Excellent service. Detected faulty wiring in the house and problems in the breaker box, had to have the whole box replaced. A family member up North is a retired electrician and he verified all the information I was told was correct. It was probably a little pricy since it’s priced by the job instead of the hour, but I didn't have time to call around for quotes since this occurred the week of Thanksgiving. Financing options were excellent. Electrician (Chris) and his team were 10/10. I’ve signed up for their service contract and will use Mr Electric in the future.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called about a simple 3-way switch issue. The electrician showed up, walked around for about an hour, then tried to sell me on more expensive services (Whole House Surge Protection, Whole House wiring upgrade) before telling me it would be $795 to fix the switch. I was able to get it done for $200 from someone else without the high pressure sales pitch. Of course, I had to pay the $49 fee for them showing up to give me pricing on stuff I didn't need.

Clint was a great help today as he performed a home safety check, quoted multiple projects and same-day serviced those I was interested in. The services delivered were clean and exactly as requested. Clint was patient with my requests/questions and made sure to offer up alternatives where there were some to consider. Will definitely by following up with future appointments! Chris called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was very personable and I automatically liked him. He took a look at every thing I needed installed and gave me a price. We discussed the work and Chris and Mr Electric worked with me and we made the deal. Chris worked steady (no breaks) and completed all four installs in what seemed like no time. I was very happy with Chris’ work ethic and how he explained everything he was doing. Thanks Chris and thanks to Mr Electric for hiring him.

Kyle was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly efficient, kind and great to talk to. This is the best experience we’ve had from anyone visiting our house to fix something. We will only use Mr. Electric from now on!

I contacted Mr. Electric to replace a ceiling fan and an outside electrical outlet. They arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, identified an additional issue (which was contributing to the original issue). I was very happy with the results and will use them again.

Wesley was amazing. Came in, completed both jobs to standard and even creating some efficiencies. I recommend him to anyone. The job was to lay underground cables to a sauna and install the electrical components to the sauna as well as test it. It also included fixing some light DIY work from the previous owner.

I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service of Mr. Electric, especially Travis and Hunter, who apparently traveled all the way from Hickory to provide immediate service to reinstall alarms that unexpectedly went off in the middle of the night. They were very respectful, interested, and responsive to my wife's concerns to have reliable alarms. I would also like to acknowledge Tayla who was very helpful and enthusiastic about assisting the customer.
