We used this contractor for our crawlspace and these guys are great! From Matt’s first visit to provide an estimate until the job was completed, we experienced nothing but professionalism and timeliness. We had moisture in our crawlspace of our new home and the builder grade vapor barrier was useless. Since our home is new and the foundation was properly sealed and drainage was installed properly around, all the moisture in the crawlspace was coming from the dirt under the vapor barrier. Rather than up-sell us on a full encapsulation, Matt recommended we just improve the vapor barrier and install a large space dehumidifier. This saved us thousands by not overdoing it. They installed both for us after removing the cheap builders grade vapor barrier. The installers were very professional and clean…and they did an excellent job of cleaning up all scraps and debris before leaving. We hardly even knew they were down there working because they were so quiet, too! Now our crawlspace humidity is maintained at 50 - 55% and the dehumidifier they installed seems to have corrected our issue. But, just in case, they have also followed up with us a couple of times to make sure that the work they did was sufficient. One of the follow-ups was a visit by their project manager to make sure the installation was done correctly and that the dehumidifier was working properly. He also told us what to do if we ever have an issue and thoroughly explained all the error codes we might see if the dehumidifier ever fails…including an overview of the 5 year warranty. I can’t recommend CSB enough! We extremely glad we hired them! Scott D

Will, Devin, Tony, and James done a fantastic job. Respectful, clean and fast workers. They answered all of my questions and I am fully satisfied. I contacted Crawlspace Brothers to provide a quote to install an interior crawlspace french drain and sump pump system. Their response to my request was immediate and Joseph R. came to my home, inspected the issues and discussed several options. He was very responsive and accurate with his quote. On the day of installation, the 2 man crew showed up and competed the work very quickly. The install crew were very friendly and provided a good quality job. The crew "boss" Treavor came to inspect the job and make sure everything was done properly and that I was happy with the work that was done. Even the office staff were great (I called with questions several times and staff was friendly and responsive to getting me the answers). The entire experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Crawlspace Brothers Charlotte for you crawlspace needs...they were absolutely great!

The price was based on what we needed in our crawlspace without unnecessary work being added. Work was done as stated, on time and at the quoted price. Remy did our initial assessment and then spent time working with us to get the estimate down to a price we were comfortable with by proposing where we could find some savings without compromising on the work we needed. There was a hiccup with scheduling but once I raised the issue, they found a time that fit with what we needed, so no complaints there either. Finally, during install, James called me each day to provide an update on the crew's progress, which was extremely helpful since we live out of town. After everything was completed, another person called for feedback on our experience. Overall, we were really impressed with the communication and responsiveness to any concerns and the effort everyone put in to ensure we were satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Crawlspace Brothers resolved my flooding and ground water issues. They diagnosed and installed
a partial encapsulation. My moisture levels are now under control, protecting my home’s foundation and improving air quality. The customer service and communication with crawl space brothers was top notch and impressive. We couldn’t have asked for better. We needed A LOT of structural work along with a ton of crawl space work done at a property. Crawl space brothers was able to provide us with an amazing company to use for the construction part of the work we needed, MNS Construction Inc., and we were beyond thankful for that. Although we did end up going with another company to complete the crawl space work which was a tough decision because of the genuine and amazing customer service CSB provided. It was only because there were a few things we needed done that the other company was able to do that crawl space brothers did not offer as a company and it just made sense for us to do it all at one time together. But the prices were great, customer service was amazing, and everything else that crawl space brothers offered was perfect.

I had a very dubious assessment from a company regarding my crawl space and Crawl Space Brothers came to give me a second opinion and they were honest enough to tell me that nothing needed to be done. They were quick to arrive, very polite and never once tried to sell me anything!
