I went in on a Friday afternoon looking for a replacement toggle switch for a table saw they took my name they took my number and they never called back what a shame considering I live so close by I'll selling ever use them again

The employee are very helpful, but the prices a little be high, supplies supose be cheaper them order places.

What happened to good customer service in City Electric? Came into this place the 3 young kids at the counter couldn’t understand what kind of plug I was looking for and had poor attitude. Bring the old service back. Also the place didn’t even have flashlights

I bought some material in the Raleigh area and my home office is in Charlotte. We use CES all over the State and needed to return $137.34 worth of material that we over bought. The guys were too busy eating lunch to really fool with me and told me "we are a franchise" and couldn't return Raleigh stuff since we never got your credit card or cash. I looked up CES and it says you are a family run business who empower your local folks to treat every store as their own business- NOT A FRANCHISE. I hope the Hawthorne store is a great "franchise" as I will not go back to this one. Thank you for a lesson learned and hope others can learn from it.
