So professional. Fixed my problem in literally two minutes! Went above and beyond checking circuits and making sure I was safe! I would give him ten stars if I could!

Tech Josh did a good job. Seemed rather more involved than I thought was justified, but I called them because it was beyond me. Josh was very considerate of house, he put on shoe booties so as not to track up the house and cleaned up after his work. Can't complain about service and work. Can complain about the bill though. Seemed extremely high and that will be a sticking point on any further work from Mr. Sparky. I was warned about the higher price of this company, but I couldn't get anyone else on such short notice, so I guess I factor that in, still way to high priced for what was supposed to be a rather simple job by an electrician.

Mr. Sparky is now my favorite electric repair company! It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such honesty and professionalism from a business. Thank you, Josh. I’ll update this review once they complete more work for me.

Today (11/11) there were 3 repairmen working at my house from this company. I had security cameras installed as well as the annual electrical inspection. All 3 did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs.

Josh was awesome with the service he provided today. He explained to me the reason my outlets no longer worked among other things, and proceeded to take care of Al of today. Will definitely use this company again.

Mafferty was the elctrician that serviced my home. His service was superb: he knew his stuff and some. Most of all, he knew how to explain things and had the patience to do so, without it bothering at all. I appreciate all the recommendations he suggested to improve and upgrade my electric system, and also the fact that he wasn't pushy.

The cost is a bit on the high side, but you're paying for prompt availability, punctuality and superb communication from the company, plus top notch service (in my case from Mafferty Simonsen).

Drew Wood did our yearly inspection. He was polite, professional and respectful. When he had to turn off the electricity to parts of the home as he worked, he made sure that it was ok first. I work from home, so this was especially important that my computer was not turned off unexpectedly. I would highly recommend Drew.

Kevin did a great job. He was detailed and efficient. Explained everything well and left my house in better shape than it was when he got here. He even repaired something that another electrician left unfinished.

We had an electrical issue affecting a coupe of different areas in our house. I reached out to Mister Sparkey since they’ve done work for us before. They were able to send someone out the next morning which was great. Chris called before he arrived. I explained the issues we were having and he told me what he needed to do. He explained everything in deta including what the cost would be. He worked almost 4 hours but was able to fix the issue.
Chris was very professional, personable and knowledgeable . It was a pleasure having him do the repairs. Misty Sparky has always provided great, prompt service whenever we have an electrical need. I will always reach out to them when we need service. They’re great to work with and hire top notch technicians.

Christian Perry came to my home when I was experiencing electrical issues. I couldn't ask for a better individual to deal with. Christian assessed the situation keeping me informed all through the process. When Duke Energy had to get involved he stayed on the job and made sure that everything was resolved and taken care of. I had never used Mr Sparky before and didn't know what as was getting into, but Christian turned out to be a blessing for his courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism.

Drew with mr sparky was amazing spent over an hour figuring out what the issue was, got us a fair price and fixed the same day along with financing options! Drew went above and beyond and we are so thankful he was able to get out to us within 12 hours of calling!

Mr. Sparky is a great company for electrical work. Not only was a service appointment easy to set up, but we didn't have to wait a lengthy time to have the appointment, just a matter of a couple of days. We received text and emails about the appointment plus a picture of the technician who was coming. The technician, Drew, was on time, friendly and efficient. His work was just what we wanted and his recommendations appreciated. Very happy with Drew and Mr. Sparky.

Great experience! Been struggling to find someone to install a blink doorbell. Christian did an amazing job and answered all my questions in detail. He was very kind and did a good job with the doorbell installation. He also did a review of the electrical work of my house which I appreciated. Highly recommend and if you get Christian, you are definitely in good hands.

I made an appointment one day before and I got a call and text to let me know that Christian was on the way within time frame of the appointment. He was very detailed, looked at everything thoroughly and made sure that I understood all the technical issues. He was here over 4 hours to go over every room in house and 2 story detached garage and explained the quotes when done. The electrical system dates back to 1978 and no electrical updates had been done to it since then so that was clearly in need for a good look. The next day Phillip the electrician was here already to start the job with his helper and today was the 7th day for them so a lot of work was done. I can only say the best things about them. He replaced all outside panels, grounded and with surge protection, and all the outlets in house and garage building has been brought up to code, the outside outlets are completely replaced and one added, some new lights and light fixtures put in. Not one time did I feel pushed making any decisions during this process and they always made sure questions were answered and that I understood everything. I got a text every morning to let me know that they were on the way and each day they left with the work areas cleaned up. Phillip understood that I wanted to add some things and I never felt that it became too much. I found the company through a magazine that came in the mail with Mecklenburg County Best Pick Reports Quality Home Services Guide and I’m glad that I chose Mister Sparky’s company.

Christian Perry located my initial problem and took care of it. Also gave me a free complete electrical home inspection. He answered all my questions and concerns. I have scheduled another appointment to address issues found in his inspection. I am very pleased with Christian Perry’s service visit

This is the first time we have called an electrician. Our breaker kept tripping and our outlets didnt work in one room . My husband called today and set an appointment for tomorrow and they had a cancel tonite at 5 and they came right away … this was not an emergency . Francisco was our tech and he was just amazing ! Kind , intelligent and just a great guy ! He found our issue quickly and didn’t over charge us for something we didn’t need. It ended up our Fluorescent lights were bad in 2 closets and our breaker was bad he did all this in an hour and wore covers on his shoes and was so neat and respectful . I highly recommend them !!! They didn’t look for ways to charge us thousands and this guy …. What a great human !

Cam was punctual, courteous, helpful and extremely friendly. He initially explained to me what he would be performing during the maintenance inspection relayed to me the issues that were foun, provided several options to remedy the issues, then performed the requested work items for the generator. A very good and satisfactory service visit!

Drew was prompt, professional & thorough diagnosing our issue. He even contacted Duke Energy directly to relay his findings and coordinated with them to come out. 10 out of 10 would recommend! I will definitely call Mister Sparky for any future electrical issues.

Christian completed all the work we wanted: change switches to separate two light fixtures he installed. One fixture was extremely delicate. He was very careful and followed my request as to my special needs cat. He also connected an switch to an outlet with out any cuts to painted drywall. Amazing service and very kind. I had an excellent experience with Mister Sparky! Dante was my electrician, and he showed up right on time. I did my research and can confidently say the price was reasonable. I was impressed with how fast and smoothly he installed my new ceiling fan with a chandelier. The job got done in no time, and everything looks and works great. I'd definitely recommend them if you want quality electrical work without any hassle!

Fransisco hit every expectation I had. He is knowledgeable and accurate about the work, before and after. I also have to give him accolades for how he handled the install to my antique chandelier. 6 stars out of 5
