We stumbled across this subdivision looking for a home today and Jerry took the time to talk to us in the office. Once we got to the home to look at it he gave us his card and left. He stated that he didn't need to show us what a bedroom looks like that we could do that ourself. I stated that we would meet him back at the office and he said there was no need we had his card. Originally he was to show us three homes but only took us to one. I feel like we were very poorly judged and he didn't want to waste his time.

My wife and I bought our very first home and we have had an EXCELLENT experience. We worked with Robin, who was an excellent agent. Robin took time to explain the whole process to us, she took me to multiple homes so that I could have an idea of what the homes actually looked like. When we changed our mind, Robin was very patient and happy to show us the new layout.
Rob was our Project/Building manager. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is always on top of things, answered all my questions very promptly and great with following up. Even after moving in Rob has been in touch with me and made sure that everything is to our liking.
It's been a month since I've moved in and I can honestly say that I am very happy with my decision.
Thank you Rob and Robin for making our first house buying experience so amazing. Both of you went above and beyond to make the whole process an absolute pleasure for us!

I bought a Mattamy home a little over 2 yrs ago. The HVAC has failed numerous times. But my biggest complaint is the room above the garage is freezing cold. That area of the house was not insulated appropriately. And if you have a choice for the appliances do not go with the standard they put in the house, whirlpool. My dishwasher has already stopped working. It never cleaned the dishes well from day one. I wash/rinse my dishes prior to putting them in the dishwasher.so there shouldn’t be a problem. I waited 2yrs to find a Mattamy home community I wanted to live in. Now I’m just disappointed by the poor product and appliances they use for the homes now.

I’ve owned my townhome at Cheney Townhomes for almost two years, and my first year was peaceful. Unfortunately, once the neighboring unit became a rental, my experience changed completely. There is frequent excessive noise late at night, loud music, banging, and poor upkeep, including trash and debris left outside. The walls are extremely thin, and noise travels easily, which makes it difficult to enjoy your home in peace.

I’ve contacted the HOA multiple times, but noise issues remain unresolved. As a first-time homeowner, this has been very disappointing. I would strongly recommend asking about rental policies and sound insulation before purchasing here. Personally, I would not recommend this community if you value peace and quiet.

Did a great job hanging and finishing the drywall in an office renovation

They were able to be at my house the day after I reached out to them and were able to repair a hole in my wall quickly, as well as prime and paint over the patch. Excellent a timely work, I really appreciate it

I’m A GC in the charlotte area they did an good job, finished on time and to top it off my insulation guy didn’t finish the ceiling on time and they installed the rest before starting. I can say this I’m not normal for another trade to finish someone else’s. I am very happy with their service and will use them again.
