Employees will blow all kinds of debris, on Employees cars and not attempt to blow the debris off of people personal property.

Do not use this group unless you do not care about your yard. I've spent a year arguing with them to fix my siding the broke. They spray all of the grass clippings into the flower gardens. The grass is never cut even, and they have cut our landscaping light as well.

Joe and his crew finished the project in 4 days and a job well done. I would highly recommend Yellowstone for any of your projects.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I am in the Breckenridge townhomes in Morrisville, NC. Horrible service! Workers dont care. The blow grass all over my door, garage, planting garden. I call the office. They only have voicemail. No one calls you back. They just dont care. They take our HOA money. Worst landscaping company I have ever dealt with! In addition they are supposed to be ECO friendly. They waste more gasoline standing around with running lawn mowers and leaf blowers. Definitely are polluting the air.

One of his workers that operates in the Charlotte area called (South Tryon and Cambridge) verbally attacked me when I complained about him because he was throwing the leaves towards me with the blower, I was inside my car with the door open, he could ask me to move my car , Do not throw the leaves and above all be aggressive and spoiled. I'm sorry that such a large company has these kinds of people working there. I have my house around and I would never hire it because an employee like those does not allow him to enter my property.

Builder blames landscaper and landscaper blames builder. Tree didn't revive after installation, even after taking proper care. Yellowstone doesn't want to come and take a look. Once installed, you are on your own. There will not be even one time courtesy check to resolve issues.

Terrible company! Completed a sod install at my home and couldn't have been more disappointed with the outcome and quality of work! Ethan the owner walked my yard on two separate occasions and tried to short us sod required to complete the job. Furthermore, he used a lesser grade of sod to appease the builder versus the sod requested. Day laborers were hired to complete the work and it couldn't have been anywhere worse. They broke my sewer pipe in the front yard, left mud in my driveway/back porch/and all along the sidewalk, ruined my flower beds, left dead sod & massive gaps in between pieces, and didn't bother to take the time to make sure any of the ground was level. Furthermore, they had no intentions of coming back to resolve any of this. Do not trust this owner or this company!

I would like to extend my appreciation to one of your employees that recently found an impact gun belonging to my company. The impact gun was recently lost near Concord Mills Mall when one of our trucks was on a flat tire service call. Our company name and phone number was engraved on the tool so we hoped it would make it's way back to us at some point. Luckily, one of your employees that works out of the Metromont Pkwy location found it and contacted us to return it. The gentleman wouldn't even take a cash reward for his efforts. We are so appreciative of his honestly and his integrity reflects very highly on your company.

I guess they were hired out to clear snow in the Academy parking lot of Burlington NC, one of the workers driving the plow truck with YELLOWSTONE LANDSCAPING all done the side of it, followed us around the parking lot and numerously tried to corner us when he finally thought he has us cornered he proceeded to pull his pistol out and wave it around. Real nice way to represent a company. we left a message on your voicemail. We will be calling the cops and filing and report.

My community hires Yellowstone to maintain the property. They just butchered a bush I had been growing for years. There was a sign in Spanish and English but I guess they can’t read or ignored it. Called and emailed and they never got back to me. Someone who has no idea how to maintain a yard wouldn’t have done this hack job. They also left everything they cut on top of the bush. It is like someone just walked down the sidewalk and hacked the top right off. It was beautiful.

Horrible!! No one manages the workers.

Alex did a great job removing a stubborn stump from my backyard, definitely ask for a quote from him if you are looking for someone to do this work. Highly recommended!

Do not work with this company. They are a 3rd party provider that brings in outside contractors. We had one no show and the second did not do a good job aerating our yard. When I notified customer service they said the lawn was like that before the service. Isn’t the point of aeration and seeding to fill in bald spots and thicken other areas.

Used lawn service for an entire year and our grass was worse than when we started. More weeds than ever and just dead grass! Canceling is a pain also, they don't make it easy!

The customer service was horrible and I still had weeds. Do not waste your money on them. The service is horrible what waste of money. My grass look like a weed party. Its ridiculous.
