I want to bring to your attention a concern involving one of your trucks. Today, November 14th at approximately 6:45 am, I observed your pickup truck (#227) driving in an extremely unsafe manner on Highway 77 North. The driver was speeding in the rain, cutting off other vehicles, and changing lanes abruptly, creating a potentially dangerous situation on the road.
The guy is obviously on a path to create a huge accident and should bot be given a company vehicle to drive. Unfortunately, I dont know how good he is as an employee but if he represents your company in your pickup truck I have no other options but leave you this review.

The tech, Garrett, was great!! He answered my questions and concerns. He was thorough in his job performance. I love that he showed courtesy in wearing booties on his shoes. The problem was fixed in a timely manner.

Was going into work in Charlotte on independence and One of your trucks, license plate *HY-1450 Speeding didn’t use his blinker and almost hits me getting ahead of me then at the light he races a car going to the next light And runs a red light!! Apparently one of my Coworkers had a similar experience with the same truck! You need to have a talk with that guy or fire. This is ridiculous.

Jordan was very knowledgeable with the electrical repairs he performed. His explanation of his detailed work was amazing. Would definitely recommend him as your electrician.

One of their trucks almost caused several accidents on Central Ave. at 6:15 this morning. The anxiety from having a truck with bright lights riding your bumper is ridiculous. I would never use their services because that was my first impression
