They did a wonderful job cleaning our 2-story hou zse. They were done in a timely manner without missing a thing. We loved that they include baseboards in their service and even made all our beds as well. With 2 kids and 2 dogs, it's quite possibly the cleanest our hardwood floors have been in a while. We will definitely use them again.

We have been using EcoMaids for about two years now and they are consistently amazing! We couldn’t be happier with the level of service we receive with every interaction. The cleaning itself is always excellent. Their flexibility and willingness to work with us when we’ve had scheduling conflicts is certainly always appreciated. We would highly recommend EcoMaids to anyone considering their services.

The women who came to my house were lovely, very sweet ladies! I have used this cleaning service twice and both times my house has looked excellent. I did notice that after both cleanings there were things that had not been done, which were listed as included in the service we paid for. Ceiling fans had not been dusted, doorways not wiped down, surfaces not dusted etc. I know things get overlooked especially during busy times so I performed those tasks myself, as I had company coming into town. When I reached out to Darrick about the things that had been missed he was initially responsive. I asked for a partial refund since the entire job had not been done. He said he could give me a refund in the form of applying it to the next cleaning, however I asked for a check to be mailed/dropped off instead. Since then—crickets. I have reached out two more times to follow up and still have received no response. It all feels very shady and not a business I want to put my money into. If I could hire the women who performed the house cleaning without going through the business I would!

I called Triangle Green Maids for a one-time apartment deep clean and was incredibly happy with the results. I called on a Monday and was able to schedule for Tuesday. They cleaned everything in an hour and a half but didn't miss a spot (and there was a year's worth of dog hair everywhere)! I would absolutely call them again or recommend them to a friend. Thank you! :D

These ladies have the BEST time while cleaning our house! They are always friendly. It just seems like they love their job.

The cleaning team was professional, friendly and thorough. They wiped our baseboards and moved most of our stuff to clean all the spots!!

I’ve been using Triangle Green Maids for the past 2 months every other week and I’m always very happy for their services. The 2-3 ladies remain the same and are very efficient. My entire house is done in about 2 hours and smells good when they leave. I feel it’s a good quality/price.

Inspite of only giving 3 stars I would still hire Triangle Green Maids again. This was our 1st "initial" cleaning which comes with alot. The team was prompt, professional, and quick, but maybe a little two quick hence the 3 stars. This cleaning included wiping all baseboards, light fixtures, door & window frames. They used a "duster" to wipe all the walls & frames; however, a light dusting with what they used didn't do a very good job.
After they left I used a dark colored dish towel to run my fingers over the door frames and light fixtures to pulled down a lot more dust (see photos). I do have an advantage as I am tall and can easily reach the top of the door frames. The cleaning team was challenged in the height department.
I was thinking they would move the couch to get the baseboards behind the couch, but that didnt happen. Maybe that is extra, I dont know but the check list said all baseboards so I was expecting furniture to be moved. Had I known they were not I would have moved the furniture for them.
Lastly I asked/ordered the 7 x 10 area rug to be steam cleaned for an extra fee, but that didnt get done, but they did not charge me for it either.
This is a learning process, Ive never hired anyone to clean before, but now I know. Hope this helps.

Very accommodating to meet a date for cleaning on less than a weeks notice. This was a move in and house really was pretty much clean needed detail cleaning. Was a little disappointed with missing the corners, some of the counter top edges, door frames. I would use this company again.

Triangle Green Maids did an excellent job of deep cleaning our house before we moved in. It was so clean after they finished, it was like a house that had never been lived in. This was the single best cleaning that I've ever seen!

I posted a review prior but deleted it thinking that I had resolved issues with the manager. However, this is not the case; after 2 weeks, I have not yet received the requested refund for a missed room.

I switched over to Triangle Maids for monthly cleaning service and you must start out with an initial cleaning fee, no matter how clean your home is. The initial cleaning fee was $229.

The cleaners came an hour earlier than the time frame given to me. My husband is a late sleeper, and he had set his alarm for ten minutes before the time range. They woke him up an hour earlier. This wasn't the only issue.

The cleaners left one of the rooms I paid for unclean. When I came home, I saw rolling chair marks from my office chair, dog hair on my desk, and no vacuum marks indicating that this room had been untouched. My husband said that when he left the shower, the cleaners were already downstairs.

The manager asked the cleaners what happened. They said that the room was locked and that they had asked my husband multiple times but he didn't respond to them. This is false. First of all, the room is not locked. Someone would have to be inside the room for it to be locked, and no one was inside because I was working and also because I do not lock any of the indoor rooms in my home. If they had just turned the knob, it would have opened. The cleaners had lied to the manager.

The cleaners left after 1.5 hours of cleaning and they did a shoddy job. How can an initial clean fee of $229 be worth 1.5 hours of poor cleaning service? My previous cleaner would spend 6 hours cleaning my home for a standard cleaning fee of $130. After $229, I still needed to clean the room they missed myself.

After they left, my husband found a huge hairball inside the master bedroom toilet. While some cleaners probably do this without the owners never noticing, the correct way to dispose of hair would be in the trash. He had to fish the hair out himself and dispose of it properly. By the way, the hair in the toilet in my photo is only 1/5 of what was originally there (yes, I shed a ton).

The manager's solution was to have the cleaners come back again for a second cleaning. After the missed room, terrible cleaning service, and lying cleaners, WHY WOULD I WANT THEM TO COME BACK?! I asked for a refund of the missed room instead. He promised a check to be mailed to me.

It has been two weeks.

The check has not arrived.

I would never book Triangle Green Maids again and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND their service. Not only do the cleaners lie, apparently the management does too.

Edit: It has been over a month since the cleaning. I called and emailed regarding the refund for missed room. I have not received any response. Please do not book this service. As soon as you cancel, they will have nothing to do with you even if they owe you money.

We had a very bad experience with the services provided by triangle green maids. We had quote for move out cleaning but charging extra to clean windows, sliding door. Even the floor and cabinets were not cleaned properly.

I am revising my review, the company reached out and wanted to make things right. They sent out a new crew to clean again. They came in and cleaned our home nicely. I appreciate the company willingness to make the wrong right.

My recommendation to the company is perform spot checks on your crews. Again, thank you for coming out and making things right.

Found a lovely home and we’re looking to have it move in ready when we arrived a few days later.

I was very excited when I scheduled my move in clean appointment. They were able to get me in right away. That’s where my excitement ended. I wasn’t at the residence when they came. Lesson learned, so many things were missed, the fridge wasn’t cleaned, the oven wasn’t touched, there were many light fixtures left with cobwebs, outside cabinets missed, shower soap trays missed etc.. The home wasn’t filthy when they came in but needed a good deep clean. For the cost I expected certain things done as the description read for the price. I even left a tip for the service prior to seeing the work, that was on me. This was a quick turn and burn job. I definitely will not be using their services again.

They do a decent job cleaning but things are not put back the way they were. Example: soap dispenser no longer next to sink, blinds pulled up but not put down again, cup balanced on top of my toothbrush, beverage tray over recliner instead of to the side ... I like the team but wish they would pay more attention to details.

The managers, one of them being Stephanie, the main one who is blonde I can’t remember her name, are very very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Great service! House looks and smells so clean. Our favorite part was the fridge cleaning add on, the fridge looks brand new.

Nina and Jess from Dust and Mop were great! It's so nice to start fresh in a new rental! I asked them to focus on high-touch areas and the baseboards throughout the house and they did a fabulous job. Took them about 4 hours to do a full deep clean.

Jojo is always so kind and pleasant when at my home and consistently does a detailed and thoughtful job. I’m so grateful for this small but BIG luxury I gave myself.

I have been using Dust and Mop for over a year now. They do an amazing job every time. I request Maia - she goes over the top at each cleaning. I have 3 pets so there’s always lots of hair. After she leaves, it looks like they don’t live here!
