The team that came in to work on my apartment and replace my fridge and dishwasher decided to take it upon themselves to welcome themselves to my drinks and food without my permission while I was sitting in the same Room. I have this all on camera. This worries me about what they're doing/taking when people aren't there to babysit them when they're doing work. That same team replaced my counter tops and left wood shrapnel and screws all over the floor of my apartment and tried to throw their trash into my personal garbage can that didn't even have a bag in it when there was a dumpster for my apartment building right outside my door. Extremely unprofessional. Do not use these people.

Currently at the Madison and have seen their "work", pitiful, sloppy and blatantly filled with incompetence. Damages to tenants property seems to be a priority for them. I have the notice for them coming Monday, and I am bout to file awareness with Landlords regarding their violation of quiet enjoyment. Renovations are not covered as repairs, let alone a multi-day renovation is already breaching the covenant of quiet enjoyment. Don't want renovations during tenancy, especially from a company with horrible work.

Recieved a notice on March 6th they would be in on the 11th to start replacing countertops in my apartment (The District). On the morning of the 11th they arrived and said they'd be working on my unit and they'd be right back. 10 minutes later a worker shows ready to start and the boss comes in says something to him and they leave. The next day I recieve a "Sorry Notice" that they won't be doing the work as scheduled. After talking thy o the management office I learn that they are out of material and the shipment didn't arrive. K guess the company didn't feel the need to inform me of the delay or reason. Poor service. If this is the way they do business I wouldn't use them.
