I would like to thank everyone at Storm Guard Roofing Construction in Durham. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking about putting on a new roof.

Mike at Storm Guard not only did the initial inspection of our roof, he also handled submitting everything to our insurance company. He returned the day our insurance adjuster inspected our roof to make sure they didn't miss anything and would approve our claim.

This company is very organized and helpful. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and quickly got back to us with answers to any questions we had.

Our roof was done in one day and looks great!

He caulked the leaking site immediately and said it was such a small thing it would be no charge. Working with this company has been smooth and easy and I could not be more satisfied. Not only did they do a great job installing my roof 3 years ago, but I had a leak in my ceiling during this last winter storm and Michael came out that day. He checked the roof and it looked good, so he checked my attic and snow had blown in from the vents and was leaking through to my ceiling. He also told me what to buy to cover the ugly ceiling stain. Great service at no charge.

I met with James from Stormguard to talk about replacing the roof, and was pleased that he showed up on time and prepared. He took time to get on the roof to assess the wear and damage, did not try to upsell -- in fact, he told me the gutters and downspouts were fine -- and stayed in touch in case I had questions. Also, his estimate was very reasonable. I scheduled the job with a different company this time due to difficult logistics, but would not hesitate to call StormGuard again or recommend them.

Storm Guard was awesome. We were walked through and supported during the entire process. Not only were they present for meeting with the adjuster, they walked around the house picking up nails and any remaining shingles upon completion of the job. Storm Guard staff is professional and friendly, we felt confident and comfortable. The crew worked hard and made sure our plants and outside area was covered and well maintained. Our roof looks wonderful and it was done in one day! We are very happy we chose Storm Guard Durham to replace our roof.

We had a wonderful experience with StormGuard. Our roof was 8 years old when a house inspector found damages. Michael came within two days and StormGuard approved all repairs under a warranty. We also had few issues with the siding, and their quote was by far the most reasonable! All repairs were completed within 1 week and with very good workmanship. I would definitely recommend StormGuard for any roofing and/or siding needs!
