ADU sent Ben out to do our inspection, and he was great! He was courteous and professional, and honest with us about what we really needed and what we didn't - even though it meant we didn't need their services, this time. Definitely keeping ADU's number in my phone - they'll be the first I call from now on!

I recently had water damage in my home that needed to be cleaned up. Ranson and Chris came out to my home. They both were professional and very helpful. Ranson was very knowledgeable and earned my trust. I am very satisfied with their work and I strongly recommend ADU Charlotte.

I had a leak coming up under my flooring, they were able to come out within 24 hrs, to remove the flooring and dry the area to prevent growth of mold.

I also chose to work with ADU for repairs which was an easy and smooth process, and the finished product is a room that looks like it never had water damage.

Ranson and Chris with ADU entered my home, and took very good care of it with their work as if it was their own home. They continuously kept me up-to-date with what progress would be as well as the amount of time it would take. They were able to do wonderful work while I was working from my home office and there was no interruption with the care by which they worked on my home. I highly recommend ADU contractors and certainly give praise and proper credit to Ranson and Chris on their work at my home.

ADU was great in dealing with our water & mold damage. The workmen (Chris, Ian and Justin) were an Excellent team. They handled everything professionally and were friendly. Kurt the Mitigation Mtg was also Excellent by assuring us not to worry because his team would take care of everything. He was right, everyone was wonderful.

I was concerned that I had mold issues in my kitchen and bathroom so I researched companies and finally decided to call ADU to schedule an inspection. I spoke with Tracy who was extremely professional and pleasant. She provided a great first impression of your company! Tracy patiently and efficiently answered all my questions and quickly got my inspection scheduled.

Chris, Ian, and Justin were very professional. They kept my house clean and safe during and after completing the removal. We are very pleased with their work and timeliness! We couldn't have asked for a better crew. I would highly recommend ADU. Also Curt was the best, too!

I had a great experience with All Dry USA. Kurt worked with my insurance company and managed the entire process. He kept in constant contact with me, always letting me know what they doing, why they were doing it and what to expect next. Chris and Ian could not have been nicer or more respectful of my family and my house. They ensured we were able to continue to live in the house while they worked and were also great at communicating. They did a fantastic and thorough job. I highly recommend this company.

This company sent someone out to give me a estimate for pavers. I guess my house or yard wasn’t “expensive” or big enough for them to contact me back about my estimate. I see this company is use to 400k houses, guess my 300k wasn’t good enough... after contacting them for an update one week after my initial quote I received a message that I would have my quote by end of week... it’s one month later still no quote...so that should tell you something!

I needed an outdoor kitchen and patio done at my house. After calling a few different masonry companies, I stumbled across Master Stone Design. The staff that came out were knowledgeable and professional. They let me know what all would be involved, and even gave me a couple of pointers and ideas. The masons arrived quickly, did an amazing job, and left the jobsite cleaner than they found it. It was a joy to work with Master Stone Design. Shoutout to Ryan and Charles for going above and beyond. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

This was the most pleasant experience. They did a great job on the stone work and it looks awesome! They also accommodated my project by working around some electrical work and came back to finish it up when I was ready. I would use this company again without question.

My husband and I spent a few years trying to figure out the best product and company to use when restoring three large patios. We had a few unfortunate experiences and then we found Ryan Fitzgerald with Master Stone Design. I can't say enough about him, the team and the beautiful travertine he helped us select. The work they did was impeccable, they resolved a sloping issue we had since the house was built. Ryan was excellent at communicating with us and patient also, we never felt pressured. My husband and I could not be happier with the final product. The three patios look fantastic, the best they have ever looked! We will absolutely use them again for our next project and highly recommend them!
