The worst experience ever with this business! This company was hired by my contractor to install all of our electrical in our newly built home. They will not return calls and never have. They lie and tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone and that a supervisor will call you by the end of day and they NEVER do! They never finished our punch list. They do not care about their paying customers and honestly don't even know how they are still in business. Their customer service is horrendous! They also installed an exposed wire and would not come back to repair it. I would NEVER hire this business again to do any work for me!

Unprofessional and completely unresponsive
I called this company three times and they never answered or called back. It’s ridiculous that a company responsible for installing the electrical panels in our homes can’t even return a simple phone call. Terrible customer service — I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I moved into my new home last year and initially hoped to continue working with the same companies that completed major work in my home. I am grateful for the electrical outlets that were originally installed in my garage; however, due to the placement of certain items, I now need an additional outlet installed.

I have reached out more than five times and was repeatedly told that a supervisor or manager would follow up, which has not occurred. One of the company’s stated core values is dependability, but unfortunately, that has not been reflected in my experience. Having to continually call just to request service is both surprising and concerning.

As a result, I am now seeking a qualified electrician to complete this work, as it appears Osborne Brothers is no longer interested in my business.

Unfortunately, I had to give them one star just to post my review, however they don’t deserve anything. Straight Trash!

I’ve been happy with the service I’ve received from Osbourne! recently moved into a new build where they installed all of the electrical aspects. I had them come install an extra outlet for where I wanted to mount my tv and then when that outlet stopped working for some reason, I had them out to fix some loose wiring. Both times the service was quick and the 2 men who have come both times have been very professional and respectful. I gave them 4 stars because we did have to call them about 4 times to get service scheduled the first time but ever since then we haven’t had any issues.

I had a great experience with this electrician! He was very professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done safely and efficiently. The quality of work was excellent, and he also left everything clean when finished. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done!

Light it up Electric did a fantastic job for me!!!! Five light changes and one outlet was very professionally done, I am very pleased with the work. Everything was cleaned up nicely, the gentleman was very respectful and answered all of my questions and didn’t seem annoyed in any way. After checking with several electricians, I found they were very reasonably priced is the reason I went with this company.
