Hired this company to pump and inspect my septic tank. I have a very old house that I inherited from my father, and wasn't entirely sure where the tank was, or what the condition of it would be once it was found. The two gentlemen who came out arrived exactly when they said they would and were exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. They located the tank, dug it up, pumped it, and checked it out for me, all for the exact price I was quoted on the phone when I booked the appointment. I had heard horror stories of other companies that quote you one price and then keep tossing in additional fees and upsells along the way. I was so happy to see that this was not the case with Greenway Waste Solutions. I couldn't be happier and will most definitely be sticking with them for any and all septic needs in the future!

Finding a good, dependable, honest company can be so hard these days, but these folks are exactly that! If you're reading this and are looking for a good septic company, this is the best one in the Charlotte area!

Would give this company more stars if I could. My septic tank needed to be replaced, and Adam was very professional and responsive to my inquiries. I reached out to five companies for a bid and Adam's bid was not only the lowest it was the most professional as it detailed what the job entailed. They also had the least lead time to start the project and they showed up on time and with everything they needed to complete the job. They worked diligently and had completed the job and inspection in about six hours. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this company.

Stephen and Jason were excellent to work with. They quickly came to my home and found my drainage field and spent extra time explaining how my innovative system worked. Couldn’t be more pleased with their visit.

My Residential inspection was thorough and informative. They walked me through their process and helped me understand my system and how it works so I could make a better informed decision. It took a minute to find the tank in the middle of my garden area, but he pinpointed the exact location and kept the dig site as small as possible.
They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and took time to make sure I was happy with the process.

I would recommend anybody to reach out to GWS for a job well-done.

Scott and Adam are awesome. They always followed through on their commitment - on time for appointments and completed the work as promised. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The area for our new septic tank was very tight and they worked very carefully. Anything they moved was returned to the same location. Their years of experience shows. They were great to work with and have a very customer-centric philosophy.

Steven and Jason came to our house to see a problem we were having with our washer pit and drain lines. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. They were fantastic to work with and I reccomend them and their company very, very highly. If you use any other waste company you are making a huge mistake. They are the best in the business!!!

I called Greenway on a Sunday afternoon for a septic backup for all 5 suites in our building. They were able to get a guy out that was on call- Ricky Lowe. He arrived in record time and was the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable service technician that I believe I have ever met. His customer service was top notch and he explained everything and took a very methodical approach in clearing (jetting) the lines. Once the main lines were flushed he found a cleanout which turned out to be the issue. He was able to jet that out and resolve the issue in about an hour. Thanks to Ricky and the personnel that support him...especially on a Sunday when nothing was open. They will always be my first call should i have the need and I'm asking for Ricky!

I called Greenway Waste Solutions to ask about getting a grease trap pumped out and cleaned at our business in Maggie Valley, NC and unfortunately I was under a tight time frame of when it could be completed.
Brooke answered the phone was so professional and polite and able to squeeze it in on the following day! Unbelievable and so appreciated!
She let me know that someone would be calling me the following morning to give me a time frame.
The next day I received a phone call from Stephen , he told me that they were on the way and he would be there at 11:50 …. 11:50 on the dot is exactly when they arrived! So Awesome! He and his teammate found the grease trap and Stephen explained to me fully how it worked, and what to expect and also how to set up routine maintenance with them going forward!
Stephen was so knowledgeable and helpful! He gave me the invoice and I asked if I could pay with a credit card, he gave me instructions on how to conveniently pay over the phone.
I called in to make the payment and Chris answered the phone, was also so helpful and polite and immediately emailed me over the receipt.
I had a wonderful experience with this company and I won’t hesitate to use them for all of our future needs!

Fantastic customer service! From Brooke on the phone to TJ in the field my experience with them was just wonderful. TJ was informative and honest and pleasant to talk to. He knows his stuff!! I can't thank the team enough for coming out so quickly and helping me out.

Brooke & Misty in the office are great and doing their best, but the logistics of getting service is a nightmare. I have been left numerous times having shown up early or staying late for service only to have no one show up to do the scheduled service. Very surprised to see so many recent good reviews as this has not been my experience at all, and I’ve been using them for years.
