I'm very pleased with the job Crawlspace Brothers did. I compared their work to my neighbors who used some other company, and Crawlspace Brothers work is superior.

The crew at Crawl Space Brothers did a great job. Devin was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely thorough, and we are very pleased with the job he did.

Reviews and feedback are actually important to business. Unfortunately, some patrons in today’s society either do not recognize the way in which to use their voice to make an impact either positively or negatively. You can leave a truthful and in some cases negative comment to get resolution with a problem you’re facing. For example: you can read the feedback from customers about this company and be completely befuddled as to why some responses are exceptional good, others very bad. I’m taking the time to highlight my experience because CRAWLSPACE BROTHERS (those mentioned here) you should request for your home. I’ve included photos to further emphasize a job done EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. I’m writing specifically about Christopher Rash and Oliver Vasquez. Rash, during the sales meeting asked all the right questions and answered all of my concerns regarding crawlspace improvement in my home. The leadership and guidance of workmen and quality of craftsmanship and finished product can be tied directly to Vasquez who communicated with me directly. I then discovered he has a work ethic much like mine of doing it right the first time. Vasquez was obviously passionate about coaching and teaching his crew the proper way to do this type of work and behave in other people's homes. It really seemed as if it was his own home. It is undeniably obvious that leading by example and instilling good values and practices in his team not only created a positive and respectful work environment that benefited (most importantly) me! But also employees who are learning to do exceptional work. Vasquez, should be promoted immediately to achieve this high level of service for all customers in my sincere experience and opinion. I think these other negative comments from others wouldn’t exist if they had the team that worked with me! Others workers who deserve mention include Fredy Cedillo, Odenis Dias and Jose Vasquez. GREAT JOB, gentlemen. KUDOS!

We are in a low spot in our neighborhood and had our ductwork destroyed by a big rain. The Crawlspace Brothers installed two sump pumps, a dehumidifier, a French drain around the interior of the crawl space and did a full encapsulation at our home and I could not be more satisfied with their work. It is dry under there now after more rain and the humidity is low. Throughout the time they were working under the house, they were on-time, very professional and just did a fantastic job. Crawl Space Brothers came highly recommended for my crawl space issues here in Union County NC & based on my experience with them, I know why. Jacob Broussard came out when scheduled, he was professional & very thorough in explaining to me verbally & visually (photos) of what I was dealing with in my crawlspace😥. Needless to say, I ask how soon could their team get started. He stated based on their workload I could expect them in 4 weeks. Considering what my crawl space looked like after seeing the photos & their workload, I felt fortunate it was only going to be 4 weeks. To my surprise I rec'd a call 2 weeks later from Jacob stating they were able to finish up a couple of projects earlier & ask if they could start ​asap, without hesitation I said absolutely. Their team showed on time, & were total professionals. Their team captain explained the process & approximately how long they'd be there . What I didn't expect was me hearing them singing while they were working (I took that as a sign of them enjoying what they do). When they finish earlier than expected, their team captain asks if I would review their work. It was impeccably done so well you could have camp-out underneath there. So based on my experience I give Crawl Space Brothers & their entire team 5 💫💫💫💫💫 & recommend them to anyone who has crawl space issues.

Very responsive. Two day installation completed within two weeks of acceptance. Employees very polite on time each day. There were a couple glitches that were immediately attended to. Highly recommend.

Remy came out to my client's house to evaluate moisture levels. He told me exactly what we needed to do. He was honest & prompt. After dehumidifier installation moisture levels in crawlspace were back to normal. I would definitely use them again & recommend.

We moved into an older home that had missing/moldy insulation in the crawl space, along with some missing/insufficient vapor barrier. We decided to fully encapsulate the crawl space and are extremely pleased with the work that Crawl Space Brothers did. They were recommended to me by a friend, and during the initial consultation it was easy to see why.

The way they operate, top-down, is second to none. It’s refreshing to work with a company that communicates as well as Crawl Space Brothers does. They were professional, personable, understanding, and worked with us to make sure our needs were met. The thoughtfulness and care that their crew put forth during installation helped to produce a remarkable end product that certainly gives us peace of mind.

They made sure I understood the ins and outs of the dehumidifier during the final walkthrough as well as answered any questions that I had. I don’t foresee needing to reach out to them much, if at all, about troubleshooting but it’s comforting to know that the line of communication stays open after project completion. A+ local, family-owned business. Cannot recommend them enough!

It’s the South, and between the normal heat and humidity, our crawl space has been a source of constant dread. When inspection revealed mushrooms growing in the murkiness and wood decaying fungus, we knew we had to bite the bullet and get professionals to do proper crawl space work.

I used Crawl Space Brothers to completely remove all the nasty insulation, (damp with mold & mildew) scrub the fungus off of the wood surfaces, repair a compromised floor joist, put down a heavy vapor barrier, and install a crawl space dehumidifier. I chose Crawl Space Brothers after comparing them to another local company. David from CSB gave me three options of protection, the other company one. When I asked him what the price would be to tweak the middle option to compare to the other estimate, he happily gave me a fourth quote, which was a little less than the other company.

Matthew, a different “brother”, and another man (Jason?) did the work. They were meticulously tidy, always checked with me to see if it was alright to store any supplies on site, and were good with my two dogs who managed to sneak into the work area a couple times. Matthew kept me up to date with the progress and made good on his promise that the dumpster would be gone before my Halloween party, in fact the dumpster was only in my driveway three days.

The electrician wasn’t able to do his work until a few days after the other work was finished, but I was not inconvenienced by any of the work. In fact it wasn’t necessary for me to be at home for any of it.

A month later, we are very pleased with our clean and fresh crawl space, and are happy to no longer have the “what’s going on down there” thoughts in the back of our heads. While this isn’t an area of the house you ever think about spending money on, it’s such a peace of mind to know the crawl space will no longer be damp and nasty again.

I give this company a 5 star rating,they are reliable, effective and efficient. They did an excellent job encapsulating my home. I live in NYC and own a house in Charlotte, found them on the better business bureau. They are accredited by them. Pricing beat ever other company.

Crawl Space Brothers encapsulated our crawl space a few years ago. There were a few issues with the crew that did the work and they had to come out a few times to get the job done right. But who I wanted to leave a review for is Trevor. We contacted the company a few a weeks ago to check on the de-humidifier and Trevor came out. He found an issue with the unit and then proceeded to come out several more times until he was sure the issue was fixed. Its one thing to have a big project done, its another to support it in the years following. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were frustrated and disappointed after a routine termite inspection identified mold, mildew, biofilm, disintegrating insulation, and standing water in the crawlspace of our new (2 years old) forever retirement home! We also learned this is why some of our hardwood flooring was 'cupping' or separating.

We did a lot of internet research, watched YouTube videos until the wife said "No More!", spoke with many experts, and interviewed and received proposals from six (6) candidate firms to perform the remediation work. It can be a significant investment, so as an often DIY guy, I considered that option as well.

Crawl Space Brothers offered without a doubt the greatest value of any firm we considered and we were extremely pleased with their excellent customer service and commitment to complete the job on-time as promised! They offered professional advice and creative solutions, and were the ONLY firm to offer the new generation, high efficiency Aprilaire E100 dehumidifier (just released May 2021). Our crawl space just got finished and while I don't really know anything about what is good or not when it comes to this sort of thing - I can say the customer service was fantastic!

I they were patient and not at all pushy. They answered all my questions and I had a lot. They explained everything to me and I learned a lot. They executed what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. And I called the office like 3 times with questions and they always called me back within a few hours and were always kind.

Honestly, like just good hard-working people! And I'm very happy with the results!

Transparent, thorough, and top quality installation. Used premium material to seal Crawlspace and executed with no issues. Followed up after install with a QC visit to go over all scope of work. Amazing experience. You could eat off the floor in our crawlspace. Our home is already cooler. The team that installed was top notch. We used CSB to install a vapor barrier and dehumidifier in crawl space. The project went very smooth. They showed up when they said they would and communicated well before, during, and after the project. We are pleased with the results and would recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish with Crawlspace brothers. They explained what was needed, how they would go about fixing the issues, and how much it would cost. They gave me the choice of doing some of the work myself and even of revising the contract I signed if I wanted to.
