Called this company this morning, they visited my property by 12pm, and fixed the emergency leak for a great price. The receptionist and the tech were amazing through the process. I will be sure to use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Incredible professional service! John came to our home today to fix a broken water pipe in the ceiling. Needless to say we were worried that it would be a huge mess. John knew exactly what was going on, opens up the ceiling and fixed the pipe while keeping the mess minimal with drop cloths and covers for His boots. He was extremely helpful and professional and I can't say enough about how great of an experience this was! Thank you guys so much!

Great company! Quintin was amazing, listened to the issue, was comprehensive in his analysis and even thankfully found some issues we were unaware of, and the prices can't be beat! Thank you, Quintin. You are definitely our plumbers going forward!

Legacy replaced my hot water heater and made other plumbing repairs. They've always done a great job. They always take the time to answer my questions, address my concerns and make sure I understand the work they are doing.

This is a great company! I was lucky enough for Nestor to replace the water spigots to my washer as they were leaking. He did a fantastic job and in a timely manner. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

You don't need to look any further for a good plumbing company. I've had other plumbers in the past, but now I'll stick with Legacy. Shaun was very thorough, pleasant and professional . He even took the extra time to educate me concerning my plumbing issues and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Cannot speak more highly of the service I received today. Called yesterday. Plumber came this morning as promised. Did what I had asked, and just so expertly and professionally. Removed the “spaghetti” of waste pipes under the kitchen sink, replacing them with a simpler, safer, more logical layout. Thank you! Highly recommend this company.

Called Legacy yesterday at 4:42pm and they came out this morning at 9:30am. Willie was great, professional, fast, friendly and had a great smile! Just over $100 to fix our issue at the office. Will definitely use them again!

I was about to give a 5-star review for coming same day to fix my sewer main and complete the job within 1 hour.

Then they charged me for 15 min of driving (ok, fine), 20 min of casual tool cleaning (really?), and 15 MIN FOR WRITING UP THE BILL! Yes, they charged me for the time it took to calculate and type up the total—ridiculous!

UPDATE RESPONSE: Jamie and the technician were courteous and helpful, and I appreciated the same-day service. I also I agree people should get paid; no one is disputing that.

But I just can’t stomach being charged $125/hr to write up my bill. I just spoke with another plumber who said he doesn’t charge for cleaning tools or writing up the bill and that it is not industry practice.

Can’t believe the world’s come to this, but now I know to ask whether a service contractor will charge me to calculate how much to charge me.

I wouldn't call anyone else for plumbing services. Sean has been out to our house twice and not only was the work done well and at a fair price, but he was extremely professional, nice, and polite. I feel fortunate that we have a plumber that we can trust and that is there when we need him! I recommend Legacy Plumbing to all of our friends and family.

I chose Legacy Plumbing initially based on online reviews. The first job was small: replacing a kitchen faucet. Joe Hollis was the plumber assigned for that job. I was !@#$%^ impressed with Joe: professionally competent, clean, and literate (presented a well written invoice, reasonably priced). I came back to Legacy for a larger job, replacing all our toilets; I returned because of Joe. Joe Hollis is the !@#$%^ man! I continue to do business with Legacy Plumbing because of Joe Hollis. He does a quality job; he's a quality man! You cannot go wrong with Legacy Plumbing, and especially, Joe Hollis.

Quinton flushed our tankless water heater and replaced two corroded fittings. He was on-time, polite and efficient, checked to make sure everything was working okay, and cleaned up the area. Such a pleasure to have a reliable plumber I can trust! I recommend Legacy Plumbing.

This is the best Plumbing company in the Triangle! We have used them many many times for items at our home and our business. They have helped us with small things like fixing a broken toilet to significant items like installing a commercial dishwasher, water softener systems, installing new outside spigots etc. They are easy to get on the phone (not often you can say that these days!), they have great customer service and are also reasonably priced. Everyone I have ever dealt with from this organization is amazing!

Jamie Dickenson, owner of Legacy Plumbing, knows what great customer service is all about. As a general contractor and home inspector, I have dealt with many plumbers and seen lots of plumbing work over the years. I have to say that Jamie and his employees are at the top. Their work is very good quality. In addition, they are polite, knowledgeable and follow through with everything they say they are going to do. Having hired many subcontractors over the years, I can testify that this is rare in any of the trades. I can't say enough good things about Legacy Plumbing.

I have used Legacy three times now and received excellent service every time! Two times were for outside water line leaks covered by water line repair warranty via PSNC and the other was for small things in/outside. Liz in the office is always courteous and gives your request utmost attention. All the plumbers are highly knowledgeable, professional and efficient. In my 25+ years of home ownership, have used several plumbers. All were good, but would put this company at the top!

Steve did a fantastic job of fixing my ongoing plumbing problem, and not only was he effective, but also efficient, unobtrusive, and polite all throughout! Can't recommend this company's services highly enough!
