I had the great misfortune of having a tree fall on my home , displacing me and my son for several months. Rainbow Restoration of Charlotte restored my home.
Even though it was such a surreal and stressful time , this company handled everything with professionalism and efficiency.
Jake, the owner was so kind and ethical. Kindell the mitigation manager was prompt and professional. Every communication and task was handled with what seemed to be ease. And even though it was a very stressful time for me , they handled everything for me and made it manageable. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is in need.

We were very pleased with Rainbow. We experienced some hiccups, but Rainbow was professional and addressed every issue we presented.

My project manager, Chelsea, was always pleasant, responsive and professional. Chelsea's desire was to exceed our expectations. She paid attention to the minor things that could sometimes be overlooked as well. She was calming and reassuring throughout the entire process.

All of Rainbow's employees and subcontractors were professional and efficient at all times.

Dealing with this company was absolutely the worse experience. Jordan was great but all else NOT. #1, all our bedroom furniture and kitchen furniture was placed in our den after Mr Parker stated it would not be touched & would be sealed off with plastic securely as no damage was in that room . Everything was piled in there , with dressers , bed, mattresses , chests , dining table and chairs etc . AND set on our wool rug, no tarp , no roll it up , to not damage it. Boxes upon boxes on sofa etc.Once we saw that, he moved all to storage as originally stated. So furniture was drug across rug again. Then we sat at hotel for two months with hardly any activity on our home.The next big thing was an attempt to repair cabinets they tried to pass off a cheap paint not even the SW cabinet paint chosen from the swatches given to us. I recognized right away that it was not our desired color but had to call myself and find out it was a cheaper , non custom paint. So all cabinets were repainted and the hinges too , plus no touch up to sided walls and terrible jagged paint mess which Allstate advisor said no way! All hinges replaced and new painter to fix the side walls per direction of Allstate advisor . Instead of taking cabinets to a professional to sand & spray , Mr Parker had the day workers to paint by brush, no priming or sanding and done out on our porch. Workers, who were very nice but obviously not painters by far , could not speak English which I then could not get them to understand would they be okay in the wet weather conditions. So left the cabinets outside on porch to get wet by huge storm that night , I could not move those inside. The next day , new project manager set them at our vents in kitchen to dry for three days.Imagine! I forgot to mention … Our refrigerator was left unplugged on the very first day before a friend could come get out items for me and lost the large amount of frozen veggies for our church soup kitchen that she and I stored, plus venison I paid expensive processing for lots of spices, jellies . Mr Parker was less than nice and I only received a portion of reimbursement for this. After all this , we would were told four different dates we could move back to the house and so we would pack up and be ready, my husband would take off from his work. I can understand this better as it happens but upon settlement to repair the rug and other missing items, his suggestion was to cut the frayed strings off of the rug, where furniture damaged it as drug off and that’s all it needed. I called company about the rug and was told that would cause more damage as it would unravel. He repaid the cost that I paid two years ago but not the replacement value of course dt depreciation but still lost a valuable rug from stupid decisions. He promised us so kindly to take great care at the first meeting but did not keep these agreements. Although his project managers were good , we were told so many things as reasons for delays that it is still unbelievable . Our first date for completion was the week after Thanksgiving and then the next date was Dec 15 and next was Dec 27, the next was Jan 6 and then we finally got home on Jan 19, days away from three months. So you may have delays. Jordan did make sure we got reimbursed for the items that never were found from the packing boxes but some were sentimental. I took several things with us but couldn’t take everything!!! I apologize for the length but I hope you don’t ever go through so much stress. Thanks also to Addie who helped with calculating the refrigerator items. Our floors were well done in 3 days by that company , but the cabinets took 3 months.

Had a good experience with Rainbow Restoration. The team was professional, showed up on time, and got the job done efficiently. They explained the process clearly and were easy to work with throughout. Would use them again if needed.

My dishwasher wasn't installed correctly they came out the same time that Allstate came out and collected a $200 inspection fee they didn't even pull the dishwasher out to see all the damage and then they Refused the job. Paul Davis came out and is doing a complete estimate

Working with Rainbow Restoration was a fantastic experience. The crew showed up within 2 hours of me calling for service due to a fallen tree related to a thunderstorm which hit the back of my house and caused severe damage. The team had most of the tree removed and the house fully protected from the elements within 16 hours. Kendall, Jordan and Patrick were fantastic emergency response leaders who coordinated the work with professionalism and attention to detail. The team had the emergency response finalized within the week and crews ready for the restoration work on site as soon as the inspectors would allow. Then the restoration team took over led by Scott and Brian and they were able to get my house fully restored in less than a months timeframe including inspections and they also coordinated with my insurance company to ensure all costs were covered and the work completed with precision and excellence. I could not be happier having worked with the Rainbow restoration service to complete all the necessary repairs to my house. What a great team!

We had the unfortunate situation of water damage in our home near Charlotte last month along with mold that came with it. We called Rainbow Restoration and immediately got the help we needed. Their team was very helpful and worked with our insurance. We ended up having water damage restoration and mold removal for our property. Very thankful we got in contact with their team!

Started off rough as they were completing another job, but after Scott our project manager was assigned it smoothed out a lot. Ron was the site lead and his team was very professional. They did an excellent job. I was VERY impressed with the clean up team.

After discovering a leak from our upstairs laundry, we knew we needed to have the water damage addressed immediately to avoid the potential for further issues down the road. Scott and his team were very attentive! They took care of everything that we needed and more! Scott responds immediately and hires only the best team under him. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Could not have been a better experience.

Brian, Justin, Kendal and Bryan. A lot of names to highlight here but they can’t be left unnoticed! Our main level of our home flooded when waking up for the morning. I contacted RR and they had the FULL Team out there same day to start the drying process! If it were not for their fast response time we would have lost our beautiful Hardwood Floors. I cannot express the gratitude we have for this team of professionals and how they handled our home with care. Without hesitation i would use them for a lifetime!

We had a great experience with Rainbow Restoration. A small leak in our primary bathroom flooded the room below. Rainbow was there same day to mitigate to damage. Then we worked with rainbow to restore the drywall and install new flooring.

Everyone we worked with was great. Patrick was awesome during the mitigation process. Bryan and Scott were very communicative and got the repairs done quickly. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. The results are fantastic.

Dustin and the crew at Vision Roofing were terrific! Not only was the entire roof replaced in one day, but the clean-up was absolutely thorough with no landscaping disturbed. Also, Dustin was most accommodating in our selection of colors and worked within the parameters of our insurance claim. Vision Roofing also came back immediately to tend to a minor issue. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for your roofing needs--they were great!
