residential Cleaning are absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they are professional, reliable, and incredibly thorough. They went above and beyond in every room, paying attention to the smallest details that made such a difference in how fresh and spotless my home feels. Communication was easy, scheduling was flexible, and they show up right on time every time. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-quality service with genuine care for their clients, but Greenway Residential delivers on both. I couldn’t recommend Ken and his team more highly, they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

Couldn't be happier with the services received from Greenway Residential Cleaning! First off, the initial deep clean was a gift from a family member. What a great idea!!! The owner, Ken, worked closely with them and myself to make sure the service was catered EXACTLY to what we needed. No upselling, only a full description of the services, of which I got to pick and choose what was best for our family. We had to navigate between two winter storms, in which the owner communicated thoroughly to make sure rescheduling was a breeze. Him and his team of 6 wonderful ladies showed up and knocked out 3,600 feet of DEEP, and I mean DEEP, cleaning in under 3 and a half hours. I was beyond impressed! Not only were they efficient, the house looked immaculate. The house is cleaner than the day we moved in. We immediately locked in a recurring service with Greenway Residential Cleaning and I would recommend them to anybody. If you're looking to find a trustworthy, thorough cleaning service in the area, go with Greenway, you won't be disappointed!

We have been using Greenway for over a year and a half for biweekly home cleaning. We tried several other cleaning services prior but Greenway has surpassed them all with their quality of service! They are punctual, efficient, attentive to detail and thorough on service days. I love walking in after their service to a spotless home that puts me at ease. I called Greenway for a last minute quote on a pre move-in deep clean, and to my surprise, Ken was able to get us on the schedule for the very next day despite his busy schedule for that week. Ken and his team were right on time & did a fantastic job communicating throughout the entire process. Ken and his team were kind, professional, and did an amazing job. We will definitely be calling them back for future cleaning needs!

My craft room upstairs is not gutting vacuumed or dusted like I want. I know there is alot of things in there, but I have asked to have this room dusted, vacuumed, and trash emptied, which they do do that much.

The workers really did a terrible job for a deep cleaning. The shower wasn't clean the tub wasn't clean, below the oven and the dishwasher wasn't, clean and so much more, the second time they came back they didn't want to do their job. They ask how much was I paying the company, really terrible.

I appreciate their hard work and dedication to cleaning my house at each cleaning. In addition, Darrick always quickly responds to emails and is very accommodating to requests to change dates and times.

I am so impressed with this company. Very high integrity and they do an incredible job every single time.

Asked for deep cleaning service but it wasn’t even regular cleaning; had to point out back to back many times for different spots and still they didn’t do as deep cleaning. But they charged full amount as if was done like deep cleaning. So, I would not recommend this service at all for the deep cleaning.

I was delighted with the cleaning service of EcoMaids. The sun seem to shine brighter after they left. I think it was because the women cleaned the windows. They did the deep cleaning that I hate to do. They wiped down kitchen cabinets and counter tops leaving them sparkly clean. I also appreciated the women actually moving the living room couch and vacuuming places I hardly get too. They were pleasant and thorough.

We’ve been with Triangle Green Maids for over 2 years now, and they’ve been consistently awesome. Our house looks amazing and tidy after they’re done, and can’t say we’ve found better cleaners in the area.

Not sure how these ladies do it but they are miracle workers! They are able to get stains off that I couldn't even make a dent at. They are always on time and are able to clean everything in what seems like no time at all. What takes them 1.5 hours would take me all day!! We are very happy with our experience.

Guess what? The best cleaning service I have ever used. No joke, I'm totally serious. These ladies went above and beyond, very thorough cleaning, much more than I originally requested, even making me nervous that I might have to pay more for "unsolicited" cleaning. No way. They just wanted to make me a happy customer. Well, they have me as a happy, permanent customer now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! They deserve nothing but great success in 2016.

0 stars!!!! Threatened me after delivering poor quality of work. I was quoted $239 for 3beds, 2.5 baths and about 1800sqft townhouse. I am not satisfied with the work. Some places were completely missed.

Issues:
-tripped a breaker downstairs and did not say anything. I am not sure how they finished cleaning without power
-missed cleaning some sinks
-missed wiping down outside of toilets
-some surfaces not dusted
-some surfaces not wiped clean
-not all pictures were dusted
-did not speak or seem to understand English
-left cleaner on surface in kitchen and made hand burn after touching it
-some cobwebs missed
-initial cleaning per your website mentioned 3-5hrs. arrived at 11:15 left at 1:40. About 2.5 hrs which looks like more of a time frame for regular cleaning
-arrived early prior to scheduled appt: should have been after 1230pm.
-then came back the next day due to a duplicate work order which I did want them to come back

Once I brought this to their attention, their response was to offer a discount or a re-clean. I had no interest in letting this company try to clean my home again. They asked me what I would like to pay, my response was $100. I have attached a copy of the company's response to my suggestion, they suggested $150 to cover "labor and overhead." In my opinion, I should not have to pay for a service that wasn't performed. I will never recommend this company to anyone. This is not how you treat customers by threatening them to pay in a few days.

"If it is not paid by Friday March 4th, I will assume you will not be paying. If that is the case it will go to debt collection, and if that doesn't work then small claims court."

In reality, I could have stuck to my morals and not paid them their "discounted" rate and made the company pay a debt collector to haggle me to pay the bill and/or take me to small claims court which they would have to pay $96 to file a claim then $30 to serve papers. In the end, they would have exhausted alot of time and money to collect such a small bill.

If this company threatens you like they did me, know you have options.
