Cary Plumbing has just completed repiping in my 32 year old home which had the dreaded polybutylene pipes!!

Everyone from office staff to the plumbers had been very receptive to my concerns!

The plumbers were very knowledgeable, efficient and provided information every step of the project! I was particularly impressed at how they expertly handled the installation of a faucet without destroying tile which I had been told by other plumbers that there was no way to access without breaking the tile!
They took great care to cover walls, furniture, floors to minimize damage and clean!

It was amazing to see how expertly this project was accomplished!
I am extremely pleased with Cary Plumbing and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!!

We recently purchased an older house with lots of plumbing issues, and Cary Plumbing has been so incredible throughout the process of getting it fixed up. One issue we had was with our toilets. We had Cary Plumbing replace two of our old faulty toilets, but three months later, one had developed a leak. They came back the very same day I called about the issue and fixed it free of charge. The two technicians (Brandon and Cody) were friendly, professional, and timely. They were scheduled to arrive sometime in the window of 2:00-4:00pm and they showed up at 2:01! Unheard of! The women I spoke with in the office were also incredibly kind and helpful (I believe their names were Karen and maybe Lindsey?). For future plumbing needs, I will not go to anyone else after the excellent experiences we've had with Cary Plumbing.

Cary Plumbing did great work replacing my water heater on short notice. They were able to make time to perform a same day diagnosis and make a recommendation and they performed a non-trivial replacement in the attic within 4 days at a reasonable price. Everyone on their team was skilled and professional.

Cary Plumbing provided excellent service from beginning to end. They're now on my speed-dial! We had a major water leak in our garage wall, inconveniently located directly behind the water heater. When I called, I spoke to Lindsay, who was super helpful and empathetic to our troubles. She was able to fit us into a tight schedule for service. Our plumber, Frankie, was on-time, professional and an overall great person. He quickly diagnosed our problem, while taking into consideration the impact to our walls (no inside wallboard cuts - nice!). After finding the source of the leak, Frankie was quick to fix. Highly recommend!!

We had a loose toilet and a friend recommended Cary Plumbing Company. I called in the morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for the afternoon of that same day. Zack called when he was on his way to our house and arrived within the two hour time frame for our appointment. He was professional, explained everything, answered questions, and cleaned up after the work was finished. I was very happy with Cary Plumbing Company and would call them again.

I've been using Cary Plumbing for several years now and they have always done a great job, both in quality, and also in communication. This most recent encounter was especially good:

A Friday evening our hot water heater died, and after cleaning up the water I called the after hours line. I got a callback very quickly and was talked through my options by someone who genuinely seemed to want to help me, instead of just get my business. All options were clearly laid out, and I was helped all the way. Though they don't do water heater installs on the weekend, they managed to get me an appointment on Monday.

The crew was friendly and really did an excellent job. Where the previous heater had a mix of copper and PEX pipes bent at weird angles and the expansion tank suspended awkwardly, this crew did a very professional job. Ripping out and installing all new piping (including some in the crawl space) to make sure its installed cleanly, and even calling another crew to drop off a special part to mount the expansion tank really seemed like going the extra mile.

I was talked through all that they did and they even kindly humored my questions about various parts and what they did, as well as maintenance.

Very impressed and will definitely use them again.

Had a pipe burst in the wall, called the company and Jason came over in less than two hours and fixed everything. Amazing work, very professional. Highly highly recommend!

My usual plumber recently retired, so I needed to find a new one to replace 2 outside faucets. I gave Cary Plumbing a call and I am very glad I did. From the initial call to ask questions and eventually set up an appointment to finalizing payment, Lindsay was a pleasure to speak with. The appointment was excellent as well. Donnie arrived early and finished before his estimated time while still doing great high quality work.

Cary plumbing completely replaced our Quest pipes with Pex throughout the entire upstairs. They also put in all new fixtures, sinks, drains and pipes for our master bathroom remodel. This was a completely new design which entailed removal of all plumbing for the new layout.

Mike Tingen with Cary plumbing was the lead plumber from start to finish on the entire project. His attention to detail is phenomenal!!!

We will use Cary Plumbing when we remodel the kitchen and Quest pipe replacement downstairs in the 2nd/final phase.

Great user experience installation of a bring your own water heater.

Good commutations and when I found an issue after they left, they promptly came back and fixed the issue with no cost...will use again!

We had Cary plumbing come to our home in Apex and we had two different visits. Zack was our plumber. This Company is excellent . They installed a new toilet, serviced our Tankless hot water heater Fixed leaky faucet and remounted an existing toilet, They installed new faucets today and all I can say is that the Plumbers are excellent. Fair price, very clean and efficient service Thank you So much !!!

We were in trouble with a water heater blow up on a Sunday morning. Cary Plumbing came super fast. On the call they gave us some fix up instructions and then headed our way. They said they could help with a partial recovery. But If we needed a new water heater, they would install one on Monday. Lucky for us, the Tech immediately saw our issue, and totally repaired it ( expansion tank) with some parts in the truck. WE were impressed with their speed of service and their honesty in making the repair when they could have convinced us to buy a whole new water heater,

New customer here! I called at 8am on a Friday about our broken water heater - they had someone out by 8:45 and the whole thing replaced by 10am! Very happy with our experience, wonderful service and reasonably priced!

We had a great experience with Cary Plumbing Company! Tim, our service technician, has been to our house twice to help us with repairs. Both times he was outstanding—on time, friendly, and very professional. Each time, he quickly solved a difficult issue, explained the fix clearly, and got everything working perfectly. In addition, Tim was an exceptionally nice person to interact with! We highly recommend Tim and Cary Plumbing!

Contracted Cary Plumbing to perform repair work. Bailey arrived on time, knew the issue when he arrived and got straight to work when I showed him the issue and provided more details. He completed the work in a half an hour being extremely professional in how he handled himself and the work performed at an honest price. I couldn’t be more impressed and will only be using Cary Plumbing Company for my plumbing needs going forward. I would recommend Wake county residents do the same. When I can afford it I plan on having them install a tankless water heater in my house.

Fast service. We removed a washer to install flooring in the laundry room. When we attached the hoses and turned the water on, the valve spewed water everywhere. I called Cary Plumbing and they were there in a couple of hours. Cut in to the wall, and then replaced the defective valve. I'm grateful and my customer is happy

Everyone at Cary Plumbing was friendly, prompt, and professional - from the person that first came out to quote an estimate on putting in a tankless water heater, to the people in the office, the crew that did the install, and at the back end of the job, getting through Town of Cary permitting and inspection approvals.

I will start with, the best service! Started with my call and continued all the way to the end of the repair. Everyone was polite and work was done efficiently. I needed my kitchen sink repaired and garbage disposal replaced. All pricing was upfront and no surprises. The young man making the repairs communicated the entire time. Highly recommended by a friend to me and did not disappoint.

We had a water leak at the main line, and the first plumber came promptly to replace the valve. A few days later, we noticed our shower water was dripping. Another plumber came under warranty, checked the water pressure, and patiently walked us through what was happening, offering helpful advice. We really appreciate that their plumbers—and the person handling customer service—are honest and customer-focused. They don’t rush to repair just to make money; instead, they give advice and knowledge first. That kind of integrity is rare! Highly recommend.

First experience with them is when they failed to fix my sink, the plumber said to my face that there would be no charge and then billed me almost $400. The next experience was when they came back out and installed a new sink I bought, did a really poor job and charged an exorbitant amount. Recently I’ve been having issues getting continuous hot water, so I had another company out to look at my water heater. The new plumbing company says the bottom of the unit was badly damaged on installation, then just jerry-rigged in there, so it’ll cost $700 to rebuild the unit. I looked up who did the installation before I moved in, of course it was Cary Plumbing.

Absolutely terrible.
