Responsive. Professional. Personable. Fair Price ... Bobby was referred to me and he lived up to the reference. Needed to have a circuit installed in a bathroom to accommodate a bidet installation, and I needed to have an old hot tub 220V service disconnected. Once we got our schedules aligned and discussed the approach for the new circuit, he knocked it out in about 1.5 hours. His final price was below his initial estimate. I will refer him to others and would have him back in a heartbeat should I need any future electrical work taken care of.

Bobby was wonderful to work with! He showed up on very short notice when we called on a Friday night. He came on a Saturday morning at 8am! He was professional, kind and explained other issues that could be happening with our electric in our old house. Definitely recommend working with him. Bobby was able to fix something that a much larger (and expensive) company missed after the other company came to our house twice to diagnose it. Bobby was able to come one time and diagnose and fix the issue in 30 minutes. Not only that, he was able to come next day as well. He obviously knows what he is doing and did an amazing job. He’s definitely my go to guy now! You can’t go wrong with hiring him.

My experience with Bobby and Livewire was great! We have several light fixtures and a fan that were hit during a lightning storm and Bobby got our replacement fixtures up/operational in no time.

We needed a lot of electrical work done on the 1950s house we just purchased and Bobby was absolutely the best choice to get it all done! He not only took care of our big ticket items (removing an ancient fuse box from our kitchen wall), but also replaced all our outlets and light switches. He was fast to communicate, reliable, and did a great job. Will absolutely use Bobby for any future electrical work!

Overall experience working with Bobby was great. I contracted with him to install a dedicated 240V outlet for a plug-in hybrid. He was very knowledgeable of this work, including rebates available to help with the installation cost. He knocked out the work in a timely manner, with minimal disruption to my day. The inspector was lined up the following business day, with Bobby giving me a heads-up prior to his arrival and sending me the permit upon completion. Would recommend LiveWire, especially if you are looking to install an outlet for PHEVs.

Bobby from Live Wire is fantastic! He was quick to respond to my request for an EV install. He was a great communicator throughout the process from setting up the appointment to explaining all that I needed to do and finally setting up the Tesla app to work with my charger. He accepted payment directly from duke energy and applied for my required permit. I only had to pay the permit fee of $150, which was less than what other installers quoted to be the permit cost. I will definitely be calling Bobby for all my future electrical needs.
