Carl did a wonderful job. Got my line cleared and it didn’t take anytime at all. Really fast even in the frozen weather. I’d recommend him and everyone we’ve had at Roto Rooter.

I just wanted to say how extremely pleased we were with E-Mann and Jordan and the work they did to ensure our hot water heater was installed correctly and up to code. They arrived on time, they were very professional and worked diligently until our hot water heater was installed and up to code. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter and would definitely use them again.

Roto-Rooter, Service Technician, Emmanuel Rivera was personable and knowledgeable. He determined the issue was outside my home. He found no obstruction in the line when checked 100 feet out. The clean-out is located in my back yard and is tied into the commercial buildings behind my home. Further investigation is warranted. Thank you Mr. Rivera for your service today.

Awesome service, they were here within an hour of calling. They were very thorough and explained everything well. They tried an easier fix and discovered an issue with the water heater and helped me get a warranty to save a good bit of cost. Finished the job quickly and the attention to detail was fantastic! Highly recommend!

T.I.M. was the best! He quickly assessed my 6 toilet home. The toilets on the 2nd floor would not flush. He listened to the gurgling and explained it was a main drain partial clog. He is friendly and courteous. He saved the weekend as I had 4 family members visiting from out of town.

My wife and I found a leak (growing wet spot on ceiling) on Christmas Eve - we had a bit of a panic because we've had to handle a leak before that took months, thousands of dollars, and a redone bathroom. We called Roto Rooter and they sent someone out the next day, Christmas morning, at 9 am. Tony was our hero - he was communicative and explained everything to us in layman's terms, was clear about the steps he was taking, and what impressed me most is the way he used his instincts from past jobs to identifying the best way to help us. He identified and fixed the problem and had a restoration person come out and talk with us all within a few hours. We were able to enjoy our holiday like nothing had happened, and at a reasonable price. Roto-Rooter, and especially Tony, have earned our business moving forward!

E-Mann and his apprentice did an amazing job helping us with our plumbing issues. We had an emergency in our basement that required their quick work. They kept me informed, showed me everything as they went through the process and were super kind and helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all from the beginning once he shared that they had to open up our system and replace a part. They were even super kind to my puppies. Amazing quick customer service and highly reliable. They cleaned everything up and were in and out within a couple of hours. So grateful for their quick service.

We had an issue with our toilet shut off valve and flapper leaking , causing toilet to constantly run on New Years Eve , which Technician Fabian came to inspect.
Technician Fabian even came back on New Year’s morning , as promised to finish the job, which he did with precision and professionalism walking us through step by step of each action taken. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend him to get the job done!

My second great experience with Roto Rooter. Came out on a Sunday afternoon within 2 hours of my call to help with an emergency. Case was awesome. Great job and a great attitude - took extra care to make sure the repair was done properly. Very reasonable price especially for weekend service. Thank you so much for helping us out of a jam!

I had a leak behind my washer, very strange intermittent link and they figured it out. Squirrels or some type of critter had put hair and other items into the vent pipe and it was completely stopped up. After cutting the pipe and clearing the remainder of the debris, a replacement pipe was installed and the drain was also cleaned out and now everything is working as it should.

THE BEST! Finding a good plumber is not easy. Cary Plumbing is honest, reliable, great work, and reasonable prices. You really can't ask for anything more. Go with these guys and you won't go wrong.

Had a somewhat tricky situation on replacement of steam generator for steam shower and associated water filter installation. After not much luck with other plumbers, discussed issue with Ford at Carry Plumbing who provided "money saving" advice. Kimberly did excellent job in scheduling/communication and sent out Cory who not only did excellent installation but provide advice to ensure continued optimal performance going forward. All around excellent - no problem service, I would highly recommend Cary Plumbing Company.

Our hot water heater went out right before Easter. Karen was such a pleasure to get us set up quickly with an appointment. The team was knowledgeable and efficient. They also did a great job cleaning up and left zero mess. We will continue to use them for our future plumbing needs.

Update: I’m changing the original star to five. The owner took the case seriously. He communicated with us and is willing to address the issues. We feel the working hours after adjustment is very reasonable.

They charge $600 to install a toilet (NOT the fancy electronic one)! I was just billed 3 hours by two person work. If you happen to need a commonly used 3/8 to 1/2 inch adapter for your pluming job, they would not carry one. Instead they need to spend an hour trying to figure out and thinking there must be a missing part from the package. If you recognize the problem and request to finish installation then take care of the adapter yourself afterwards, they would not comply. They need to leave it uninstalled and book another appointment after receiving the part. All the cost and time wasted is on customer. Also keep in mind any work done past 15 min will be counted as another hour (just called and confirmed).

Cary Plumbing is fair & honest. The office staff went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their service. We are grateful for that & would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. 😊
