Absolutely OUTSTANDING from the first phone call to schedule an estimate to the completion of the job. The receptionist who is also the scheduler is friendly, professional, and helpful. The gentleman who came to give an estimate was on time, provided a written estimate the same day. The two men who did the installation, called to say traffic was heavy and they would be a few minutes late. When they arrived, they were friendly, very professional, skilled, careful of my home, and did an excellent job. I can not recommend this company more highly. They value the client and are super customer focused! Thank you!

Excellent experience with Insight Automation. From the early planning stages and working with Fernando, to the office staff and installation team. Everyone was punctual, professional and addressed all issues/questions/concerns and did so with a smile. You can tell that everyone enjoys their what they do. We had a few glitches with hardware/software (understandably) and they came out right away/next day to address them each time. Couldn't be happier with their services and highly recommend to anyone.

Insight Automation is hands down the best Audio/Video/Low Voltage company I have ever come across. Every single person I met or communicated with was top notch. A special shout out to Fernando the estimator/job lead and the lead installer Marvin, they were exceptional. They did both a new construction and a retrofit job of audio/video, wired and wireless as well as wired/wireless networking. Everything sounds, looks, and works perfect!

We used Insight Automation for all of our AV needs including a media room installation, Lutron lighting, numerous fixture swaps, etc. Initial install in 2018 and additional smaller projects in 2019. Our experience has been very good.

They've done everything as promised and their technical staff has always been professional. I love that their technicians are so careful while working in our home - they always wear protective booties, never leave a mess, etc. We've had a handful of questions come up as we've adjusted to our new system and they've provided support to us either by phone, text, or in person.

This week we had them come back to install 2 new light fixtures and they were able to get someone out SO quickly. I really appreciated that!!

These guys ROCK!!! The entire crew is professional and does amazing quality work from design to initial wiring to final install. The team that was assigned to our new dream home were always prompt and hard working while being polite and helpful. They offered advice if they thought we could make a change that would be better for our design. Definitely would recommend Esbith and his team of pros!

I have been with Insight Automation for almost 6 years now. They installed the Savant system along with a lot of TVs and speakers in our new home in 2018. It has worked great since then, but today really showed how good they really are. I texted them last night and they showed up this morning at 9 AM and solved my problems. A great group of people doing great service! I am happy to talk with anyone about how well Insight has served our family.

The Insight Automation team is the best - they're pricey but worth every penny! Annette made scheduling a breeze; Fernando and his crew were super professional, communicated well, worked very quickly (they mounted 3 TVs and a Sonos sound bar in less than 1.5 hours), and were tidy. Very happy we went with Insight, highly recommend!

Esbith and his team and Insight Automation did a great job installing our home theater system and Samsung Frame TV. We have a cedar ceiling in our living room and we were impressed at the flush speaker installation, you can barely see them! They installed all of our AV equipment in our coat closet and explained how everything works. Also highly recommend the universal remote/Control 4 app- we can control our DirecTV, AppleTV, receiver, and PlayStation all from the remote/app.

We wanted to de-clutter our built-in AV system & have a solution that could allow for the TV to drop down to a more pleasing viewing height when needed. They rerouted our stereo components, helped us simplify the remote system, & provided an elegant, flexible viewing solition.

What impresses me most about this team is their standard of excellence. When they finish a project, they don’t just walk away — they audit, test, and review their own work, and they’ll redo anything that doesn’t meet their bar.

Most recently, they installed several new cameras for my security system. I thought everything looked perfect, but a senior rep later came by to inspect the installation and noticed that one outdoor camera’s wiring could be better protected from weather and pressure washing. They proactively reinstalled it without me ever asking — something I would have never even noticed.
