This crew was outside smoking weed in front of children and being belligerent!! It's a shame that that large corporations allow their employees to act in this form

They haven't cut any trees for me, but I can say they are the only company that has brought me wood chips for Chipdrop. They put them exactly where they are supposed to and have been very careful coming onto my property. Thank y'all so much!!!

Gave my neighborhood an absolute hack job of a tree trimming. To call themselves tree experts is akin to calling me a neurosurgeon because I used to watch Grey's Anatomy.

Great job guys! Way to do your job! Left branches and logs in my front yard and down by driveway.

I really don’t want to even give them 1 star. They left a mess in my yard. They were cutting limbs for Duke Energy. When I got home, they had cut down my crepe Myrtle bush!!! Really! A bush. It would have never reached the lines. I am furious. They also cut down a small tree that could have just been topped. Not to mention the mess they left in my yard. I am going to continue to search until I find the right person to report this to.

Like others, Asplundh tore through my neighborhood as a Duke contractor. They trimmed several trees to the point where they are now just wooden poles. They left branches behind and made me call the company to have them come back out and pick them up.

It's clear they are the lowest bidder for the Duke work and it's a shame Duke uses such a poor sub.

Absolutely butchered our trees to the point of having to have multiple taken down and shaved all the branches on a giant pine making it a hazard and susceptible to falling on our house. They went through the trees and destroyed squirrels nest that were not even on branches needing trimmed while leaving the nest material all over the yard, branches broken and now touching the ground. Dukes website states they follow arbitrary rules but apparently not the company they hired. Y’all should be ashamed.

Tree experts is the not the right word for this company. I have never dealt with a mess like this in my life. I had to file a claim. This is going to cost a fortune to have it properly cleaned up.

They destroyed my trees. Duke Energy's policy is to cut trees around powerlines to the fence line. They just left destroyed trees and now I have to cut them down fully down myself.

This company trimmed trees on my property for Duke and rutted up my yard. The guy said someone would come and fix it but after reading reviews I doubt his word. Last time they did the same and never came back. No respect for people's property. Terrible company.

Worker's came back a second time while we were on vacation and trimmed a large oak in our front yard making more ruts over the original ruts which they never fixed. Now our yard is full of dead branches. Horrible workers. Sloppy. Damaged our flower beds and bushes. Don't believe anything they say. Liars all. They will do nothing to fix any damage.

Company apparently contracting for utility in Harrisburg/Concord area and trimming trees scattering in yards. Asked if they are removing debris and workers said Yes, the crew in area never cleaned up any debris on the street leaving cleanup and trimming of branches to property owners so it meets requirements for city/ town to remove. Contacted customer service at Charlotte number for “Tammy” to address and resolve 3x, but no response whatsoever.
This company and employees found to be irresponsible and lack of integrity, honesty and integrity.

We got a notice from Duke Energy that Asplundh would be trimming trees on our property by the powerlines. We reached out regarding our concerns and were met with respectful and responsive communication. When the actual work was done, time, care and attention were spent ensuring that only what had to be trimmed was done. Many thanks to Justin, Dillon, Jeff, and Chris for their communication and hard work.

They were hired by York Electric to trim trees from power lines. My crepe myrtle was about 5 ft higher than line and now you this 20 ft lower than line. Completely ruined my beautiful tree. Now I have a stick in my front yard that I now have to cut the freaking tree down. Do not use these clowns

They destroyed my fire pit, the tree my kids use for a tree house is now destroyed and looks horrible and my son had a birthday this past week end and he got a bounce house and a small pool and they are both ruined with holes because they just decided to do whatever they wanted to our property

Just started cutting away without even checking underneath the tree. Smashed my plastic compost bin and covered my chicken coop in branches and huge logs. I would be less angry if I hadn't gone out of my way to be nice to these guys and help then get access to the side yard when I didn't even know who they were or what they were doing. Very unprofessional. Laughed and told me "it wouldn't be the first time" when I said I was leaving a bad review and was very upset. Yikes.

Two days ago Asplundh came by my mothers house to perform tree trimming contract work around some power lines for Duke Energy. They left a massive mess in her yard making it extremely difficult and dangerous to leave her driveway that exits onto a main highway. When I called them, I was told that it would take up to 24 hours to get in contact with someone that would be able to “answer my questions”. I then called Duke energy and was informed that Asplundh had “completed their work order” and showed that they had no one else scheduled for a clean up. Very unprofessional work from a “professional” company.

This guy almost wrecked on Brookshire blvd trying to pass traffic in a construction zone and hit two traffic barrels. No reason he should’ve passed on the right just to beat traffic.

If I could leave zero starts I would. This company cut my neighbors over 100ft tree, they dropped all of the branches on my side of the fence. They came onto the property unannounced and were aware of the branches that had fallen on a yard they were not servicing. They then left for the day and left my car blocked in and unable to get to work. Shut this business down. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Why these people cut down trees behind my house not on my property for Dominion and left ALL the debris on my property. I am livid right now. I was supposed to have guest tomorrow. Now I cannot. I am also disabled and cannot remove the debris. After seeing other reviews I know they have zero respect for my property or others.

This company is a complete joke. They are hired by Duke Energy to trim trees for power lines and left a complete mess. I contacted them and talked to Tammy who assured me a supervisor would get back to me. No one has called me and she won’t return my calls and then blocked me. They obviously don’t care about customer service or the quality of their work.

Duke energy hired this company to trim trees off power lines in my yard. I was not notified in any way prior or during this service I simple came home from work to a treeless yard. What they DID leave me was a yard absolutely covered in debris (after I was assured by Justin the foreman that my yard would “look better than it did when we got there”) and several large trees worth of “small manageable firewood” and trash.
