The AWE company delivered a great job, repairing our damaged downstairs bathroom (water damaged subfloor). The work was done on time and in budget and their estimate, no surprises. We highly recommend AWE. They also provided specialists to do ceramic tile work, paint and even wallpapering. They took special care to protect our hardwood floors and left the job clean every day. We found them on the Better Business Bureau site. +++

AWE was terrific to work with for our bathroom demo. Jerry was very responsive & easy to communicate with. They showed up on time, did a great job, and left the area very clean. I would definitely hire again for another project.

Jerry and his team are great!

They were consistently timely, kind, competent, and complete. The scope of the job changed a couple of times and they were accommodating to the changes and helpful throughout the process. There were portions of the job that were more difficult than anticipated, but they took them in stride and did everything wonderfully.

I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Jerry was great to return my calls and follow up. They came on time worked nonstop tearing down a storage building on probably the hottest day of the summer. Cleaned up great afterwards. Very nice guys too.

Jerry and crew helped me gut the entire house. Easy to work with and they are a top notch team. Would easily hire them again because they did everything you asked and left the house clean and ready for my contractor and his subs to begin renovation.

They did an excellent job in fact I'm recommending them to a few people I know who deal in real estate and property management to do some of there household clean up jobs. Lastly there prices are reasonable.

AWE responded right away and was able to install my Govee permanent lights in my 2nd story for me! They were very friendly and had great communication. Highly recommend them for this type of job.

I would absolutely recommend AWE for any demo project. They answered my calls and texts, they were on time, they made this process seamless. Of course- I thought they were fair. Before getting quotes for this job, I actually considered doing it myself- it was the demo and removal of 2 sheet metal sheds. It’s not hard or complicated, so I figured I’d give it a shot…. Well…after staring at them for a week, I decided that if I can get the job done at a fair price, I’ll pay for it
I had some CRAZY quotes and then I spoke with Jerry, who assured me that it will be a job well done and really- it was perfect.

AWE was fantastic and everyone who came to my house was friendly, professional, and communicated well. I had full faith in them with the bathroom demo they did for me and they did not disappoint. They took care of my plumbing and electrical, and the final vac of debris and dust was meticulous. Highly recommended.

Jerry and Washington were wonderful! They arrived on time, were extremely communicative, and cleared the area. They were able to remove my hideous shed in a few hours and for a very fair price. I would absolutely recommend them for any junk removal/demo project that you may have!

My countertops are amazing. I got a white quartz from them, makes my kitchen pop. They put them in quicker than expected also. Would absolutely recommend

I have just completed two bathrooms with granite seekers. Adair did a great job organizing and following up on the various contractors that had to come in. This final work was beautiful.

Granite Seekers remodeled my bathroom and did a fabulous job. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend this company and plan on using them again.

Hired them for a kitchen remodel. While the kitchen turned out nice, it was way over budget and Adair has still not given us a final accounting of the numbers nearly 3 months later. We were expecting Adair to oversee the project as a project manager, that's what we believed we were paying for. There was very little oversight and when things did go wrong she informed us "oh well I just put the contractors in touch with each other." The baseboards looked terrible after pulling out the tile, I asked what can be done, "oh you can install quarter round to cover it up" ok so we will pay for that. Still looked terrible, then the story changed to "oh no, that wasn't to cover it up, that was something you needed anyway". Also, now we have permit issues to deal with.

No real quality control other than what we provided ourselves. We are very busy so we weren't looking to have to do that much QC ourselves. That's why we hired someone.
