We are hosting Thanksgiving. Imagine my shock when I go to prep the dining room and neither of the light switches turn on the light.
This was Saturday. I checked the bulbs and had my husband try the switches. I left a request for service on their site and immediately got a response. I set up an appointment for Tuesday because I had meetings all day Monday. In case it was the light itself, I bought a replacement light.
The rep who came was professional and prompt and worked out the electrical quirks of this 35-year-old house.
And hung and connected the new light fixture.
I am very pleased with my new light and my service.
We've worked with this company before and always have prompt, friendly service.
