We had a very positive experience with Storm Guard Roofing and Construction. We were originally approached by Carson, who was in the neighborhood, offering to do a free roof inspection. He was friendly and professional and said we would be contacted by someone to get the inspection done. James Branchini came out two days later and did a thorough inspection of our roof. He explained, in a detailed manner, some possible problem areas he found. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient when answering our many questions. In addition, he took pictures of what he found and sent us an email specifically detailing those issues. Although we have not yet had any roof work done with Storm Guard, considering our experience, we would recommend them!

The entire Storm Guard team was professional and excellent from our first meeting through clean-up at the end of the job. We first met with Mike. He explained the process and timing so we’d know exactly what to expect and how to prep our home for the project. The first morning, the crew and delivery showed up right on time. They covered plants and the deck to protect them from damage. We had our skylight replaced, too. They provided us with floor protection for that, too.
The crews got right to work each morning. They have a system, and it’s almost like a choreographed dance. They were friendly & respectful of our home and space, and they were diligent about cleaning up from lunch and at the end of the day. Whenever we needed to leave the house, they’d wave us to wait and when it was safe to walk out. There were managers on site throughout the day to check on the progress. Storm Guard checked in with us during and after the project to make sure we were satisfied. We’re glad we chose them and have already recommended them to several other homeowners.

James Branchini from Storm Guard Roofing was a welcome sight for sore eyes. He did the repair and explained what he did for us. We can't even tell where the problem was before he came. Great job and a pleasant experience all the way around. When we need a roof I am calling James Branchini to do it. I can trust him. Thank you!!!

James was awesome. He came out and inspected the roof and asked to meet with my insurance company. He was there with the inspector and walked him through the issues with my roof. Kim went in and worked with me on understanding the process, the cost and also my Roofing details. The process was so smooth and timely. I enjoyed working with both of them and I would refer Storm Roofing to anyone. They were the best.

We just had a great experience with Storm Guard roofing, who we called after a neighbor recommended. After months of staring at some water stain spots on our ceiling, we finally reached out to schedule someone to come have a look to find the source of the leak. Daniel came out the same day, figured out the very simple issue (missing caulk on 2 vents) and took care of it. Excellent service!

The installation team arrived before time and protected the greenery around my house due the installation process. The new roof looks fantastic and comes with a great warranty!

We experienced a roof leak in several areas of our home after the recent tropical storm. Michael promptly responded to our call and was thorough, courteous and honest about the cause of the leak. Thankfully it turned out to be a relatively minor repair that he took care of for us right away. I would definitely use Storm Guard again if the need arises. Based on my experience I felt very comfortable that I was dealing with a reputable local contractor.

Had a leak that showed up in my bedroom ceiling. Called Storm Guard about 9:30am, they had Jim come out at 2:00 the same day to check it out for me! It was from a sloppy previous roof installation-Jim found the problem, caulked it, problem solved. Great job!! And he wouldn’t let me pay him! Just said pass the word along. I gave him a nice tip. Would highly recommend for great service, efficiency and personality!

Throughout the whole process, every person we dealt with in this company was knowledgeable, professional, extremely efficient, prompt, and kind. They kept us up to date on all aspects of the job through e-mails and texts. The actual roof replacement was done in one day, although we expected it to last two days, and clean up was exceptionally well done. Kudos to James, Kim, Ray, Chris and the crew of 15. The Storm Guard team did a great job on our roof and gutter replacement. We had storm damage and Michael was very responsive in responding to evaluate, meet with out insurance agent and get the ball rolling as well. Rachael, also was great to work with! She was helpful by providing a ton of choices of colors and styles for replacement shingles and gave me several options of standard or oversized gutters. Work team did a great job of prepping around the house to minimize any damage from replacing the roof and communicated well with a few issues they had found and then quickly resolved them with supplies they had onsite. Would certainly use them again and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors that inquired.
