Reaching out to RR was smooth, they were able to send out a technician quickly. Case was fantastic, he easily diagnosed the noise problem and was very clear about the process and part needed. Very straightforward. Would love to ask for him if again I need this service in the future!

Roto-Rooter was at our home within 1 hour of us making the service call. Emmanuel R. and Tony were extremely professional. Emmanuel explained the entire repair in great detail. All while training his colleague. They were forth coming, honest, and extremely meticulous. Our unit was under warranty, which was a new process for us all to work through with the vendor, but Emmanuel and Tony patiently waited while that was sorted out. They wouldn't leave until I was satisfied.

Great service from Fabian. Very knowledgeable. He did a great job installing my kitchen faucet and changing out the on/off water valve . He took his time and made sure the jobs were done right .

The service provided was great. The technician Emmanuel was very thorough and detailed. He walked me through the entire process to repair the plumbing issue. A quote estimate was given prior to the service being rendered. He completed a service check to ensue the matter was resolved. Excellent service in an emergency situation.

Emmanuel was more than helpful very personable came in and got the job done not only did he do the job but he made sure that I was comfortable with his work and answered all my questions although it was the end of his shift he went above the call of duty once done he also cleaned his area and reassured me that this job wasn’t a worry for his expertise at all ! I would 100% call roto rooters again and I would most definitely ask for EMAN by name for help again ! His personality and warm greetings made me feel like I can sleep well knowing my family has no worries after his work in my home !

We were extremely impressed with the quick response on Sunday with Juan the field supervisor coming to discuss the problem while waiting for Carl the drain man to unclog our backed up toilets.
Though the line was clear within the time frame Carl arrived we discussed replacing our toilets to allow for better flush and flow. There was no charge for the weekend call.
An estimate was provided by Emmanuel and Tony on Monday. We purchased our toilets today (Tuesday)and Emmanuel and Tony returned this afternoon to install them. They were extremely conscientious and made no mess and install was done in less than 2 hours.
All of the above named Roto Rooter staff are friendly, knowledgeable and well dressed.
The lady I spoke with on Sunday due to the emergency was knowledgeable about the problem and was very efficient in scheduling an appt. so quickly. We could not be more pleased with Roto Rooter and they will now take care of all our plumbing needs. We will highly recommend them to all of our neighbors.

Adrian came same day we called and was very helpful getting our pipe unclogged. He explained the process and though expensive was able to use the online coupon to make it more reasonable. The tech came the next day to video the pipes and help us understand where the problem was. Would use them again.

I’ve used Roto Rooter every time for plumbing issues which has been 3 times out of my last 5 years as a homeowner. I have never had a bad experience with them. This last time was exceptionally incredible thanks to the plumber Fabian. He even went with me to the store to pick out a water heater and walked me through the entire process and went above and beyond to create a great experience. I am truly thankful for him and roto rooter. 10/10 recommend.

Fabian was awesome. We had a late night emergency, and he was here promptly, had the part available, and fixed us good as new quickly! We are so appreciative of his knowledge, and kindness. Our dogs loved him too!!!

We had a pipe burst and Case came on a Sunday night and repaired it. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what she was doing. If all of Roto-Rooter's technicians are like Case, then I highly recommend them. Thank you, Case!

The water heater stopped working at probably the most inconvenient time (freezing temperatures, right before the weekend), and most places could only get to us by Monday. Tony is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, quickly triaged the issue, and was done in less than an hour. Would recommend!

Emmanuel was great! He arrived as scheduled, communicated the issue and did his best to resolve in a reasonable time. Our emergency plumbing issue didn’t ruin our weekend after all.

E-Mann was awesome, sharing what he was doing as he worked. It took a little time but he got the job done. He followed up with testing to make sure the drains were cleared. He was also very thorough in his clean up.
