Driving from Zebulon today at 12:32pm to merge on the highway and one of the drivers from the business refuses to let me on the highway. He runs me off the road and then proceeds to flick me off. I hope he gets to where he’s going.

From my initial call with Jessica, until completion of the job, Legacy was outstanding! They were one of three estimates and several thousand dollars lower than competitors. I learned from the experience, that if a contractor resists providing an itemization of labor and materials, you should move on. Legacy was professional, timely, and competitive.

I have used Legacy several times at my home. Each time I met honest, friendly, and professional individuals! I appreciate a job well done more than I do "cheap". Not once have they tried to sell me something, instead they provide me the facts so I can make an informed decision. How refreshing! Thanks Willie! It was a pleasure to meet you today!

Third job I've used them for in my house, and each time has been great. Today was no different. Replaced a hot water heater in my attic and made it look easy! Friendly, efficient, and professional staff and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

We have used Legacy often over the past few years, to help us fix a number of plumbing issues in our new and previous houses. They are the only plumbers we use - they are amazingly professional and smart. They have had to come up with some creative solutions for a number of unique issues we had. They always deliver - top notch service and performance at a very reasonable price.

I have been using Legacy Plumbing for at least 12 years - maybe longer. They are incredible! They have never let me down and have helped us in various emergencies as well as many other situations. They have been instrumental with helping us make improvements as needed such as a water softener, carbon filter, reverse osmosis, hooking up gas to grills, new toilets, water heater replacement. etc. . I have used them for 2 of our homes now and their work is top quality. Everyone from Legacy that has worked on any plumbing situation in my house has been very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. They will ALWAYS have my business!

It feels a little weird to write a review for a company that didn't actually do any work for me, but hear me out. I called Legacy Plumbing company to get a quote about moving a utility sink in my laundry room. Jamie was very pleasant on the phone and was able to get a plumber out to my house within the hour. Willie was able to find my notoriously difficult to find house, and was so friendly and helpful. He graciously accepted my dog jumping all over him and then gave me advice regarding my sink. In order to use our laundry room more efficiently, he recommended an alternative option that didn't require moving the sink. So while I ultimately did not use their services, I was so impressed with Legacy's promptness, friendliness, and clear concern for their customers (even when it didn't necessarily bring them business). I will DEFINITELY be using them in the future should I need plumbing services!

They saved me $900 by being an honest and reputable company. I am officially a customer for life.

Can't recommend Legacy enough - we had a pipe burst in our crawlspace and found out about it first thing in the morning. Called them and Liz provided great customer service...even though their schedule was booked for the day, she was able to shuffle around and fit us in. Within a few hours, our pipe was fixed and water was back on, all at a very reasonable price.

I'll definitely be coming back to Legacy for our future plumbing needs.

On November 28th, we had a maintenance man testing our main water shut off, within our home, and the valve seized closed. As a result, a plumber was needed, and William, with Legacy Plumbing, answered the call.

William was exceptional, he was profoundly professional, friendly, and open to any and all questions I could think of. William answered all plumbing questions I had, including those not pertaining to the main water shut off, which I was appreciative of. William also walked me though his thought process and shared his knowledge with me. He did an excellent job on our main water shut off, to include a quarter turn valve, which I much preferred over the old valve type we had installed.

In conclusion, if I ever need a plumber, I highly recommended Legacy Plumbing and can only hope William will be there to answer the call once more. Thanks again William!

Legacy plumbers are honest, thorough, and skilled problem solvers. I've used them for 5+ years at two properties. At one property, in particular, I've had some challenging requests, and they've always come through. My impression is that it's top-down from the owner. I've communicated with him a couple of times, and he's always been totally on-the-level. I can't recommend Legacy highly enough.

I own multiple companies and use Legacy Plumbing all the time! Yesterday I had my hot water heater serviced and Gary was so kind, respectful, professional and fast! I discovered Legacy Plumbing a few years ago after being constantly ripped-off by companies that spend lots on money advertising on TV. I have found them to be incredibly professional and very reasonably priced. Over the past 2 weeks, I had a couple of incredible experiences with them that I still cannot believe. Last week, I asked them to replace my 30+ year-old sump pump that was enclosed in a basin in the floor between my washer and dryer. In the 30 year's I've owned the house it has never been serviced. Finally, fate caught up with me and it died. I knew it would be an ordeal to replace and it was. But Mike stuck with it most of the day finding an appropriate replacement, custom fitting a cover, replacing pipes, etc. I was shocked at how reasonable the bill was and I was a very satisfied customer. Earlier this week, fate struck again, and I realized that something was not right with the sump pump or associated parts. I called Legacy again and Mike returned this morning. He spent 3.5 hours diagnosing and fixing the problem which ended up being a blockage in the pipe leading into the main sewage line. When he said goodbye, I asked him to bring me the bill. He told me that he had talked with his supervisor and that there would be no charge. I was absolutely stunned because I knew how difficult this had been. He said he found a piece of plastic that blocked the line, and it MAY have been a part of the old pump that he missed. Thus, there would be no charge. If you're looking for a customer friendly, professional plumbing company with incredible integrity, Legacy Plumbing in Raleigh is incredible.

Highly recommend Legacy. They picked up the phone, I talked to a real person, no holds or waits. They sent out a plumber same day and charged a very reasonable hourly rate. (I didn't catch his name) but the young man showed up when he said he would, was knowledgeable, and quick. Within 2 hours he had cleared the blockage in my main sewer line (which included the removal and reinstallation of a toilet). Don't go with a big corporation, go with Legacy.

Legacy Plumbing has outstanding customer service and competitive pricing along with warranties on service. First of all we secured 4 estimates from different local plumbers to replace our 40 gallon home water heater. Legacy was the 2nd most affordable quote. The business with the best quote did not offer the same warranties.

What made us choose Legacy in the first place is that they took the time to read my email and carefully address every question or concern we had whereas the other 3 companies did not come close to doing.

Colton and Steve installed our heater. Colton interacted with me the most and he was extremely kind and professional. He answered all questions, demonstrated some things and answered competently and patiently.

The final price was actually a bit under what was quoted and after install, a company rep called to ask if everything went well with the install and I told him we were extremely happy.

This company wants happy customers and strives to go beyond the customers' expectations.

Legacy Plumbing has done all sorts of work for us over the years. Most-recently, Corey came out to diagnose water that was dripping downstairs from my son's bathroom. He spent time explaining the things he was trying and helped me understand the conclusions. He was back today to fix an issue and did a great job! I really appreciate that I can trust Legacy and the technicians to not just do a thorough job, but to explain the situation in a way that is helpful and kind. Highly recommend this company!

I had a water leak in my front yard. With the help of Leak Locators, and a lot of hard work, Legacy Plumbing fixed it. I haven't had any problems since. Matt and Johnny got everything cleaned up and put back together. I was quite happy with the service and professionalism!

We used Legacy Plumbing for the first time today on the recommendation of one of our neighbors. Jessica in the office was extremely pleasant and helpful each time I called. Matt was our technician and he called to let us know he would be arriving a little earlier than the initially provided two hour window. Matt was the most knowledgeable and professional plumber we have ever dealt with. He performed the repairs efficiently and his communication throughout the process was fantastic. Wonderful company to work with. Quintin in particular was a pleasure to have around. We had them upgrade a kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Remove water filtration system. Run a new gas line for a new gas stove-top. Will absolutely call again.

Legacy Plumbing is the best plumbing company that I have ever used! Corey came in my front door and immediately wanted to shake my hand. Such a nice, friendly, gentleman. He explained everything that he was doing. He even spent some time with my little puppy, Noah. Most importantly, he is very knowledgeable and does a really GREAT JOB! I will be a customer for life.
