Jerry is a great guy -- gave a quote and stuck to it, worked hard all day to get the job done (demolition of an existing deck, posts, rails), and even came back another day to finish it when he realized he didn't have a tool he needed. I highly recommend him for your demolition needs.

AWE was contracted to remove a chimney and fireplace. Jerry coordinated the dumpster delivery, adjusted original dates to accommodate impending weather, and executed removal promptly and swiftly. Trustworthy and integrity- I had to depart early and they cleaned up and locked my house prior to departing. True professionals!!!!

The service was great. They kept me informed on arrival time as traffic was going to make them later than expected. They were very fast in getting everything loaded and took a few extra items for me. The rates were very reasonable.

They left the area clean and ready for the next phase of the project that had to happen as soon as they finished. We asked Jerry to remove a terrible cigarette smoke smell out of a home we had just bought. Not only was the smoke smell so bad but there was that yellow residue on the walls that comes with smoking inside a house for years. He did a fantastic job. He worked on it for one and a half days. He removed it chemically and then went back and literally scrubbed the walls several times. We have those beautiful real wood panels for walls and when we came to check it out, we could see the difference. The walls were brighter and the smell was 99% gone. Knowing our walls were clean now, we then went over them with Kilz and paint and now our house is fresh and clean. We highly recommend Jerry. He’s a hard worker and wants to do the job thorough.

Jerry does excellent work and is very considerate & communicates well. I recommend AWE highly. We are already looking at additional work to have him help us. This job he completed for us took someone else 14 weeks (chosen by Insurance Company) & hadn't completed any real restoration work. AWE completed the job in 3 weeks including new quartz counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, new stove, new dishwasher, new backsplash, new floors & removing the popcorn ceiling. Impressive!
