Kam and Craig did a great job for us when we had a water leak one night. They showed up after hours, promptly got things under control, and followed up with all the necessary steps. They communicated well on their arrival times, were very knowledgeable and were a pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience with the ERX Restoration Service. Keith Krause was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions. The work done in my home exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Kyle at ERX after discovering a shower leak that ended up turning into a full bathroom remodel—and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
Kyle was incredibly professional, communicative, and just an all-around great guy to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crews he brought in were also fantastic—friendly, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work.
Thanks to Kyle and the ERX team, what started as a stressful situation turned into a beautiful new bathroom. Highly recommend ERX! -
Kam and Craig did an amazing job with our water mitigation. They had to make multiple trips and work in less than optimal conditions, but they were always friendly, professional, and respectful. They also did a great job at keeping us informed on the progress of the project. Highly recommend!

Had a very good experience with ERX. Project manager, Tyler Kornegay and his team did a great job in my kitchen after ice maker line broke. I was very comfortable with their knowledge of what needed to be done. They were very respectful both to me and my property. And everything was left clean and finished.

Wow. Where do we begin? Glenn is an amazing trim worker and over-all great guy. Chris is a newbie and doesn’t show it, he’s just fantastic and his knowledge of flooring and all things is unmatched. Dylan, well, he’s just the nicest guy around and knows his stuff. He made sure we were communicated with the entire time, he made sure his crew was ontop of every project and is likely the most genuine person around. We had a terrible flood coming home from vacation and he ensured (with his guys) that we weren’t done until satisfied. Wouldn’t hesitate to vouch for them ever.

My family and I lost everything in a house fire back in September 2024 and I can honestly say that working with this company during this trying time has been extremely frustrating and stressful. ERX approached us LITERALLY while our house was still smoking from the fire (a very vulnerable time) and sold us a dream of how seamless they could make this process starting with boarding our house up so we could finally leave the scene. Everything moved extremely slow, leaving us wondering what they were actually doing as the house would sit for weeks at a time with nothing going on. NOTHING. The original project manager Kyle gave us a move in date of the end of October 2025, and as that deadline rapidly approached, I became increasingly concerned because the house was NO WHERE near complete. Finally, I reached out to his supervisor after I was told I could not attend a meeting he was having with the builder. As a result, Kyle was let go from the company and I was given another project manager, Tyler. As you can imagine, this pushed our move in date back months, and everything that I had already discussed with Kyle was out of the window and I had to start over with someone new right at the holidays. I'll give Tyler credit for coming in at the 11th hour to get our house completed and get us moved in, however I was screwed over in the end due to so many things not being done that I had already talked with Kyle about. I URGED him to please use the 360 pictures that ERX took of the home to rebuild my home the exact same way, and this was never done. Thus, I was left with countless things that could no longer be changed. The contractors they used for various things, like HVAC, did very sloppy work that was not up to code and had to be redone after I had moved back in, including all duct work in the attic, reinstalling the water heater and gas lines, and pulling the downstairs toilet and replacing the damaged wax ring that caused water to leak into my garage. ERX also moved my items back into my home resulting in my washing machine being broken, a TV being damaged, and a missing piece to an TV stand. I could literally go on and on about why this has been such a horrible experience, however I will just leave off with saying, PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ REVIEWS, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
EDIT: I will say that the customer service is definitely there, they aim to please and both Paul and Tyler have both been great when I have to come to them with issues. I truly believe that if Tyler was my project manager from the beginning, then I would not have had half the issues that I have with this rebuild. -
***EDIT***
Also, I recently found out that this company gives kickbacks to the contractors that refer them. That makes sense that our plumber recommended them so highly and why other reviews here have mentioned that they were referred to them for help.
It's unfortunate that I need to leave this review, but I am leaving it in hopes that it will save someone else the horrendous experience we have had. We fired ERX due to an extreme lack of communication and a clear complete disregard of what we initially asked for.
From the get-go I expressed we wanted the damage that happened from a large kitchen leak to simply be remediated and fixed as quickly as possible. I did not want to get an entirely new kitchen with all brand new cabinets like they kept pushing for. It is clear that this company is solely out for insurance money and YOUR money.
We were eventually convinced that they were going to get our insurance to cover all brand-new cabinets which we truly did not want initially. This process cost us a month of our time.
The communication with this company was extremely sub-par. The way that our kitchen was left is hazardous to my children and my family. Had this company listened to my actual requests in the beginning, then our kitchen would have been at least mostly back to being put together, if not completed, by now.
When we fired them, they proceeded to tell us that it will take 3 weeks for us to receive OUR deposit insurance money back, which is going to cause us further delays hiring a new contractor, which is unacceptable.
READ THE FINE PRINT of the contract with them. Luckily, we did not sign.
I would never recommend this company going forward to anyone who actually wants clear communication and will listen to you.
If you want a company that is only in it for the money instead of listening to your wants and making it seem like "you deserve this" (an actual quote by them), then choose them.
I am leaving a sample of pictures of how they left our kitchen. It has been like this for almost 7 weeks. We have 2 really young children (under 5). We were laying on the couch one night and the large island actually slipped and forced itself up against our torn apart kitchen island. It's a blessing that no one was hurt because of their gross negligence.
Best of luck if you use this company. -
Kyle and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel after a water leak. The communication throughout the project was great - Kyle kept us informed every step of the way. We're really happy with the quality of work that was done. The final result exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend them for any bathroom renovation project.

ERX handled everything. Dried wet floors. Sent movers. Put me in a hotel while work was being done. Damon did a great job coordinating it all. Special shout out to Philipe who removed glued down floors and installed new ones. Great job

ERX has been great. Glenn is a FANTASTIC contractor and I loved the work he did on my water-damaged home. Dylan has been an excellent project manager as well. Awesome team!

From the beginning of this journey, ERX has been right on top of all phases of getting us back to normal. Thanks to Damon, the project manager for communicating so well and keeping us informed throughout the project. A failure of the main supply line to our hot water heater ( first photo) started all this. Cam and Craig did a great job getting rid of the water and drying us out. Jesus' crew did a great job patching sheetrock and painting. Noah (Scott Flooring) was great helping my wife pick out carpet and he and his Dad did a great job laying the carpet. The final photo was the result ERX completed work. Again, thanks to Damon for managing the project, staying on top of scheduling such great contractors, communicating so well and being so great to work with.

We are extremely pleased with the final outcome of our recent kitchen remodel. Given that our house is older and the kitchen was original, the demolition revealed several structural and engineering challenges. We were very impressed with how Antonio and the team suggested creative solutions to overcome these obstacles. I believe their greatest strength is undoubtedly the ability to adjust the plan effectively whenever a problem arises. The entire team proved to be extremely hard workers who take great pride in their craftsmanship. Whether it was plumbing, electrical work, or custom crafting, everyone rose to the occasion. Thank you for the excellent work. We look forward to using All About Tile for our future projects.

We must have gotten their B team for our recent bathroom remodel. Shoddy work and no solutions offered. Won’t use again.
-
All About Tile was great!
-
They do excellent work.
-
This company was a no show for a scheduled appointment. That tells me all I care to know about this company and their dependability.
-
I love working with this company. They always deliver 5 stars quality service. Antonio the owner is a great person and his employees do exceptional work!!! See you on the project.
-
Had them come out to do a quote and then they gave me the run around. Kept telling me a few more days, ended up wasting my time and never got a quote. They seem very unorganized.
-
I have had several projects done by Antonio and his team and their work is exceptional. For future projects I will always use them and highly recommend them for any remodeling project.

I needed one broken tile fixed and All About Tile was amazing.
Not only did they fix the broken tile without breaking any other tiles but were so clean organized and timely
I would rate this company 10 out of 10 and would use them again.
