Excellent job! The guys - LD Moon Glen - were great. They gave us a detailed explanation of what the work was, they were quick and efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. I watched them work and they were aware of exactly what they were working on and practiced safety as they worked. It was a pleasure having them do our work.

There was a crew working 2 doors down, and we approached them very upset because our kitten had been stuck in a tree for 4 days and was going to die without help. An employee, Pablo Lopez, took the time to come rescue our cat from the tree, and did it out of the kindness of his heart. Our cat would have died without that act of kindness, and I couldn’t recommend this company more on behalf of the wonderful humans they hire to work for them. There aren’t alot of company’s that hire people who do good work, and do it from the right place, but I can assure you this company does. We will use them in the future and always recommend them. Thank you Pablo!

We use Schneider fo all our tall tree needs. We have some very high profile properties in Charlotte so we need folks that do it right and do it safe. Paul is our rep and he has taught us a lot about the Charlotte area. We will continue to work with Schneider.

So far Schneider tree care has been prompt, professional and on time. We had our first tree fertilization so I cannot yet comment on what matters most. Did the service work are my trees showing great improvement? I will need to update this review in a few months.

AMAZING EMERGENCY TREE SERVICE was provided by Schneider Tree Care company. At 5pm, we had an EMERGENCY because a three-story tree split over our house , held up by another tree. Schneider was called and within a half hour their arborist arrived. He determined that immediate relief was needed from the leaning weight to prevent it from falling A reasonable quote was given. We approved. Within another hour, a 60-ton crane arrived with powerful lights and with great skill, piece by piece the tree was weight lessened. They were superior!

After obtaining quotes from over 10 different tree service companies, I ultimately chose Schneider Tree Care—and I’m so glad I did. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, they exceeded every expectation.

David Whitley, who provided the quote, was a standout from the beginning. He was polite, professional, and incredibly accommodating, taking the time to walk through the scope of work with me, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident in the process. His communication was clear and prompt, and his approach gave me immediate peace of mind.

On the day of the removal, the crew—Josh, Cam, Moon, and Robbie—was absolutely top-notch. They were skilled, efficient, courteous, and respectful of my property. They worked together seamlessly, handled everything with care, and left the area cleaner than they found it.

We had a tree fall on our church. This thing was huge… unsafe for people like me you are pretty handy with a small chainsaw. The guys from Schneider tree care came out, acted very professionally, cut it up and hauled it away within a couple hours. The price was much better than I thought too. We were very happy. I told the claims adjuster the price, we were charged and he couldn’t believe it. He said he wanted to keep these guys on speed dial 😎

Ruben and Samuel were very professional and friendly . They arrived early in the morning before it became too hot to perform the task at hand . They had to cut down a tall as house Leland Cypress! Job well done ! The cleanup was excellent. I would recommend them very much !

If you need a tree removed, Ruben and Samuel are the best! They are professional, show up on time and always returned our calls! When they cut down a tree, they clean up all the debris and haul it away. Ruben Tress Service was recommended by a friend, and we have used them twice in the last year.

Ruben Tree Services did an excellent job raising the canopy and trimming the branches back from my house on a tall tree that is part of the street canopy in front of my house. They were very professional, worked very efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

Ruben and Samuel came out and did a big prune on 2 huge oaks in our yard, both did a WONDERFUL job caring for my yard, trees and cutting another small area..l was amazed at how well they cleaned up and did such a great job..anyone needing Tree...brush..work should give them a call..l will be getting more tree work soon from them...thank you Ruben and Samuel for such a HONEST AND REASONABLE JOB...great work!!!!

Great quality work! Very reliable and decent prices! Also cleaned up the yard very well after removing trees! We had tree branches removed from over the roof, and a few trees removed out the driveway!

I have used Ruben Tree Services twice now. They are amazing with very reasonable prices. They have taken down huge trees for me. Their clean up after the job is equally impressive.
