I had 2 trees come down due to a storm on a Friday night. It fell on the road and partly on my neighbor’s fence. The fire department came out and cut enough to clear the road, but being 60-70 foot trees that are over 50 years old, there was still a lot to clear. Being new to the area, I didn’t know any tree crews. I googled emergency tree services in Charlotte and went down the list, looking at each company’s website to ensure they do claim to do emergency tree service, and started calling. Out of 4 calls, only Brock picked up and he was out within an hour to assess if they had to immediately remove it to prevent further damage, or can wait till Monday. My neighbor even put a call into his regular tree service and they did not pick up. Brock was able to assess that I did not need immediate service which would cost more, and brought his crew out first thing Monday morning to clear the 2 trees. Communication was excellent, he showed up exactly when he said he would and he was there working with his crew, unlike many other services that have someone assess and another do the work. He also charged a very fair price and did a phenomenal job. My neighbor also started using Releaf and the work is outstanding!

Overall, fair price, professional arborists, insured, prompt and excellent communication and service, and top notch work — what more can you ask for? I will always use Releaf for my tree services and can confidently refer them to anyone.

Brock came out and did a great review of all our trees. Very friendly and instantly felt trustworthy. Gave us some good advice for us to think about. We decided to also take down a big cherry tree. They had that tree down in no time, along with doing some serious trimming in really tall trees. The greatest thing was they left no trace. Everything cleaned up and looking great. Seriously…not a leaf left on the ground! Excellent service, expert work, very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

These people are parked outside of my house right now doing work on a yard houses down from mine even though my whole family and I have asked them to move because we have Covid. This is at least day three that they have been here. When I went out there to confront them, a man approached me and told me to calm down even though I just asked who do I have to talk to about this? Unfortunately, this is a normal comment from a man to a woman. I would not recommend this place. My photo only includes one truck, they moved all the others (just a few feet) before I could take another snap.

Brock and his crew felled a 80' and decaying Tulip Poplar on my property. The job site was in a wooded area, no point of entry for large equipment and a fence within 10-15ft on two sides; overall a difficult location. Not only were they quick and efficient, but he and the team were professional and thorough. I'd highly recommend Releaf!

Brock and his team removed 3 large trees that were close to our house. They felled the trees with artful precision and finished the job by grinding the stumps. It was amazing to watch them work. They did all this with minimal disturbance to our landscaping. When they left, everything was neat and tidy.

These guys did a fantastic job with removing a huge Bradford Pear tree that snapped in our front yard during a major storm. The tree snapped along a high traffic road and they tackled it with no issues. They also had no problems removing the second Bradford Pear tree from our backyard as well. They combed through our yard and removed all the stumps that were left behind (about 6 stumps) from the previous owners and did a wonderful job cleaning up after the two tree removals. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty as they assessed the status of some of the other tress on our property. Contacting Brock was quick, clear and concise. Brock and his team did a fantastic job with a City of Charlotte violation we received for two missing tree-save area trees and two missing perimeter Tree Ordinance trees (which are a pain in the neck, to put it politely). Despite the city's mile-long list of planting requirements, Releaf's work passed with flying colors. This is the team you want to hire for such a demanding task.

I have uses RELEAF TREE WORKS since they have been in business, at least 10+ years. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Brock and his crew are true professionals. Brock has saved a huge double oak tree in my yard that I was ready to give up on and it is now healthy and a true beauty. I have watched other companies work in my neighborhood and every time I am more thankful for Brock and RELEAF. They come in ,do what is needed, trimming,pruning,fertilizing. They are careful of other plantings and areas, cleanup completely and I pay a very reasonable fee. I have neighbors who have watched them work and are now devoted customers,too.

Brock and his team did an amazing job with a very large gumball tree in our backyard in Charlotte, NC. They were timely with getting out to the property and providing an honest quote. He and his team worked through tough weather to get the job done on time. Brock was very easy to work with and responsive, and was kind enough to come back and fix a few areas after he was paid. I would recommend them to anyone needed tree / tree stump removal and any tree trimming needs.

Brock was absolutely wonderful to work with and we plan to use Releaf for all our future tree needs! He was quick to respond and quick to get us on his schedule (he even fit us in right before Christmas). We had him inspect a few of our trees, trim and safely hang a tree swing! This business and team is highly recommended. They removed couple of trees for us on schedule and in timely fashion as promised. Additionally removed landscaping bricks and other materials around the trees upon ask—being so kind and helpful. Everything was done very safely and professionally, no issues or mess, they cleaned up the area very nicely. Fantastic job done and we are very pleased with their service(s) — 5 stars well deserved! Definitely will keep their contact information handy for future needs.
