The team at Legacy Plumbing is extremely responsive, fast to service, and courteous. Corey just came out today to help with a water heater issue and he fixed the situation right away. Legacy Plumbing installed our new gas water heater and got us up and running quickly. I highly recommend this company for plumbing and water heater. My dog is also a fan as she got some love in the process.

Excellent experience. Called to schedule a replacement for leaky sink shutoff valves. Prompt scheduling and arrival as committed 2 business days later. Cory did an excellent, professional job. By practice, he tested my water pressure before leaving, something all plumbers should do but don't. I will certainly engage them again. A+

Legacy Plumbing was recommended by our Realtor, and Corey did a great job for us. We needed two toilet guts replaced, and a non-functioning outside hose spigot diagnosed. The toilets were done in a jiffy. It was then determined that there was a blockage in a pipe in the crawlspace under the house, which Corey went down into, to clear up and replace the pipes. He was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and friendly. And it was easy to get scheduled. We will definitely use them again!

I was referred to Legacy Plumbing and I called them and spoke to Dave and told him that I was a perfectionist and wanted him to send me the same plumber that the owner himself would choose or that he himself would choose if they were going to have plumbing work on their homes. They sent me Quintin who is a senior plumber with this company and I had him install a solid stainless steel steel GROHE Ladylux 3 kitchen faucet and matching soap dispenser, along with a brand new Kohler highline, extra tall, toilet, and also to repair my other two existing toilets which were having issues where the water kept running, as they both needed new flapper valves. The work was done to textbook perfection and it gave me total peace of mind, knowing that everything was guaranteed by Legacy Plumbing. I would never use anyone else nor should you if you are also a very particular individual who likes picture perfect scratch-free installations of high-end plumbing.

Case arrived on time to address our plumbing issue. She was efficient, knowledgeable and responsive to our questions. I will recommend Rotor Rooter to my friends and family because of the positive experience I had.

Emmanuel and Anyr did an incredible job. We had several different companies come out to look and they were the only ones who were able to identify an access panel to the back of our tub (we have an older home), saving us thousands. Would 100% have them back out again!

My sewer line was clogged and called them at 7PM. They confirmed they would arrive between 7:12 - 9:12 PM. At 9:30 PM I call them to see why no one has showed. They could not reach technician but called me back at 9:59PM and said he would be coming out. Told phone operator it was ridiculous they confirmed if they could not come out, she said they only have 2 technicians working in the entire Raleigh area tonight. Technician calls at 10:40PM and says he's coming out. Technician calls again at 11:25 PM and says he wants to reschedule. So they lied and said they would come out for an emergency call and no-showed, which means my sewer is going to freeze overnight since it's 21 degrees outside and cause expensive damages.

Emanuel and Marco were wonderful! They explained everything in detail from the issues to the fix. They installed everything quickly and professionally. If I ever have a need for a plumber again, I hope I get them!

Casey was fantastic! We just moved in and had leaks under the kitchen sink. Casey fixed it so fast and was very knowledgeable. We will 100% use Roto Rooter again because of Casey!

Not a good experience this time. Not much explanation provided for an expensive repair, and took more than 4 days to get the camera man to come. Had to call every day for them to respond, and found out that the cleaning work was not fully done. Had a good exp last time few years back, but looks like their service has gone downhill since.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Took pictures to show me what needed repair and explained everything well and kept me informed throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend.

I placed a call to Roto-Rooter and they responded quickly by dispatching a service technician to my home.
Service Tech Erik Bradley arrived promptly, assessed the problem and made the necessary repair. Prior to beginning the work, he explained the situation and showed me what was causing the backup.
Erik was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my time.

I'm a new home owner and first time owning well water. To keep a long story short, it has been a rough move in process even beyond water issues. Today my unexpected hero was Fabian.

I tried to follow online guides to do things myself and hit a breaking point when I couldn't get the very strong sulfer smell to go away from my hot water. I called expecting to have to pay around $500 to $1000 from my online research to repair the water heater. Fabian certainly could have done all the expensive things I was reading to do, especially when you have a customer suggesting it, but he didn't take advantage of an uneducated customer and was able to resolve the sulfer smell quickly and easily. He was incredibly transparent on pricing and educated me on everything he was doing. Can't recommend enough. Fabian just earned a customer for life.

Guy was super nice. I asked him to fix low water pressure in our bathroom sink. However for some reason, he instead said he fixed the issue and reduced the overall water pressure in the entire house. Which was not what we asked for. So now our issue is worse and the water pressure is low everywhere in all showers and sinks. Id love if you guys could fix the issue.

We had a pipe burst at the toilet. Facio fixed the pipe, going under the house to do a lot of the work. He was polite, quick, and cleaned up after he was done. We were impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. Thanks!
