Troy did an excellent job with getting everything up to code. If Duke Energy had given me the correct info at first I would not have wasted $300 and the work could have started a day earlier. Thanks to Troy and others from On Time Electric I had the work completed in one day. Permits were accessed, inspection done from the town and Duke Energy was contacted. I had power by 6 pm yesterday. Thanks for everyone’s help.

I had a quote to install a home generator that was good for 1year. I had to pay for the quote! When I called to schedule the installation, I was called and told they wouldn’t honor the price quote that was only 9 months old!

I will not be calling them again! Terrible customer service

We were very pleased with On Time Electrical and their service. Luis was prompt, thorough, and competent. He handled our repair/installation with no problems and even set us up with his company's plumber for a different repair. That plumber came the very same day!

Both Aaron and Cody were absolutely a pleasure to have working on our electrical panel. Very clean, professional and were very clear answering all our questions and giving options to resolve our needs.

Needed an additional outlet in the bathroom. Aaron was on time, polite and was able to complete everything in the span of a few hours, even though he had to wire a line externally because of the way our walls are structured. He was also able to quote us for an additional outlet downstairs if needed. We would definitely use On Time Electric again.

I scheduled an appointment with this company for today. During scheduling, I made it clear that I was not available past 4:00pm but was free all day otherwise. The woman who scheduled me was polite and explained that they had “open scheduling,” but assured me that if they couldn’t accommodate my availability, someone would call. I also received a confirmation email stating my appointment was between 8–10am.
The entire day passed without a call or a visit. At 4:30, I called to check on the status. The woman who answered said I was booked for “open scheduling,” which apparently meant no confirmed time, and insisted the day wasn’t over yet so they still might show up—even though my notes clearly said I wasn’t available past 4. When I asked to reschedule, she offered Saturday but told me this would now count as an “emergency appointment,” raising the consultation fee to $200.
At no point did she apologize for the lack of communication or the missed appointment. Instead, the focus was on charging me more and delaying the service. The situation was handled as if their team had done nothing wrong.
I declined to reschedule and told them I would be finding another electrician.

I was very pleased with Chris’s work. It was an excellent experience my first time utilizing the electrical services of this company. He started off by arriving on time. Once he looked at the A/V box that wanted installed, he communicated with me what he would do, and he executed everything as he explained. I was happy and even elated with the time and care he took to ensure not only that the job was done properly, but it was done neatly as if he was working on his own home.

Now we are ready for the installation of our Frame TV with job that was reasonably priced!

Cody Gallagher was my technician. I requested him because he was professional and put all my electrical phobias away. Knows what he is doing. Highly recommended. If I need work done in the future I will ask for his technical expertise again.

Quinn did an excellent job installing the whole home surge protection and doorbell chime. He is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Update:
Wow, another great experience with On Time Electrical! After the first amazing service, we needed an electrician to come back to our home to reconnect the electric wires to the outlets in our platform, and also create a chaisse for the wire to be covered and connected correctly to the wall outlet. Jay to the rescue again! He was very prompt with communicating what we needed and what he could do as well. He went above and beyond to get the necessary materials so that the wires were installed correctly to make sure there wasn't a fire hazard, and he "flushed" the chaisse to be sealed into the concrete under the carpet but also look connected to the carpet. Amazing work! And once again, just very hospitable, knowledgeable, and so nice and friendly! Like I said before, almost like he's an awesome next door neighbor! Shoutout to Jay for great work, great customer service, and great electrician service! Will definitely refer On Time Electrical to anyone!

First Service:
Jay was awesome! First off, he was able to come out to my home on the day that I called, literally like an hour later (Thank you to Heather for setting that up, such a sweetheart!). Then, he came in and did exactly what we needed to do. Also was very knowledgeable, not only about the work we needed him to do but also making sure everything was done safely and replacing things so it wouldn't be a fire hazard. Lastly, just a very great communicator and a very friendly, down to earth person, almost felt like we known each other for years or like were next door neighbors! Thanks Jay for the laughs, the service, and the knowledge!

Quinn was amazing! He installed a Jumbotron. He had 5 star customer service!

Lost power in a single room. We checked all of the breakers; they were all good. We called these guys and paid the emergency trip charge, no problem. Service had already been restored before The tech arrived. The tech worked for maybe 20 minutes, was not able to tell us what had happened, and billed an additional $250 for next to no work. Office said we could pay online, but he wouldn't leave until we paid on-site. Required us to sign a statement saying that his work was satisfactory before he left, though it was not. Avoid this company.
