I had a big water leak on my house ceiling from my new unit I’ve purchased from Brothers heating and cooling .they arrange with this company to come a fix it a repair my ceiling . They came yesterday morning Daniel and David and inspected the damage and were able to fix it within the same day they repair it , paint the whole ceiling on my loft and entire living room , replace a ceiling lamp that was also damage and I couldn’t be happier because it did look bad before they came and looks about the same when we got house . They are professional , polite and well equip to get the job done . Thanks so much for repairing the water and light damage . Alejandro Vanegas .

Had a tree fall on our roof. Our construction manager Dylan was very attentive to our needs, communicated status, organized the construction, answered questions, etc. Would highly recommend

My wife and I have been in our home since '98....new home. The back of our home gets full sun, all day. The seal on our bay window dried out way back when. There has been moisture between the panes, which has not let us enjoy our windows. Having gotten a nice tax refund, we punched the button and decided to replace the center / side windows. We were referred to ERX by USAA. Ian and Brandon were Great to work with in laying the ground work for our new windows. My wife was home for the installation. David and Dalton were equally Great!!!!!! We are REALLY ENJOYING seeing our yard with crystal clarity for the first time in YEARS!!! We have to be honest, though...we did this for Beau and Nuzzles (our 14 and 4 year old kitties.

I would like to personally thank Damon R over at ERX for getting my project completed so quickly for me. This entire process was seamless and QUICK. We spoke numbers/signed paperwork one week and they completed my work the next. In one day. Thank you for the phenomenal service!

ERX is the only name in Emergency Repair that should be considered. Not only did our project manager, Evan do a phenomenal job on remodeling our Master Bath after a flood, but all 3 floors of our home that were impacted. However, getting the work done on time and with minimal surprises is important, but post construction support is top notch. We had an issue of settlement (not due to ERX’s work quality) as well as some tile that cracked and they came out after our warranty expired and made things right. Most companies would have pointed to their terms and said “you’re out of luck,” but Paul, Evan’s boss came by the next day and said, we got you covered!

Even though this project has taken longer than expected Damon and his crew have been fantastic in getting my bathroom restoration done. I can’t be more grateful for the work they did for us.

Kyle was the best Project Manager I worked with. He was very prompt and professional in every interaction. The work to repair a ceiling on our bottom floor and the bathroom in our top floor was amazing work. The gentlemen that assisted were artisans in their work! I would highly recommend ERX and recommend to have Kyle on your team because he makes sure things get done right and professionally.

Can’t say enough good things about Kam & Craig from the mitigation team. They were fantastic to work with, and did an excellent job preventing the water damage from being any worse than it already was.

From the very first day Rachel Siegworth was contacted to assist after our building fire, she showed the highest level of professionalism and compassion. The fire had destroyed so much—our toys, tools, lawn mowers, tractor, UTV, four-wheeler, RV, power tools, and even lifelong memorabilia—and Rachel was sympathetic, communicative, and quick to respond with answers and an estimate. She never left us wondering, always returned calls promptly, and even answered questions after hours. What stood out most was that she continued to follow up months after our initial meeting, showing true dedication and care. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Rachel is a shining example of how it should be done. We are incredibly grateful for her help and highly recommend her and ERX.

Damon was assigned our Project Manager after a refrigerator leak damaged our kitchen floor and cabinets. He did a great job coordinating with the flooring and cabinet contractors. I appreciate that he was always responsive and helped to complete the job in a timely manner.

I had a pipe burst in a wall, which flooded my entire first floor. ERX came out immediately to assess the problem. Jessica and Chris handled the mitigation for repairs. They were thorough and friendly and informative and worked quickly. Both worked diligently to ease the process into the next phase. I couldn't have ask for a better team. I will definitely request Jessica and Chris for any future jobs that may arise. Thanks for making something so daunting seem less troublesome.
My project manager Tyler was amazing! He kept us in the loop, let us know exactly what was going on and when things would happen. He went above and beyond for us. Those he hired as contractors were just as good, finishing each part of the project in a timely manner. I am quite pleased with the results.

We had some major water damage in our house and this team has done an amazing job at being quick to respond, explaining the entire process and overall just kind, helpful people. ERX came to mitigate the damages from a toilet supply line connection that broke in our business. They came on a Saturday after closing and stayed over 12 hours to remove the damage. Kam and Craig were very professional and kept me informed through the whole process. Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars, I would! My father used their services to fix his ceiling or tried to. In one month, they only cleared a room where the leak was and put the fans in to dry the area. When my Dad tried to call multiple times, they kept giving him different people who said they call back but never do. Due to lack of communication on their end and how unproductive they were, my dad ended up fixing it himself. We're talking one floor (all of downstairs) and the master bathroom had to be fixed. Meanwhile, he just lost his wife of 36 years during this time. What a horrible time to deal with such inconvenience! Everything just got finished, the leak happened in September!

Kam and Craig came to our home. They were prompt courteous and professional and did a great job removing our wet materials. Job done in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend!! Dylan did a fantastic job repairing all the damage from Helena and worked with my insurance company to get everything covered. He was diligent in making sure I was satisfied with the work that was done and making sure that the work was done correctly.
