Insight Automation is the only game in town when it comes to audio/video needs in the Charlotte market. They have ordered and installed televisions, whole house Sonos, Apple TV’s, outdoor speakers, sound bars, and fixed any problem that we have had with our current system. Insight has listened and come up with solutions to our AV problems and done it with professionalism and excellence. You can tell that they are passionate about AV and also people people.

Fernando and his team installed our outdoor lighting today! Everything was very professional & a smooth process! We are so excited & happy with how our outdoor lighting looks!

Kike and his team installed whole house internet and WiFi stations, mounted 4 flat screens, 2 Sonos arc sound bars and 2 Ring doorbells. Very professional with obsessive focus on measurements to make sure everything was symmetric. They walked me through all the app controls once everything was installed. Pricing was very clear upfront with zero surprises. Highly recommend them.

The work these gentlemen did was perfect. They provided AV installation and electrical work. They worked as a team and completed the work on time and within budget. They were clean with the work they performed and confirmed installations before work commencing. A great company to do business with.

Unparalleled professionalism. The team at Insight Automation made making our new home everything we wanted it to be look so easy! From installing additional outlets just where we need them, to moving outlets and Cat6 wires across rooms, to mounting TVs, to setting up our network and connecting everything together, to advising on how to get Duke Energy to listen...the list goes on and on. They were organized, efficient, tidy and kind. They listened to what we wanted and advised what would work best. I am admittedly a true novice at all things electronics related - yet the team made me feel SO comfortable that we were getting to the right place (while staying within budget). From the original walkthrough and estimation to the return visit - this team exceeded expectations. They are now my go-to people for all things electronics...though they may get sick of me :). I bought my home from a builder that used the services of Insight Automation. I hired Insight Automation to complete the job after I bought my home. The cost was very high, and when I questioned the cost, I was told that I "could afford it" because I bought an expensive house. Fortunately, the quality of the installation and the attention to detail of the installer was very good.

Since then, I called and emailed Insight Automation to request additional services. I got no response. I understand that companies get busy and may have a delay in responding, but plenty of time has passed and I got no response. That speaks volumes to me about this company's customer service philosophy, or lack thereof.

I liked the quality of the work, but given the cost and lack of response, I will look elsewhere for my future technology needs.

Insight is where it is at! If you want and need high end quality and customer service for electrical and low voltage / automation install, this is the ONLY game. Quality owner, team, employees; concerned about their customers experience. Look no further! Hit em up! UPDATE Esbith and his crew just did our new home, full automation and electrical renovations. It would be hard to do, but they have only gotten better at their craft. Honest, fast, reliable, passionate about what they do. You cannot find better!!

Taking the time to properly design the plan of our AV and Lutron blinds really paid off in the end. Our systems are outstanding. The team of technicians led by Luis were exceptional. All in all, a great referral from a good friend.

All well trained, informative and respectful. I’ve had several sophisticated systems in the past...this was my best experience.

The guys at Insight Automation are awesome. Esbith worked with me on my budget as well as gave me many options to choose from. I never felt pushed to purchase something I did not want or need. He helped design a system fit for our needs. Luis was the lead installer. He educated me through the entire process. We had a pretty significant project so the team was here for many days. Esbith, Andrea, Fernando and Luis were friendly, kind and respectful. All of them went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were tidy, efficient and timely. They even worked overtime to ensure my system was ready for our housewarming party. Highly recommend.

Insight Automation was amazing. Esbith walked us through a plan for our home and his team did a great with the install. We had TVs, car charger, cameras, wifi, speakers, and more installed. They were professional, efficient, and explained everything they did. I highly recommend them. The only hiccup we had was that Costco sent us a faulty tv, (still waiting for the replacement), otherwise the team knocked everything out in 2 days. Really happy we used Insight for our home.
