My master bedroom was the only room without power. The technician came in made his diagnosis and found one of the switches in the outlet box was burnt and the switches in the master bathroom wires were loose. The technician did his repairs and now I have power again. A job well done. 2/19/2026

I recently purchased an EV vehicle and decided to install an EV charger in my garage. I went through Carolina Electric Pro's and happy that I did so! The company had a great promotion on the ChargePoin+ Charger (hardwire), so I purchased it directly from their website.

Scheduling install was a breeze, received a call immediately once I submitted my request and the company stayed in touch with me through texts/emails along the way with updates of when the tech was scheduled and when he would arrived.

My electrician was Jose Orelllana and he was phenomenal!!! On time, fantastic customer service, did quality work and explained things along the way. He even grabbed a dust pan and swept up the small debris on the floor. I highly recommend requesting Jose O. to do your project and cannot recommend Carolina Electric Pro's enough! Thank you!

EV charger installation went very smooth. Fair price $800, $250 permit pull. Guys were friendly, on time, and did great work. Would use again.

Riley and Matt were very professional and did a terrific job installing my new high-amp outlet and wired cameras set up properly. They even fixed a couple small things that weren’t properly done before. Would highly recommend!

Crew arrived without the right materials due to poor communication with their boss. But they were able to get them and complete the job on time. Final job was completed well. Recommend that they visit the job site prior to pricing your job to prevent extra costs.

Very knowledgeable and efficient
Fast, hard working electricians. Left job site very clean. Affordable pricing installed 100 amp service to a new box i only had one slot Left and i needed my hot tub and pool to have power. They had to go through three crawl spaces and it was hot. No complaints out of either of them I would like to also mention the “other” bid i received for over $3500 from another company and they were only willing to do a 50 amp service and with Carolina Electric i did not pay that amount for 100amp

My guys were great, very professional and knowledgeable. I thought it was a little pricey but you pay for convenience and quality so I was okay with it. I did not want any issues with this type of work. I was happy and I would recommend them.

The job was rather difficult, but they did the charger installation in a manner that was of minimal impact to the house and operated as efficiently as possible. Extremely professional- they actually answered the phone which is rare. I needed some panel upgrades, fixtures installed, and had them change out a few fixtures too that I had been wanting to update in my home. They answered all my questions, showed up on time, very reasonably priced, professional, and overall did a great job! I would certainly use them again and recommend to anyone needing electrical work done (big or small). They also installed my neighbors EV charger in his garage and did a great job for him as well.

I needed tesla charger installed in my garage. Found them on “find it duke”, website, they were the least expensive out of 5-6 places I got a quote from. They came on time, cut the drywall clean and with minimal damage, cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I will be using them in the future!

Arrived at the scheduled time and the guys who installed me ev charger did a great job. Once done they spent time and walked me through setting up the charger app on my phone and confirmed it worked on my vehicle before leaving.

So far, I am very pleased with this service. I hired Carolina Electric Pros to install a new outlet for my Level 2 EV charger in my garage. The electricians were very professional, arrived on time and completed the work neatly and efficiently. They even offered to mount my EV charger and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Grateful for the pleasant experience, highly recommend these guys.

We had our entire house rewired, a new electrical panel installed, and a couple other modifications and everything works perfect! Zero issues. Wonderful company to work with!!

Most overpriced business in the area. Asked for a quote for 4 LED puck lights to be installed in my primary bedroom ceiling. I was quoted over $4500 and told i needed 8 lights not 4. I got a second quote from another electrical company for the 4 lights (Not 8!!) and it was 10% the price i was quoted by On Time. This place is a rip off! Do your homework and shop prices.
