I needed a specialty wall box, 3 gang shallow for use with a pocket door install. Ended up with a workable solution. Very impressed with the counter folks knowledge of work around for unique install solutions.

Attempted 4 times since April 20, 2020 to reach Charlotte Credit Manager regarding credit application for family electrical business. I left two voicemails; one on April 20th and one on April 22nd. Both times it went right into voicemail. After calling the office on April 23rd, I was given another contact name and phone number; this individual answered my call right away and provided answers to my questions. I emailed her and the Charlotte Credit Manager minutes later with required documentation. I heard nothing. I emailed Charlotte Credit Manager again on May 4th inquiring about the status of our credit application. I still have yet to hear anything. As a result, the owner of the business will be making a phone call to the office tomorrow to report our numerous attempts. We have other accounts at other supply houses in the Charlotte area. They have been open and gracious to accept our business. Not impressed.

had an electrician come out to pull permit, he mentioned he had to speak to his manager. He was not sure if he can pull a permit on a commercial building, he mentioned he would give me a call back.

I waited 2 weeks for a CB, nothing. I called today and they are unable to. My one star review goes for the lack of communication.

Excellent workmanship. Very pleased. I hired Scott about 4 years ago and I'm still happy with the jobs he did. He was knowledgeable, on time, left no mess and was very professional all the way around. Scott installed ceiling fans and did several other jobs as well. I recommended him to a client today which is why I'm commenting now. Sorry it took so long to leave a review Scott!

Had a sudden loss of AC after another contractor performed annual mtce. They (CinC) said was lack of adequate attic insulation & other misc. reasons. After 2 months of back & forth, we called Adams. Jim (Adams) determined our problem was not any that CinC stated. Eddie (Adams) came out & determined the cause immediately! Corrected & had AC in 10 minutes! Subsequently contracted Adams to do duct overhaul. Juan & team did the job in short order & fixed an upstairs cooling issue we had for years. From start to finish - Adams performed exceptionally! Highly recommend - great job folks!

You can NEVER go wrong with Eddie's Place. I had the Founder's Hash with shrimp, sausage and diced potatoes topped with an egg. Nicely seasoned Creole Sauce set it off. Couldn't eat the whole thing.
