I highly recommend this company! First off they were able to get to my house quite fast between me calling them for help, and them showing up! And then they were so incredibly helpful- they were even able to do a “straight to the point” explanation of what the problem with my air ducts was. Just an all around great company, I highly recommend!

Good service quick and easy. AC went out at my place and they sent someone over on short notice. Very chill when working and even took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what he was doing. Would recommend and will definitely revisit in the future.

I had a great experience with Charlotte Air Duct Cleaning & Chimney Sweep Services. I scheduled them for a full air duct cleaning and chimney inspection, and everything from start to finish went smoothly.

The technician arrived right on time, was very polite, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was important—which I appreciated since I’ve never had my vents cleaned before. He showed me before and after photos of the inside of the ducts, and the difference was honestly shocking.

The whole process took a few hours, and I noticed the air in the house felt fresher afterward. It’s also helped with my allergies a bit. The chimney inspection was also thorough, and they gave me some honest advice about maintenance without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary.

I’d definitely recommend them if you're looking for a reliable local service that’s upfront, professional, and respectful of your home.

Our family had such a positive experiences with the company's service. From the ease of making an appointment to their response time. They were clear in communicating what time We needed. Once there The tech was professional, on time and we could tell he really knew what he was doing. When he addressed issues that would increase the efficiency of our unit he was honest, and didn't try to "up-sale". We had the more prominent issues taken care of first. We are looking forward to having Charlotte Air Duct Cleaning come back out and tackle our "to-do" list. It's awesome how the air quality in our home has helped. I never noticed how it gradually declined over the years. Definitely worth the investment. We now have decided on having routine services done to our affordability and will hopefully never let anything become an issue. Thank goodness for honest companies out there still taking care of the common working class people.

John was very knowledgeable and helpful! He really went above and beyond, and finished cleaning my air vent in no time (it was over 6ft) and provided me the inspection report. I highly recommend going with this business! I will definetly be using their service in the future!

Called looking for chimney sweep services. He answered the phone "Duct Cleaning!" I paused wondering if he was mid-sentence then, confused, explained was looking online for a chimney sweep and found them. He said "yeah, I talked to him, and he doesnt do that anymore, they need to update the website". Me, thoroughly confused who "him" and "they" are, said oh, okay, thank you... So I guess dont both if looking for a chimney inspection or cleaning!

Owen’s Chimney provides very professional service. They installed a new wood burning stove, flue, chimney cap, and even a new brick hearth. Fast forward a year later, they performed the chimney sweep and the inspection. All services have been easy to schedule, professional, and they are knowledge regarding their trade. Robert did a great job providing information to me on my stove during the inspection and was able to work around my crazy meeting schedule for work. I would highly recommend this company!

Owens Chimney Systems was great to work with. Tim, Luke, and Robert were all professional and explained everything they were doing. Owens is trustworthy and you will never have to worry if they will leave you hanging, because they will not. Their employees are kind and professional and very well trained on the most up-to-date technology. Owens Chimney Systems is the only chimney company we will use.

Forrest has been our tech for several years. He's extremely professional, courteous, responsive and in time. He does excellent work. We've used Owns for more than a decade now. We've never had any complaints about their quality of service, and we'd highly recommend Owens for any chimney, wood stove or fireplace needs.

Adam came to the house and was super friendly, knowledgeable and was able to help my family decide what options were available for our fireplace to get it functional again. He was super thorough with his inspection, explained it in simple terms I could understand and also showed me video with his tools he brought in. He kept it nice and tidy and left everything how he found it. 10/10 and would recommend.

Company came out to inspect our fireplace, charged $250 inspection fee. Provided us with a report saying we needed $15K of work done.

I’ve had 2 other companies come out for free inspection. Both companies are saying we only need $500-$600 in repairs.

Do not use this company. They are a scam and out to take your money.

Adam was exactly what a home owner wants when a company's technition arrives to work on your home.
He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable (and more than willing to answer the homeowner's questions), and, if asked, very willing to not only explain what he was doing as well as thoroughly explaining what his inspection found.
I don't give 5 star ratings easily, they have to be earned and Adam did so, exceeding well.
