Tech did a great job, highly recommend! I'm someone who did this job many many years ago, and my advice is to be patient when it comes to lawn care services. This is something that doesn't happen overnight, from great lawns to horrible it could take a few months to a couple seasons of the right treatment to see the results.

Johnny was very knowledgeable and patient and answered lots of questions. Helped me understand the issues, took time to explain and had excellent recommendations. He also treated weed, applied fertilizer and told me importance of regular mowing. Very happy to work with him!!

Kenny was great in setting up service. Was able to get out to my property quickly and provided a detailed rundown after. Very personable and offered great advise without being pushy. Look forward to working with his team going forward.

Savannah is so helpful, appreciate her prompt responses and follow ups. Hoping the lawn service will reach the expectation this year.

BEST lawn service EVER! So happy with this company. They do not push you into selling any extra's if you don't want it. They are very tentative, on time, well groomed, super friendly, answers questions/concerns, and give you tips on your lawn care. SUPER reasonable with their prices. Jason and Jacob have been my main technicians and they are both super wonderful. See my photos of before and after. This is after a 6 month service! SUPER HAPPY!!!! Still needs work, but it is coming along GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend them.

To update my review, I did Initially have questions about my lawn care service. It was not a major issue, but what impressed me the most, was the customer service of the manager. Mr. Scott contacted me right away. The thing I appreciate the most is communication. I felt appreciated as a customer. I will continue to use them for my lawn care services.

Talked with Austin today at ExperiGreen, he was knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me on the a lawn care program for our new home in Mooresville, NC.

He helped me by summarizing the programs available and then worked with me to decide which one made the most sense to begin with.

ExperiGreen has been working with me as a new homeowner with a Bermuda lawn. Contracted on an 8-month initial schedule, they were able to knock out some very persistent POA weeds that were taking over my backyard. We are now attacking some summer weeds like crabgrass and Nutsedge which has been growing, but certainly not anywhere close to the extent that untreated neighbors are seeing.

Their fertilizer also being applied for the health and growth of the lawn during each monthly visit.

I do supplement their monthly visits with my own care schedule to include fertilizer and weed control measures.

The lawn is looking healthy for having been installed during the dormant season back in October/November of 2024 … pictures shown are from July 2025.

Ken Scott and his team have been a pleasure to work with. They quickly provided an estimate and took the time to thoroughly explain the services they would perform. Within just two months, my Bermuda lawn is weed-free and already greening up beautifully from its winter dormancy. Highly recommend!

Carlos did my quarterly spray and was thorough with the spraying. Made sure that my dogs were in the house prior to doing the backyard. Very professional!

Savannah is a Great customer representative. Easy to talk to and fabulous in craking the deal. I felt so good when she ensured to answer all my questions and even follow through post our call.

I've read the reviews . Looking forward to the same good experiences. I was hit last year with the "army worms' attack and it drained all my energy and grass. I was referred to Evergreen.
I have spoken repeatedly to Mr.Ken and he's addressed my concerns along with the restoration process. PRAYING they will do the same for me. I'll keep you posted.

We've been with Experigreen for a few years and they've been ok. Our plan is we prepay for 6 treatments and get 4 in the spring and 2 in the fall. We don't get any in July or Aug because it's too hot. That's on Experigreen's advice. For some reason someone did show up in Mid July and give us a treatment. A few weeks later our lawn started turning brown. (not saying the July treatment caused this). The brown area kept getting larger so we called for help. It took 5 days to get someone out but when they did show up, they didn't ring the bell or let us know they were here. We checked later in the day and were told they were here and left. When I looked at my camera I saw someone pull up, walk around for 5 min, get back in the truck for 15 min and leave. No contact, no advice, no help. We were told to look at his notes in the system. The tech's note said the problem was Bermuda grass in the shade. He also made a comment about dead plants in our landscaping. See attached photos that show the brown area in the bright sunshine and our landscaping with no dead anything. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. The guy couldn't be bothered to discuss this with us. We terminated our contract, even though we have a remaining treatment or two and have paid for them. The last thing I want for anyone from Experigreen at my house ever again!

My grass is shot!! Nobody said anything about looking for grubs!!
This cost$153!!
I just spoke to manager and he explained to me that grubs were not observed at that time and that he will treat them after the rain passes and that it’s a $153 service that they will provide free of charge
I feel that is the least I could expect.
It’s not Kenny’s fault. I just feel like the company just sends out technicians who just spray application and don’t have the knowledge needed to get ahead of the lawn. It’s not their fault. They need more training or I am expecting too much! I guess I need to get a more proactive business to care for my lawn.

Devin is a true professional. He’s very knowledgeable and always makes sure I understand the state of my yard and the specific plan for its care before he gets started. It’s great to have that level of transparency!

I was pleased with my lawn being serviced by this company until 2025. I had more weeds and crabgrass in 2025 than I ever had. What was the worst was the customer service. In the past when I called regarding weeds they came out right away to apply weed killer. This year I called for extra weed control, as was promised when needed, and they never showed, despite repeated calls to the local as well as the national office. One time I talked the the technician as he was servicing my lawn for a normal application. He gave me his phone number and told me to text him, if the weeds were still present after 2-3 weeks. I waited and texted him and he replied that he would come as soon as possible. He never showed. I don't know what happened to this company, but they have gone from good service to terrible service. I will be going to another company for 2025 and if you are looking to contract with this company, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Michael demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clearly outlining the scope of his work. While the service duration of under ten minutes was unexpected, I trust that all necessary areas were thoroughly addressed and treated.

Branson did a very good job servicing my lawn today. He made sure to get all areas. I liked that he took time to speak with me in regards to my lawn & explained the treatment I would be getting today. He even explained how it should help my lawn, as we approach winter. He had great customer rapport!
