Jeff showed on time, thoroughly checked my problem out, and recommended we not change the flush valve as it seemed the problem had cleared on its own. The tracking app showing Jeff in route was extremely helpful since the site was remote and hard to pinpoint by street address. Pittsboro Baptist Church will use Full Stack the next time we have plumbing issues

Great Service! Full Stack plumbing is the only plumbing company you will ever need. Our tankless water heater began to have issues and Curry was here first thing in the morning and in 30 mins figured out the problem and fixed it.

Corey was wonderful. He was familiar with the issue, knew exactly what the remedy would entail, and was in and out in no time. Fullstack has quickly become our family’s (3 households) plumbing company of choice.

Disappointing from start to "finish". We were overdue to have our water conditioner replenished after our regular guy died. We called on the recommendation of a friend who knows the owner. The call went to voicemail, and I gave our info and explained what we needed.

A week or more later with no response, and not having done too much myself to find a different plumber, I called back. The lady who answered was able to schedule an appointment with Ben.

When Ben showed up, he wasn't familiar with our water conditioner, and said he'd have to go back and research it and get back to us. Thankfully there was no charge for the visit.

After another week or more, I reluctantly called a third time. The lady who took my call said Ben would get back to me soon.

Neither Ben nor anyone else ever called back, so we found another company who was familiar with our equipment and took care of us right away.

Ben and his associate, whose name I can't remember (I'm sorry to be so bad with names), were excellent. They arrived on time, were efficient and professional, and were so very nice to boot.
If you need plumbing service, I definitely recommend Full Stack Plumbing Company.

The Full Stack Plumbing team is great, I have worked with them for 2 years due to a sprinkler check and had a leaking toilet, they came out the next day, on time, great photo of technician and spent the extra time making sure they resolved the problem. I liked that Ben and JJ worked as a team and enjoyed talking with them both. Thank you to the team and hope to see Ben and JJ again for the next sprinkler check.

Full Stack comes through again. I have called on Full Stack several times for plumbing work and it's always been excellent. They didn't disappoint, Corey installed a hydration station in our garden. Corey explained all the details of the job and answered every question. Corey was professional, patient and ensured everything was done right. Did I mention the excellent work, in addition to his personality, his work was nothing short of being perfect. Full Stack is the hidden gym of Pittsboro.

Full Stack plumbing did a wonderful job installing a new toilet and bidet seat. They communicated professionally about the estimate and scheduling, and the staff who showed up to do the job were fabulous. They even took the time to help assemble a handrail I had ordered to make sure my parents could get up safely and took the cost off the estimate for the handle bars they brought but we didn’t use. Highly recommend.

We had an urgent water leak with our 20 year old gas hot water tank. Full Stack was very cooperative and fit us into their schedule that day and replaced the unit the next day. Took them a little over 2 years for the job. John at Full Stack was great to interact with and work with as the job was progressing. We loved the text /email updates on their arrival times. Jeff and his assistant were great. It was wonderful to be able to call Full Stack in the morning and to have someone here before 2:00 in the afternoon.
Our hot water heater was leaking and they were here quickly and showed us the problem, gave us options and replaced the unit very quickly.
Highly recommend the company. Jeff was excellent!

Team lacks competence to handle basic clogs. I had to fix the problem after they left. Pricing is outrageous. $300 to run an auger down your toilet. $400 to install a stainless steel toilet flange ($5.98 part at Lowe’s + 2 screws)
