There are several black marks on my carpet which were covered up my my throw rug. If I had known, it would not have been a big deal as I had carpet cleaners come the very next day to spot clean. Also, whatever item was used to clean my bathroom floors (specifically around the toilet) was used to clean my downstairs floors. The floors smelled of "bathroom" for several days. I tipped $80 to the women as it needed a deep clean but definitely very unhappy about the carpet.

Our cleaning crew from Triangle Green Maids does a fantastic job. We had another cleaning company before them and they were not nearly as detail oriented as Triangle Green Maids are. Their service didn't even come close to being as good. Sometimes I felt like the other company just wiped things off in the bathroom and didn't really "clean" it. You won't feel this way with Triangle Green Maids.

I started using Triangle Green Maids after using a different service with eco/non-toxic cleaning practices. There is a huge difference in the service, cleanliness, friendliness, and overall professionalism with Triangle Green Maids! I highly recommend them.

We have a 4 br, 3 bath house. The cleaners were only here 1.5 hours when the initial cleaning says expect 3-4 hours. There was no deep cleaning done. Very disappointed in the time spent cleaning, the quality of the cleaning, the cleaning products used, and the price paid.

EcoMaids has done a great job cleaning our house that holds a family of 4 and a very large, lazy dog. Kids toys are always put up, floors and bathrooms look great! Best part is the quick solution to a blind issue - VERY HAPPY ABOUT THE SERVICE REGARDING THAT! It's always a great day to walk home when EcoMaids has visited.

While servicing our home, the cleaners detached a mirror from the wall in one bathroom and did not tell me it had happened. I only found out later when I noticed the mirror was left leaning against the wall propped between it and the faucet. Had they told me at the time it wouldn't have been an issue and I would have helped them put it back in place.

Every cleaning has been exceptional. The techs at EcoMaids pay close attention to detail making certain not to miss a spot. In addition to quality cleaning, their service is odor free- no smell of harsh chemicals. The entire staff is top-notch and never disappoint.

You never know who is going to show up to your cleaning appointment but after speaking with Darrick, I had a good feeling. He was very professional and called to confirm the appointment. The girls did a great job. There was nothing left undone as I have experienced in the past. The house looked and smelled great and can't wait to have them back again.

Were prompt and did a great job. Only thing I noticed was a small window sill and two corners of the floor were missed. But a quick wipe of the rag for 30 seconds and I was turning in my keys. They cleaned my microwave to I was very happy with this service.

I have been using Eco-Maids service for a few years by now and I can't tell enough how pleased I am with the results. Every time The house is spotless and does not smell like chemicals after the cleaning because they are using eco friendly products. The service is very flexible and accommodating. Thank you so much.

They did a fine job but we were disappointed that they never emptied the waste basket in second bathroom. Also they did not go into the screened porch at all. We were expecting them to sweep/ mop the floor as they did the first time they came.

Best cleaning service team I have ever hired. It's too bad that I moved out of state otherwise they would still be working their magic in my home. Did I mention that I am probably the most picky person when it comes to cleanliness? They pay attention to detail but move quickly. I'm not sure how they do it, but I wss always impressed. To top it off, my Rottweiler loved them. He would get more to see them than he did when we came home from work. Dogs can sense when people are kind, trustworthy and genuine and this team is just that. Hire this team with confidence.

We have worked with Ecomaids for many years and have been very happy with their service. They do a very thorough job and on the very few occasions where there was some sort of issue, they were very quick to respond. We love coming home to a clean house especially knowing they are using safer, healthier cleaning products.

Owner is very responsive and lets me know when there are changes to the schedule. The cleaning team of two does an awesome job in my house, from floors to bathrooms to garbage cans and even changing bed sheets. A huge bonus is that they use green cleaning products as we avoid harsh chemicals in our house. They are willing to use your products or equipment if requested. My house looks great when they’re done each week, really appreciate them!

Prompt response and scheduling. First clean seemed rushed and some obvious things were missed that were listed as included in the service such as wiping down doors, all baseboards. Will continue to use at the time as the owner responded promptly and willing to address next clean!

The last time the cleaning crew came by, they mistakenly left a gas burner on without the flame while cleaning the stove. I was not home and gas leaked into my house for TWO HOURS and I had to call the fire department. When brought to their attention not only did they not apologize, or try to make it right, but blamed it on “increased clutter in the home”.

Do not recommend. That could have cost me my home, and put the lives of myself, my children, and my pet in danger.

I had a great experience with Triangle Green Maids. Not only were they available for a last-minute request, but they did an excellent job cleaning my home! They were professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone for their cleaning needs!

Last time I had stuff hanging out in all my bathroom drains and I thought that it was a fluke. This week, my bathroom floors weren’t swept and no bags were left in my trash cans.

The company is always friendly and easy to schedule with, and attentive to messages. I am disappointed in the cleaning though.
