Carolina electric pros were referred to me by Duke Energy as a reliable, insured company for electrical work. They responded promptly to my request, were able to give me a quick quote, and scheduled me in a reasonable time frame. I also appreciated the reminder texts and clear price breakdown email before the electrician arrived.
My electrician Terenn arrived when expected, was friendly, professional, and made sure I was satisfied with his work before leaving. I would recommend this company and use again in the future!

Trad was very hestiant to adapt to offering a insulated ductwork to my exhaust fan system and he never sent me the new quote for this adjustment. I'm not chasing someone or a company who is too lazy to work, lost my business.

My camera doorbell was hot and making a loud buzzing sound so I needed an electrician to figure out the problem. I found them through the Duke Energy referral program and they were very communicative about scheduling the appointment, sending the quote, and their arrival time on the day of the appointment. Very easy to work with. The technician Cody was very friendly, efficient, and fixed my problem easily. Would use again and highly recommend

Johan showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and most importantly diagnosed the problem with the track lighting and fixed it! We had been told by two other electricians that we needed to replace the fixture! Because of the faux painting, we wanted to see if the track lighting could be fixed instead. Johan found it was just a loose connection in the wiring, which he not only tightened but also showed us how to tighten the connection ourselves! We are now happy and loyal customers of Carolina Electric Pro's!!

Riley (sp?) installed two "weatherproof"outside outlets on 11/18/2025. Riley did great work and made sure the work area was clean. He is professional and helpful in answering all questions and making sure we were happy with the work. Highly recommend Carolina Electric Pro's.

Carolina electric pros today fantastic job installing two ceiling fans and outdoor lighting. In particular, field techs Cody and Terence arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They worked diligently, and even when extra parts were needed, they were able to retrieve them quickly and complete the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using this company for your electrical needs!

Jared who initially made contact with me, was very professional and provided a quick quote. I was able to get on their schedule very quickly. Matt and Riley who did all of the installation and wiring work, did an excellent job, and they were both very nice and professional as well. I had several traditional light switches swapped out with smart dimmer switches. I also had three Restoration Hardware brass Gallery lights installed. I wanted the gallery lights in a particular position on the wall, in terms of the height from the ceiling, as well as the spacing between the lights and in within the space of the wall. Matt and Riley got the lights positioned exactly where I wanted them.

Extremely personal and live person scheduling experience. Also liked that I could text a picture of the issue to get a good estimate. Electricians that showed up, on time and within the window, were very personable , professional and quick. I also like that it showed their map position on route which helped direct them to the right location and where to park. I’ve lived in Charlotte 20 years and this will be my go to electrical service team going forward.

I received an estimate on the same day I called after exchanging measurements.
The gentlemen showed up on time, they changed the plans and explained clearly the new plan and reason.
They then lowered the cost of my estimate.
They did the job efficiently and effective.
Made sure the installed 220v Tesla charger was working on my Tesla.
They cleaned up after themselves, left everything the way it was.
Gave us the opportunity to ask questions, telling us when the County inspector would communicate with us to do the final inspection.
Overall, excellent service.

Installation of my home EV charger went smoothly. Approximately an hour and a half from arrival to completion. Did not even have to turn off house power! Installation was done neatly and professionally. Austin answered my questions while doing the install. I would hire Carolina Pros (and Austin) again without hesitation.
