Dom and team were excellent and kept us informed the entire time with our home theater set up. Presented options that we had not thought of which was great. We could not be happier with the final setup and look forward to continuing our business with him in the future. Really great all around.

I had this company do 2 projects in the house. 1. I wanted a clean look with my tv mounted on the wall by adding an electric outlet higher up the wall to have a clean look of no wires showing. 2. Address power light issue on a dimmable switch that hasn't worked in 8 month. On both fronts, I thought they did a good job (had 3 people there total) and was professional with what they were doing. The job lasted about 2 hours and the price was done on an agreed negotiated price.

I cannot recommend Dominique enough! He was outstanding. Worked tirelessly for many hours with his helper to make our basement just perfect. He was timely, efficient and a true professional. Communication both before the job and during was impeccable. He is amazing!

Patterson contracting installed our new EV charger and upgraded our older homes panel. They were easy to work with for scheduling, prompt and helped us understand our best options. They followed through with us from start to inspection with the county. We will 100% be using again!

They were very knowledgeable and honest about our electrical set up and have integrity in their work and pricing. If you are needing an inspection or repair done these are your guys. They will go through the reason and needs of repair thoroughly with their customers (if one is found) and have the main concern of the well being of the customer needing the service. I am very pleased with the work I received from Patterson Contracting. Dominique and his assistant installed electrical wiring and an outdoor outlet to support an outdoor tv and pergola lights. They also installed the ring doorbell. They were very professional, always on time, explained all details of the work that needed to be done and they were easy to communicate with. They exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use this company for future electrical an AV projects and would recommend them to others.

Dom and his team did an amazing job! My garage was a mess with 40+ year old electrical. Dom was very transparent and honest about his pricing. He and his team showed up on time and worked late into the night to get everything done on schedule. We had Patterson contracting Services to our home to help us move our home audio onto current technology. Our older setup was no longer working and we weren’t sure why. Patterson spent time listening to what we wanted and checking/testing our equipment to diagnose where there were problems. This allowed him to recommend what equipment we really needed and what we could continue to use. He followed up and scheduled a return as soon as the new equipment was delivered. After a full install he spent all the time we needed going over setup and use… never getting frustrated even after he got the same question multiple times! We are so excited to watch our first movie with our new setup tonight. We give Patterson two thumbs up! I wish all service companies were so efficient, productive and helpful.

We contracted Dominique and his team to install an outlet above the fireplace mantel, then relocate our wall-mounted TV from another wall to mount above the fireplace mantel. Dom and his team were very responsive via phone and texts, and the work was very professionally done. I cannot distinguish where the drywall was repaired and the paint matched perfectly. They are extremely patient and clean up after the job is done. I would highly recommend Patterson Contracting Services for any electrical needs!

After a couple other electricians came to my house in South Charlotte to provide quotes, it became very difficult to get the job I needed scheduled and completed. Finally I found Patterson and everything went smoothly from there. Dominique himself came to provide our estimate and was very professional. Clearly an expert in his role and very polite and friendly on top of that. The several electric jobs I needed completed in my home were done exactly as expected with no fuss while I was away at work. I had the team at Patterson come out to install our whole-home generator receptacle and they were extremely quick and cleaned up everything after themselves - not a single complaint I can make!

Afterwards, Dominique came and spent time showing me how to activate the generator, how to switch off the power to the home (to simulate an outage) and how they installed a safety switch so you can't possibly hook things up incorrectly. Super simple.

Now they will come back twice a year to inspect the equipment and re-train us on how to operate the portable generator so we don't have to worry if we lose power again - fridge won't spoil, pool won't freeze, we'll have heat and a/c - so glad we did this!

I had an issue with my heating system and, in a rush, contacted someone I was referred to through Nextdoor. Unfortunately, he seemed more focused on negotiating the repair cost than actually fixing the problem, and he never clearly explained the pricing. In the end, I paid only a $90 diagnostic fee and let him go.
I then looked for another technician, and this company reached out saying they could handle the repair at a reasonable price. At first, I was a bit skeptical because their quote was lower than others, but since they are a licensed company, I decided to make an appointment.
They arrived the next day right on time, came fully prepared with the necessary parts, and completed the repair thoroughly and carefully. They also cleaned up everything before leaving. Communication with the company has been fast and smooth, and they even respond to questions outside of regular business hours.
Given the high-quality service I received at such a reasonable price, I felt they truly deserved a review. I highly recommend this company.
