Great experience with Sesmas Tree Service. The arborist who came out was a Board Certified Master Arborist, and you could immediately tell he knew his stuff. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, gave us clear options, and helped us feel confident from start to finish. The whole process was easy and professional. We’ll definitely use them again.

The folks at Schneider Tree Care are professional and trustworthy. Paul Carr is awesome and explains the work thoroughly before the crew shows up. Twice Schneider has done work for me and one thing I really appreciate, besides the excellent work is their clean up. When they leave, you wouldn't know they were there except my yard looks so beautiful!

I needed some tree cutting and trimming completed and Schneider did a great job. Chad (the estimator) was informative and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. His crew (Dakota, Darnell and Kevin) did an outstanding job. Super professional. Everything was completed at the agreed upon time and within the estimate as discussed. I'll likely be calling them again in the future as more jobs come up for other trimming jobs in our yard. Definitely consider Schneider for your next big job with trees!

I have used Schneider Tree Care for years - specifically with Chad Brown who couldn't be more professional and courteous. The first time I called them a very, very large limb had fallen across our yard and into our driveway - my wife was also 9 months pregnant and we were awaiting going to the hospital at any moment. They came out the same day I called to assess the situation, we actually went to the hospital that night and by the time we were back two days later they had taken care of everything. We have now used them multiple times to trim up our trees, as we have many old, oak tress on our property. Can't recommend Schneider enough!

After a recent storm, we had a very large tree lose the top portion to our neighbor’s yard and left a massive piece hanging, just waiting for the next big wind event! We also had another large one that had died, and one growing back over another neighbor’s driveway. Josh came out, explained our options and what all it would take to get this daunting job taken care of. He was a great help. Their crews then came out and did an amazing job. It was a much bigger undertaking than I’d realized. The biggest one was a nightmare to get to in our fenced backyard. How they managed to get it down without anything hitting our house, fence, or the neighbor’s was beyond impressive! They were here til nearly 7 pm, worked through 2 rain showers, and there was no mess at the end. It’s an impressive operation and all the guys were so nice. We very much appreciate the incredible job they did and would recommend them to anyone(plus, they were reasonably priced!).

Super efficient. Huge oak removed from the front yard and they did a great job of not trampling the landscaping and cleaning up after themselves. Andy, Cole, Kalique, Terry, and Lanny were all friendly and professional.

Professional, friendly, conscientious and thorough. They have been taking care of the property for several years now, including treating my forested backyard for root growth and insects. No trees down during hurricane Helene. Lots of 50’+ poplars and oaks.

Terry, Andy, & Mehki, and Brandon Hogan with Schneider tree care came to the house to take out a problem tree and they did an excellent job I could not have been happier! I thought that there would have been more grass damage than what there was but I really couldn't tell that these guys were even here other than a tree missing/cut down. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of their services!!! They are awesome!

The crew was great and did a fantastic job on my 4 very large oaks. Several neighbors have stop by commenting on the great job and top notch clean up and asked for contact information. I have already reached out to Schneider for an additional qoute on some work on trees at my mom's property. Thanks for the great experience. It's rare to get the customer service I received this day in age.

They were prompt and cleaned up a very large tree with no mess left behind. This was one day after Helene came through the area and the prompt response helped us get our business back up and running quickly. They do great work.

My crêpe myrtles sure do look extra fluffy and happy this year since using Schneider for feeding!

We had a 120' tree that was leaning toward the house, and a dead tree near it. The Schneider crew, Andy, Drew, & Blake, were highly professional, and performed the two removals carefully and methodically, like threading a needle. They didn't hit any of our outbuildings or our many other trees. Kudos to the one who climbed up 120 feet to saw off branches and take off the top, and kudos to the ground crew who gave great support and follow-through. Employees I spoke with in the office, and sales arborist Brandon Hogan all gave excellent customer service. I highly recommend Schneider Tree Care!

Schneider Tree Care took great care of my yard. Paul Crenshaw was a breeze to work with, he gave me a competitive quote and had the work scheduled soon after. Even though the weather was less than ideal they managed to finish the work quicker than I expected and I was very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Schneider Tree Care and plan on using them again in the future.

The crew did an outstanding job cutting 3 trees and dead wooding multiple trees in our yard. All are very professional and obviously very experienced. Schneider uses the lastest equipment. Results were much more than i expected for a very reasonable cost.

We had two jobs done this spring. Paul was very sharp and professional from the first visit. The crew was on time and kept the area clean. Excellent service.

BEST all around Tree company in the surrounding Charlotte NC area. Reeco and his crew Kam, KC, and Mauricio were like a well oiled machine. They worked well together, did a beautiful job on the tree trims and cleaned up everything after the job. I observed them at different times while being outside and they were very efficient and knew their job and responsibilites. I highly recommend them...and will keep them for future needs. I trust them and they were so nice to deal with and wanted to please. I really feel like they should have 10 stars instead of 5...they are that good !!!

I had the best experience with Schneider Tree Care! The team that took care of my trees were the BEST!!!! Shout out to LD, the Crew Leader, along with Terry, Darnell and Mekhi the crew members.

They were so professional and knowledgeable and so willing to help and to answer all of my questions. LD was absolutely a joy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work!!!

Chad seems like a nice enough guy, but they have no idea how to communicate and run a business. I was no-call, no-showed twice within the first few months. I had to call and email them multiple times to get any kind of response. Just a disorganized mess. I decided to cancel service after just one, very expensive summer fertilizer + bug treatment ($600). After spending $10K+ on new trees and shrubs, this was very disappointing, as I was hoping to protect my investment. I've already lost 3 shrubs and have been scrambling to find another competent provider in the area, which is surprisingly a challenge.

I could not recommend this company less for their tree and shrub treatment programs. Maybe they are great at other things? I'll never know. It was headache after headache and many wasted hours trying to contact them. The easiest part, as is often the case, was to get them to come out and give me a quote. Chad was initially great and I was excited to get started started and see my landscaping thrive - now I'm just hoping I can undo the damage done.

I made an appointment for an assessment of trimming or removing trees on my wooded back yard. Chris showed up right on time and patiently considered my best and responsible options, gave me a reasonable price and said he would have a crew to my house in about a week. I got a call the next day that a crew was available and they came that day. They were mindful of the narrow street and parked their vehicles well to avoid clogging the street. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. It was a job well done. I recommend Schneider Tree Service highly.
