Brock saved our drone that was stuck in a tree about 35ft up! He did it so quick, maybe five minutes if that. His skills are incredible. I highly recommend him!!!

I cannot recommend Brock and Releaf Tree Works high enough. He came out for a 24 hour emergency as our cat was about 40 feet up a mature tree without many branches for the feline to climb down. He responded to my after-hours voicemail in about 15 minutes and was at our location in about 40 minutes after first contact. It was night and with temperatures dropping fast (will be below freezing tonight) and our pet was showing signs of considerable fatigue and distress after beeing "treed" for about 5 hours. He had our family pet safe and sound in no time at all. His kindness and willingness to help a family who were very concerned is admirable and rare. Other so-called 24 hour tree services didn't return my calls. And, the fire department laughed at me. I understand the FD laughing, but I called them because I figured they get those kind of calls and might have some advice or a tree service referral they could make. Brock didn't laugh, got out of bed, and solved a very stressing problem for us . He will have all of my tree business in the future, if he wants it.

Brock and his team were excellent. He was was upfront and honest in both what work needed to be completed and in providing a fair quote. The work was done exactly as we asked. It was a tough spot - a tall tree in a tightly fenced yard - and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Our neighbors were out of town for the weekend when one of their sweet kitties got stuck up in a nearby tree overnight. Brock and Tim came to the rescue and they were amazing! They showed up quickly and were able to get her down safely in just a matter of minutes. I can't speak to their tree work, but they are experts in cat rescue!!

Brock and his team are so easy to work with- especially during this time of social distancing. He definitely put safety first and had the process down! Super nice guy and cleaned up so well that I swear he took some of my weeds with him!! Hahaha!! For real, awesome price and a great experience.

Brock and his crew took a couple of pine trees down out of our front yard and did an excellent job. They're fast, efficient and clearly know what they're doing. I'd very highly recommend using them and won't hesitate to call them next time I need some tree work done.

I really hate leaving a bad review for a local family business, but I’d want to know.
Brock came 3 times to give us a quote on our trees. He wouId also answer us via text & it was as if he forgot what he said the last message or time he was here?
Finally, we had a plan. We were going to be out of town while he was here. They started Thursday. Unfortunately, when they were grinding one of the stumps , rocks&chunks of wood were flying everywhere & a rock hit my neighbors brand new garage door.
She was outside & watched it happen, immediately told the guy who was here . He told my neighbor he’d tell Brock.
My husband contacted Brock, he said he’d check into it.
Brock then also tells us he is losing money on the job because of XYZ. He was here 3 different times to look at what he needed to do. We even paid him half up front in cash.
The job went from one day into the following week. We arrived home on Sunday ( they weren’t coming back until Tuesday)
There was trash left around in our yard from their drinks, a trailer parked in our grass when it was specifically asked that anything be parked in the driveway. On the side of our house, one flower bed had one of our brand new landscaping lights laying with the wire pulled out, the stepping stones were pushed around, & there was debris everywhere. We could barely walk our dog out of our porch because of all the sticks & debris.( That was extremely frustrating because our dog eats the sticks & gets choked on them)
When he arrived Tuesday, he said that the crane ( the one we paid for, for both trees mind you ) they aren’t using for the second tree.
He assured us that they’d remove all debris including the mulch from the 2 stump removals when they finished.
They did not.
There was SO MUCH left from the stumps and my rock flower beds were FULL of debris. We also noticed that night our driveway was cracked and busted , at the very end near the street , at the area they were grinding up the wood the first day.
Once Brock texted they were done, I had already noticed the mess in the firepit. Not only was there debris but our bug lantern’s weren’t put back that they moved.I pointed that out & he QUICKLY put those back 1/2 a$$ & picked a few sticks up. It was A MESS. He barely picked anything up.
Unfortunately, when it was time for him to leave, our blinds contractor came early to hang the shades on our porch & I wasn’t able to look everything over very well as they were explaining their plan with me. It was very apparent Brock was in a hurry to leave & it felt he took advantage that I was “busy” & couldn’t really look everything over well & I felt like he was rushing to leave.
I was able to say to him, please go over & speak with my neighbor about her garage door. We even asked him to quote us on one more tree. (Still Crickets on that too not that it matters now )
He was extremely short with me & seemed very irritated & said that if she wants to talk to him she can contact him. That was not what he said to my husband that morning.. He told him he wouId look into it.
My neighbor immediately messaged him.
No response.
We contacted him several times,
no response.
Finally I sent a text with both Brock & my neighbor & said if he didn’t respond it left her no choice than to contact her insurance company.
He responded immediately & I will just say this- his tone-extremely rude, he refused to acknowledge that they did the damage & said the quote that she gave him from her original installer was way too much & he hasn’t responded further.
She has the rock that hit her door, pictures & told them as soon as it happened. She did all she could to let him know right away. We will pay for our neighbors garage door because it’s not fair to her that he won’t do the right thing.
I truly hate leaving reviews like this, but I do want to be honest & I also think it’s only reasonable to expect that in return. I spent 2 FULL days cleaning up what they left & were PAID to remove. We’ve had over 8 very large trees removed here previously & they all left our yard clean. Trust your gut!

We had a tree that was half dead but wanted to save it because it was old and beautiful. Releaf came out and gave us multiple options to try and save our beloved tree. Unfortunately, we waited too late before we made the call and the disease took over and we had to remove it. The proceeds was quick and easy with absolutely no mess left behind. Work was quick, easy and painless.

Brock and his crew did an excellent job removing 4 trees for us today. They also did the stump grinding, tree pruning and cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommend!!

Brock is a master arborist. His work is impeccable. He came to our home took care of the trees that were healthy and helped us quickly, cleanly, remove the ones that needed to go. He had to coordinate schedules with my property manager, tenant and next door neighbor all while getting the job done in a safe working environment. Outstanding! We had four large, difficult trees of various types that needed to come out and the Releaf crew was fantastic. The large pecan hung over our house and I was never once concerned because I saw the thought and care they took when maneuvering its removal. The pine was extremely tall and over our garage and it was the same experience. The entire crew is professional, prompt, responsive and used the utmost care around my home. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for tree care, reduction, or removal.

While I am not extremely familiar with the science of arboriculture, after meeting with Brock, I felt as if he really cared enough about his profession to explain exactly what was going on with our trees and his recommendations for managing them. In situations like these, when so few are knowledgable about what you are inquiring an estimate for, it would be so easy to take advantage of unsuspecting clients, but with Brock, we were given a thorough explanation regarding the nature and expenses involved with his work, which I greatly appreciated. Brock removed the dead wood from a large Ash Tree in our yard, and he went above and beyond what we expected from him. He took all the proper precautions regarding his safety and ours, and worked efficiently to get the work done in one day. He did not leave one single twig for us to pick up and made sure the area surrounding the tree looked cleaner than he found it. I would most definitely recommend Brock to anyone looking for a certified Arborist to do quality work on their trees.
