I called Greenway Waste Solutions a few days ago when I realized I was going to be able to be at my childhood Family Lake House in Mooresville for the weekend. Our septic tank was installed in 1984 when the house was being built, and has NEVER been pumped! Thai & Thim who work for Greenway showed up and found the buried septic tank. I did have the county department septic records for the house printed out and showed them where I thought the tank was located. It was definitely past time to get this done. Thai & Thim did a fantastic job! They showed me both openings once they were both cleaned out and even showed me where it looked like a pipe was clogged and needed to be repaired. I then called Mary at the main office and she helped me line up a repair for the pipe. I would highly recommend Greenway Waste Solutions!

I placed a request for a grease trap pump on Friday with Ashley, who was very helpful, and spent an entire day off specifically for a technician to arrive today to have it serviced. I've been waiting for a message from them to let me know that they will be arriving on site so I can meet with them and have the service done on our day off. I did not receive any confirmation nor a notice that they will be arriving, so I decided to give them a call.
After speaking to Cathy, I immediately felt hostility and was cut off when speaking. I was then told that my service was not going to be honored and that nobody will be coming today regardless of my order number. When she requested further details for a future service time, I was berated with condescending comments and was not given any clear information about my service. I was told by Ashley that this service could be done with check, I was told by Cathy that it has to be a card on file. I simply prefer a check form of payment, but when I asked why, I was given the answer "I don't know". At this point I've had enough of this condescending treatment and decided that I will find another company to work with and canceled my request.
I wish I could work with this company, however with this kind of treatment is uncalled for and very unprofessional. I was being cooperative and kind, yet I was not given the same treatment back from Cathy. No apologies of any kind.

I recently had to have a septic tank pumped out and I obviously wanted a reputable company that was honest and reasonable. I’ve never had aseptic tank emptied before so I checked the reviews and started calling companies. I called 6 companies and the one that stood out from the beginning was Greenway Waste. Misty answered my call and explained everything in a basic, friendly and professional way. She answered my questions and took her time to make sure I understood everything.

I set up the appointment and when the day came, I had the pleasure of having Stephen and Chris come out to work on my septic tank. They arrived on time, both were very personable but I spoke more with Stephen. He explained the entire process, answered all my questions and was detailed in his responses. The both worked quickly, efficiently but made sure the job was done correctly.

When they were finished, Stephen explained what he did and the issues they ran into. He took his time to thoroughly explain what I needed to do going forward but also explained that due to the age of the house that maybe that’s how the septic tank was built. Also, I was quoted a reasonable price for the job but since my job wasn’t a full job, Stephen called his office and let them know and they charge me much less.

As I said, I was looking for a reputable, honest and reasonable company and that’s exactly what I got from Greenway. They were transparent, honest, professional and customer focused. I couldn’t have asked for a better company. I highly recommend them.

They were great. The job was done quickly with as little damage to our yard as was possible. Adam and Anthony were both very friendly and explained what was happening clearly. Will definitely use them again if further needs arise.

Stephen and Jason did a wonderful job with pumping our septic tank!! I definitely recommend! The next time I need service, I will request these two men. Awesome service guys!!!

Stephen from Greenway Waste Solutions came out to do an emergency grease trap pump off and jetted the line to clear the blockage. He was quick in getting here, took the time to investigate the issue, discuss his findings with me, and did a very thorough job in pumping out the trap and jetting the line. He did all of this on a Sunday!! Hats off to Stephen and Greenway Waste Solutions!

Our experience with Greenway was fantastic. I cannot say enough good things from the consultation to the finished job. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They were efficient and very considerate! They definitely Deserve 10 stars. Anthony and Scott were the representatives that did the work. Thank you guys!

We had a large backup of grease and Greenway Waste Solutions came promptly and got us back in working order.The technicians where professional ,kind they had a great attitude even having to deal with a nasty build up of grease they where very concerned about making sure we got back up and running And making sure we knew what to do to not have to have this issue again. I would recommend them to any business needing there services.Below are the before and after pictures.

I had limited time before the holidays so I called Rapid Rooter to fix a drain issue in one of my rentals. Their dispatcher was nice and responsive and provided a reasonable time slot. The technician called me at the time slot. I had quickly inspected the drain issue a day before and instructed the technician where the problem was. I told him it was the main drain line just past the bathtub, sink, and toilet. He told me all three lines were clogged and it would cost $400 to clear them. I said thanks but no thanks because I knew it was just the main line. In the limited time I had before vacation I drove to the house and ran my drain snake down just 1 drain pipe and instantly all 3 lines drained which shows it was just the main line. The 1 star review is because of an incorrect diagnosis that seems like it was intentional to charge me for unnecessary work. Unfortunately it still cost me $49 for the visit.

Both John #63 and TJ #50 or 60 were knowledgeable, polite, and attentive to keeping my house clean. I felt comfortable having them in my house. Of course, I am always satisfied with the job done by Rapid-Rooter Plumbing Service. Today with these guys was no different. Thank you.

Rapid Rooter plumbing are true to their name. They were prompt in addressing our concerns and rapid in fixing problem with a blockage In a pipe at our home. Our plumber, John Bird was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond. He fixed the issue promptly and provided honest advice about how to prevent future problems going forward. I would highly recommend this business.

I had a clogged main sewage and had called another plumber. They were unable to clear the line and gave me a huge quote to fix the issue.

I then called Rapid-Rooter and John Bird arrived on time and was able to clear the clog, located the issues, and even found my second clean-out access that had I had seen since my house was built 12 years ago.

John was friendly, fast, thorough, and professional.

Walked into my kitchen this morning to a flood from my laundry room. Called Rapid-Rooter and they arrived in about the time it took me to clean up the water which was awesome!

These guys were great! I called at 10:30 and they were able to dispatch somebody to my house by 1:00. John Bird was friendly, professional, and made quick work of the problem. I'll definitely be calling them again next time I need a plumber.

We called Rapid-Rooter because we had used them for eight years and always were completely satisfied with their work and their professionalism and we were not disappointed this time either. This call was for a leak under a stationery tub and a leak in a pipe behind our heater in our crawlspace. Chris Jones came out on time and did a courteous, professional and efficient job of identifying where the problems originated and what needed to be done. Chris then installed a new faucet for us on the tub and provided an estimate for the needed repairs to the piping from the sink to the main drain. Courteous, Professional, on-time and competent, what more could we ask.

This is the second time I have used Rapid Rooter. John Bird came both times and was very prompt in arriving and had the kitchen drains on two different houses unclogged in no time. I thought their price was reasonable for having to go on the roof and unclog via the roof vent. Used the coupon and saved even more. Will use Rapid rooter on my next plumbing event.

John Bird was my technician, and was very professional and listened to my concerns. I was having water issues from a clogged main drain, and John went right to the source of the problems and showed me the issues, which in fact was roots growing into the drain. I was unable to have any water running inside the house, so I appreciated the rapid response. I called about 1pm on a Friday and John was at my house by 3pm. He cleaned out the drain and was done within an hour. Very satisfied with the company and with John, I will use them again if I ever need plumbing service.

WOW! Instant response and an excellent job preformed. Value $$ Our repair tech, John Bird, was very professional and let me know what needed to be done. Having had this repair made in the past I was very happy with the VALUE saved over the big named service providers. We will use them for the correction John suggested when we are ready.

When I called, they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day. Both the office and our technician were nice and easy to work with. Chris was kind and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our water leak issue right on the spot.

Chris Jones replaced our kitchen faucet today. He was a very pleasant professional. From setting up the appointment in which they worked with my schedule to the actual install everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend this company!
